Highly recommend as a mechanic. Very fair, honest, and up front. Pricing is also very reasonable. I ve done my inspections here for a bit, but had some noise I couldn t figure out myself, thought perhaps the brakes, and had rotors/brakes replaced (which I was planning on doing eventually as I knew they needed it) good price for that, and after it was done they discovered the issue was actually the wheel hub - had that done the next day in less time and cheaper than I was originally quoted.Again, highly suggest you take your business here, as I ll be doing so going forward.

I came to get my car inspected. Two men working the desk were super rude. I pulled in and one man came out with aggressive hand gestures to park to the right of the building, then another man came out and yelled that I had parked incorrectly. They made me walk back and forth multiple times to get my registration and repark. Very rude treating me like I was too dumb to understand their protocol maybe because I am a woman..(?). Waiting inside during inspection, they were anything but friendly and snapped pointed at me indicating it was time to to pay. I prefer to give my business where I am treated with respect. Will not be returning. Do not recommend!

Went to replace my break pads and they messed up with my emegency parking break. The parking break is loose and does fully stop the vehicle at the RPM state mandates. When I confronted, they said they will fix it and did a okay job, its still not like it used to be.Took my car for inspection at Benardy a month later and it failed due to emergecy break failure. Took it back to natick gas to find out and the guy who worked on my breaks said the dealership people are making noise for money, and he wants do the inspection and get it passed. I went head as I am not sure how to continue fighting with these people of an issue they created in the first place. Inspection passed but the enegency break still does not engage fully. When I asked him how he was able to get the inspection passed, he openly said, he was applying break when accelerating to make the car not move to pass the inspection test for emergency break. OMG! they are a scam. Avoid this place for all repairs.

I cant thank this place enough for helping fix my car. The owner is beyond nice and fixed my car the same day I brought it in. As a girl it's hard to come by mechanics I can trust and this place is just beyond amazing will be bring my car here for all maintenance and car troubles in the future! Thank you guys so so much!

Outstanding service here! I came in after my car s oil pan became unusable DURING an oil change somewhere else. Natick Gas was able to quickly diagnose the issue and get it fixed day of. All the employees were incredibly kind throughout the process and very knowledgeable, including about European cars like mine. Fair prices and just an overall great experience. I cannot thank Simon enough at Natick Gas Auto Repair this past week! My family and I were driving home to Western New York from Bar Harbour, Maine on 8/12/23 and had a breakdown in New Hampshire on a late Saturday afternoon! There was nobody in that area that could even look at our car until 8/17 or 8/18. Luckily we had premium AAA and could have our car towed to our niece's home near Weston, Massachusetts. On Monday, I called a few repair shops, and based on Google reviews my car was then towed to Simon's shop at Natick Gas Auto Repair! He looked at it the same day and discovered that our transmission line was leaking and that was the cause of our transmission high Revs. He ordered the part from Honda and had our car fully repaired and back to great running condition as soon as the part was delivered! My fear as an out-of-towner was I might be taken for a transmission repair ride or replacement from some local con shop! And Natick Gas Auto Repair had also recommended that we replace another inexpensive line that was on its last few weeks or so....which they installed. We drove over 450 miles the next day with zero problems and a lot more money in my pocket, as the price was under $375!!!! God Bless the honest service at Natick Gas Auto Repair and because they were an approved AAA repair shop, I have a 12-month guarantee that transfers to my local AAA service station at no extra cost!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM 100%!!!

Got my inspection done here they are very thorough, they don t cut corners. But yet they don t look for unnecessary repairs to fail you to get extra $ out of you. Not crooked like some shops. They are fair, helpful and very straightforward with you. Good guys there. Thanks Simon!

Simon was highly recommended to me by Lisa at the Advanced Auto Parts back in March. Overall, my experiences here have been straight forward, quick, and accommodating. Our car had an issue with electricity generation while we were driving from Boston to Tennessee on our way back from college for the summer. After calling around to various places along the road, we determined that Natick Gas Auto Repair would be the closest shop to accommodate us. Upon arriving at the shop and a brief inspection of the car, the owner (Simon) and the mechanics asked us about the car's history, giving us the impression that the problem was likely not an easy one to fix.The next day, they were able to clearly identify the problem - due to a poor alternator installation (Pep Boys in Tennessee), the engine mounting place was cracked, and the alternator could not be properly positioned with one bolt (note that reaching the alternator in an Infiniti QX60 is not an easy task). We decided to leave Boston while the repair was being done. They assisted us in partially unloading the car and placed it inside the shop. The repair took two days (we could have waited, but it was uncertain how long it would take to get even small parts in the current circumstances). Their solution was quite creative, involving welding a part of the engine to restore the alternator's proper seating. After the repair, Simon took care of our car, delivering it to a nearby storage place we had rented. Three weeks later, when we returned to Boston to retrieve the car, Simon even brought the car back to the shop for us.In the end, we safely arrived in Tennessee. The bottom line is that this workshop was available at a critical moment, and they demonstrated high levels of professionalism and the ability to come up with creative solutions. It is evident that they are quite busy, but they took care of us to the best of their abilities.Services: Electrical repair, Electrical

It appears that the binary distributions of reviews being either one or five stars depends on the person working.After a state inspection here that went relatively well, I realized that the car has the "maintenance required" light blinking and went back to ask if they could help with it. The guy behind the counter keeps saying "all chains" with an extremely heavy accent and I had a hard time understanding him, and he started mocking me like "you no understand English?" (This is after we communicated earlier on the state inspection stuff. Dude seriously?). After some back and forth, I asked him to write it down and realized he meant "oil change", so I asked him if we could do that. He told me no because they don't have time anymore today and asked me to come back tomorrow. The time is 04:40pm on a weekday.Two stars because the one prior experience I had at this place was okay.If you're the owner of this place, sorry man, if your staff feel comfortable doing this, then we're certainly comfortable writing about it in your reviews.

