The guys at natick radiator do great work for good price. Been going to natick radiator for a while. I ve never had a bad experience with them. I honestly do not know why this business is rated 4.7; it should be rated FIVE stars.Rick and his mechanics are consummate professionals.I knew when I brought my car to Natick Radiator that I could trust the results will be of excellent quality and excellent value. They are all trustworthy, which unfortunately is not always the case with mechanics. When I found Natick Radiator, I stuck with them (for many years) until I moved out of town.

I have been using Rick and his crew at Natick Radiator for several years now. Every time I've gone in there they have diagnosed my car properly and saved me a ton of money. They know their stuff and think outside the box to come up with creative solutions when presented with outside the box issues. They will tell you what they find and fix what you ask them to fix. Easy to work with. If you are looking for a solid repair facility (not just the only place in town to take a leak) please consider Rick and Natick Radiator.

Natick Radiator has a friendly and knowledgeable staff. They provide great service at a great price. I have heard a lot of great things from past customers and have been there for some small stuff. They have a great reputation and I plan to continue using them.

The team at Natick Radiator always comes through and does a great job. I had an issue that I took to a major name franchise store because I was in the area and it needed to be fixed. They told me I needed a new Catalytic Converter and it was going to cost $968. I brought it to Ricky and he was able to replace the flex pipe and save the Catalytic Converter for a fraction of the cost. I don't blame the franchise store because they're trained to up sell everyone and do not do this type of work. I'm glad I have a business that I can trust when I go to them.

The staff at Natick Radiator is knowledgeable, friendly, and they do great work. I've been going to them for about 10 years, two different cars (American and German), and they can diagnose and repair quickly and thoroughly.

Rick is an artist. He has earned the nickname Radiator Rick or Dr. Radiator. I had an antique radiator that was leaking. The core of the radiator is very unique and nice looking. Most radiator shops would just replace the core with a modern style core which would change the look. Rick understood it was a unique radiator and explained that he could get a replacement core that would match and that it would be expensive and take time to be made. However he said he could try to repair the radiator before replacing the core. He said the odds of repairing it would not be great due to the age of 80 year old radiator and the corrosion. Rick was able to successfully perform a complicated repair to my antique radiator. He also fabricated a missing part on the radiator that looked identical to the one that was on the radiator. The radiator now looks identical to what it looked like the day it rolled off the assembly line. Rick did this repair for an extremely reasonable price. He treats every job as if he was doing it for a car he owned. The quality of his work is reflective of the cars he is working on in the shop which included a 1966 Corvette, 1971 Corvette, and a Studebaker Avanti. If I was restoring a Duesenberg I would bring it to Rick.

Horrible customer service and organization - took my family's car hostage for about a week (not even looking at it for 5 days) after saying that they could look at it the same day it was dropped off & did not call with updates when they said that they would. A family depends on a car and the interactions should not be so shady and lackadaisical.
