Nathan (owner) worked on my car twice. Once was to fix damage to my bumper and once to smooth a dent on my tailgate. Both times the workmanship was excellent, on budget, and on time. Can t speak more highly of a business.

Brought my father-in-law's car here after collision. Nathan helped us out from the beginning and was great to work with- he was informative, knowledgeable and very detailed orientated. Worked very hard to keep the repair costs as low as possible. He also did a great job on the repairs- the finished car was better than when we brought it in. Nathan was great. His repair is flawless, looks like new. Lifelong resident of Natick, so he's part of the community. His communication was excellent--friendly, up-front and honest, uses email/text/phone. Most helpful: insurance adjustor lowballed the estimate, but Nathan worked with them to get them to cover full cost of repair. The shop was very busy--pandemic made a lot of people rusty behind the wheel--so you might have to be patient before they can get to your car. But very worth the wait.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I recently had collision damage repaired on our Hyundai. Nathan was fantastic to work with. He provided a quick assessment and different solution options. The quote was fast and the work was on time and of high quality. He also painted an earlier scratch and sent me home with a bottle of touch up paint! I cannot recommend Nathan and Natick Collision enough! Nathan was extremely helpful when explaining/dealing with the car insurance company and gave an honest yet realistic price estimate for the work that had to be done. Nathan was efficient and extremely thorough with his work. He did an exceptional job fixing the scratches and matching the paint color on my car... It honestly looked brand new when I picked it up! From start to finish, it was evident that Nathan is passionate about what he does and truly cares about the quality of his work and satisfaction of his customers. Nathan went above and beyond to make the whole process as painless and as easy for me as possible.

We needed to have the front bumper & fender on our SUV repaired and were referred to Nathan @ Natick Collision. Nathan took great care of us! He looked at the car right away (within 24 hours of reaching out). He walked me through the process thoroughly (as this was our first experience with an insurance claim). I was considering buying a pre-owned car and brought it to Nathan for an inspection. He was very friendly and professional, both on the phone and in person. We needed to have the front bumper of a Chevy Tahoe repaired. Natick Collision did a fantastic job on the replacement and you'd never know that anything had ever happened ; the bumper now looks better than the rest of the car! Nathan was very easy to work with, the quotation was fair and he followed up to make sure that we were satisfied. I would highly recommend Natick Collision for any auto repair needs that you might have; you'll be happy with your decision.

Natick Collision are truly miracle workers! They were able to repair my car which I was sure was going to be impossible! Incredible customer service, very affordable, impeccable work, and a super quick turnaround. My car was better than new when I picked it up, even had the new car smell! Nathan and his team are the best of the best!

Nathan is a miracle worker! I had to bring my Jeep in for hood repair due to a tree limb falling on it. He was so kind and professional and got my truck back to me in record time. We had such a great experience working with Natick Collison. Amazing customer service, super fast turn-around time, and impeccable work. Nathan went above and beyond in his communication with insurance, rental car company, etc to make sure that we were getting the best possible outcome. Kind, honest, and calm- Nathan made stressful situation SO much easier for us. And our car looks brand new!! Highly recommend this great business.

Nathan at Natick Collision did an amazing job fixing our car- it looks fantastic- just like new for a very fair price! He was highly professional and explained the process carefully. Loved the high tech paint matching system he uses- absolutely cannot see any damage- he is an artist!

My front hood wasn't latching properly and after being turned away by my dealership's service center, I brought my car to Natick Collision. Nathan was extremely friendly and professional. He fixed my hood and explained exactly what he was doing throughout. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

Nathan was incredible to work with when our car had some body damage after hitting a deer. He took the time to explain his process clearly and worked with our insurance company to handle everything efficiently. We had a big road trip approaching and Nathan, without hesitation, promised us the car would be ready on our short timeline. Knowing that I was nervous about getting the car done in time, he pushed the timeline and finished the car in just 2 days, 3 days ahead of when it was promised. The end product was spectacular. The car looks brand new with no sign there was ever damage. On top of that, he cleaned out the car, so the interior was in better condition that when I left it. I can't recommend Nathan and Natick Collision enough!

Incredible ServiceNathan and his team at Natick Collision were incredible to work with. They took care of the damage to my car extremely quickly and everything looks fantastic. Nathan is easy to work with and very patient. The bonus touch of vacuuming my car for me was above and beyond. Just had my front bumper repaired at Natick Collision. Nathan, the owner, provided professional hands-on support from start to finish, helping make the process easy and seamless. In my case, this included working with the insurance adjustor to ensure all necessary work (even the non-visible damage) was fully covered by insurance. The work was completed on time and with utmost quality---he seems to treat each vehicle with the same care and attention to detail as if it was his own. I highly recommend Natick Collision.

Nathan is the absolute best, and it s not even close. He s incredibly talented, personable, transparent, responsive, and knowledgeable. He guided me through the labyrinthine process of going through the insurance for the claims process and getting the vehicle inspected and securing a rental vehicle. He s the most hard-working bodyman out there, and I ve never felt so much trust and respect. There s so many crooked and rude people in the whole vehicle industry, but Nathan is one of a kind excellent.

I had an outstanding experience with Nathan at Natick Collision, from the time I sought an estimate to the time he completed the repair of my car. He laid out all the options, provided a reasonable and accurate estimate, and worked out the timing with me so it was highly convenient to have the car fixed. Because of the location of the damage it was tricky to fix, but he did a superb job. A true craftsman and very kind and thoughtful. My car was even cleaner than I left it. I cannot recommend Natick Collision highly enough. I take comfort in knowing I have a great place to go if I need help again. I would give more stars than 5 if possible!!!!!

Nathan is incredible. He is so knowledgeable and beyond kind. His work is impeccable. He is a local guy running an incredible shop in Natick. He makes any process super easy especially for someone like me who knows absolutely nothing about cars. You should go here and Tell your friends you won t be disappointed.

I knocked off my passenger's side mirror on Monday, so I stopped by on a recommendation to have Nathan check it out. He taped it up for me so it was safe and emailed me a detailed estimate the next day that was SO reasonable. He was going away the following week, but instead of having me wait, he came in on a Saturday morning to get it done for me. I'm so impressed. I will definitely be going back. Nathan runs a great quality business. He is methodical and patient like an automotive forensic scientist, yet work gets down efficiently - parts get in quickly, and work is done in a timely manner. Nathan reviews in detail what he finds - sometimes will ask you to come in to show and explain what needs to be done - and reason for the estimate. He stays in touch by phone and is amenable to receiving calls with questions. Car is returned neat and spiffed. All is done right the first time. There a clear reasons that he has all 5-star reviews. Bonus: A very nice guy who treats people with respect - the way it used to be and should be.We cannot recommend Natick Collision highly enough.

Very pleased with my entire experience; had damage to the entire passenger side of my Volvo. The owner, Nathan, laid out exactly what needed to be done, the length of time it would take and what needed to be subcontracted. He worked with the insurance company, and gave me a cost estimate that was accurate. I picked up that car a day early and it was perfect.

Best car service experience I have had in my life. Owner was friendly and gave me a very fair price. He repaired my front bumper and left mirror in less than 24 hours and he even cleaned the inside of the car and exterior. Will definitely be returning in the future for other car issues.
