Pierce Collision does a fantastic job from start to finish of their body work. Corinne who works in the office is very friendly and professional and answered my phone calls with immediate and honest expectations of the repair. She completed all of the paper work with my insurance company and even arranged for me to have a rental car for a day towards the end of the repair which I didn t need because the repair was finished early. I asked for the number of the car rental place and she said she would take care of cancelling it! Car accidents are stressful but Pierce Collison repaired my car so that it looks brand new. The ease of doing business with Pierce was a pleasure. Thank you!

Dave and company did an unbelievable job on repairing front bumper damage to looking good as new. Worked professionally, conveniently, and on time. Good people to deal with from the owner to the office. Very straight forward and friendly. Very happy with the results and service. Thank you!

Our car was smashed in an accident right next to Pierce Collision, and Dave Pierce walked us through the whole process of leaving our car with him to be assessed by the insurance adjuster and getting a rental car while we waited for the insurance process to happen. The ladies in the office are funny and helpful, and they really turned what could have been a horrible experience into just an inconvenience.I can't give a review of their body work, but trustworthiness, personality, and customer service get five stars. If you're in an accident and need to have your vehicle towed someplace, Pierce is a great choice.

I have been to Pierce Collision many times over the years. They are absolutely amazing. Everyone there is super friendly and professional. They work with insurance companies and rentals companies to make it easy. Above all the work on my car has been excellent. I always feel like I have a brand new car when they are done.

Having hit another deer, I returned to Pierce collision yet again. For the 3rd time in a year they have returned to my Is car to pristine condition. The experience is seemless. And did I mention they do great work. You couldn't ask for better.

My 2022 Palisade had an encounter with a light pole but Pirce collision restored it to a like new condition. Everyone at Pierce collision was great. Big shout out to Dave especially. Thank you, Pierce!

Excellent work!Running over someone else's leaf spring and tearing up the side of my Raptor almost brought me to tears. I wanted to make sure it was brought back to like-new condition, but my dealer (one of the largest in MA) has no body shop. So I turned to the Pierces.Just picked it up today (as promised). It looks every bit as good as the day I bought it three years ago. Thank you SO much!I highly recommend them to anyone seeking quality work.

I simply could not say more of how I appreciate their services. I was hit-and-run on the passenger side that causes a minor dent above the tire and some scratches. A gentleman who took my car in for about 20 minutes and made all the necessary repairs/adjustments. When I asked for the cost, he said NO cost because this is something that I am more than happy to offer to my customers. This is the best body shop not just because I got a free service, but also because I interacted with a honest person who believes in serving his customers more than anything else. FGS, he could have charged me whatever he wanted because I drive a Lexus.

Fixed two cars here. Professional curtous and great price. Had a 2010 pilot rear end damage fixed... And had a 2005 Volvo xc70 back hatch door replaced.Paint all matched and they did the work fast!