I stopped by this garage after being told it'll be an hour or so wait to get my state inspection done up the road at the jeep dealer. I asked how long the wait is and was told only 1 car being inspected now and you'll be in next. That was perfect for me because I was on my lunch break and needed to get back to the office. In order to pass the inspection i just needed to replace my wiper blades. I had no clue on how to replace them, especially the rear wiper blades. The price was fair and I got my sticker. Was having car issues late at night and hours from home so I had my car towed to this location for diagnosis and repair. Very happy I chose this location since the entire process was smooth and transparent. I felt this shop was very honest and forthright about the problem and repairs needed. I wish this was my local garage and would recommend them to anyone.

My car got towed in Boston and was taken to Natick because it is the mileage my insurance roadside assistance covered. And from the moment Simon the owner was called he was nothing but helpful to me and my mother. The tow took longer than expected and Simon's shop was closed by that time but he still worked with me to get me car secured at his location. The next morning we talked and he fixed my front brakes (brand new rotors, pads, and calipers) within a couple of hours. He was very helpful in telling me the problem and the exact cost of all the work and labor. He did high quality work and very fast. He has really good prices for the quality of work and service. I would definitely recommend him to anyone I know and I will be going back if my car ever has any problems. I also have a two year warranty on my new front brakes through him and the tech group of mechanics he is with! Thank you so much Simon!

A year ago we rented a house for the week in Manchester By The Sea. We was so excited the time had finally came, we took off Friday after work from Ohio. We couldn't get the keys until 3pm Sunday but figured we would drive to Boston and get a hotel and just site see until the rest of our family made the trip down. We drove the11 hrs of the 12hrs. We was tired so figured we would get a hotel in Natick/Framingham. As soon as I turned into Red Roof Inn my 2011 Honda Accord broke down. She had enough! The Axel broke on the driver's side. We called a garage but they didn't make road side services. We called Natick Gas Auto..let me tell you! These guys are a blessing! I wanted to cry thinking our vacation was ruined! This guy diagnosed the problem over the phone and then told me if I got it towed there, he would have it back on the road that day!! These guys are my heroes! I'm so appreciative of the extra mile they went to getting us out of the jam we was in miles away from home!! It took them not even an hour and she was back on the road! Simply the best service I ve had in years. Simon (the owner) is one of life s good guys and a true gentleman who went above and beyond in completing my annual car state inspection, saving me hundreds of dollars in the process. I cannot rate this business highly enough, they are professional, they listen, they care and are very nice people - a rare gem!

Stoped by because my car started making sounds like it was about to explode. I drive a lot for work and had to be on the road. I got in and the workers were really nice and friendly and helpful, and got my oil changed within 20 min and I was back to work. Would definitely stop by again just to get gas or something when im in the area.

I was pleased with my visit until I was told I was ripped off because they said my wipers were messed up, so I had them replace it. Come to find out, they were fine. I went for an inspection. They were fast, friendly and seemed genuine. They helped me fix my back lights, but just wish they were more honest with that stuff.

I've been coming to this place mostly for inspection, oil changes and tire rotations since they have a great convenient location. They generally know their stuff, but sometimes behave inappropriately. They failed my inspection because of the wipers, trying to sell me 2x more expensive ones. They left my car interior dirty with oil grease handprints all over - glad it was leather, if it was upholstery it would be ruined forever. Updating this review since I have brought my car to Simon a few more times. Simon is one of the most honest and quality automotive problem solvers in the Natick area. Just bring your car here.Most importantly, Simon knows how to treat the customer. Things happen, car repairs can be tricky to get right the first time but Simon doesn't consider a job finished until it's right. For that reason alone I will continue to bring my cars to Simon at Natick Gas*Original post*Ask for Simon. He is extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. He called me back when he said he would call and completed the work on time. His pricing is fair, his work is quality, and he does not try to oversell you. I like this place because the owner is always friendly and the job is done correctly. You can stop by just to ask a question about your car and he will give you his professional opinions friendly without a pressure. It is very nice and pleasant to go there. I have been there every time I had something coming up and will continue to do so. His price is very good and reasonable as well.

I failed my inspection due to a broken windshield wiper fluid pump. I could not find another shop that can accommodate me as I needed the car the next day. These guys accommodated me on short notice he did a great job. Highly recommend them!

Joe and his team are the best here - hands down. I ve been a customer of all of the various mechanics in town these are the only guys that I continue to trust. I ll physically show you on your car where issues are if it s going to be costly and they do their best to find you deals if you re financially crunched. They're good people who care about making the customer happy.

Run don't walk... crooks!! They gave A rejection sticker saying that the car needs control arms when it didn't I than brought it to another gas station and got a sticker right away without an issue. I had a fantastic experience with the mechanic at Natck Gas. My car was making a funny noise- I had no idea what was wrong and it would have been easy to charge me an arm and a leg to fix it.Turned out a piece of plastic was hanging off the bottom. The mechanic said it was an easy fix- fixed it for us and didn t even charge is. So nice to find an honest, kind mechanic!
