My experience with this business was no-nonsense, no sales tactics, or attempting to upsell on things you don t need. It was straight to the point, and they even fixed the short in my mother s headlight at no charge. Good people.

Asked Ralph for a pre-purchase inspection and he missed massive damages to the car that ended up reducing the vehicle's value by half. Avoid this place. The reviewers below are likely bot reviews to cover up their mistakes. At no point did they ever advise me that the car had been damaged, as you can see in their report I'm attaching. I only bought the car because they told me they would review the body work as well. I'm also attaching a report from Experian AutoCheck that indicates "major structural damage - trunk and floor kinked and both quarters buckled." Thanks for taking thousands of dollars out of my pockets.

Brought in my F150 for a balance, rotation, and oil change. All done to perfection and fixed a vibration issue I was having at speed. They also installed new wipers for a great price and even fixed my exhaust positioning after it had been messed up. This is an honest business that gives a good name to the trade. Everytime I take my vehicles, or any of my friends and neighbors, we are given a reasonable price, great service and automotive advice. Highly recommend

Natick auto clinic has fixed my car multiple times. When I brought back my car for what I though was a new problem they fixed it free of charge because the problem was with a part they had fixed months before. They could have easily charged me for it and it s nice to know that they are there to help and not try to rip people off.

Natick auto clinic is by far the best and the only shop that is actually a pleasure to deal with. Ralph has helped me and my entire family countless times through the years with our cars. Him and his son go above and beyond for their customers, and are the most trustworthy mechanics I ve ever met.They re honest and truly care about their customers. You never get the feeling that they re pulling the wool over your eyes, or trying to up sell/charge you for unnecessary things like most mechanic shops.My family and I have bought 3 cars here, done our maintenance and even had an engine replaced, and through all of it Ralph was honest, open and thorough in his work.

Exceptional service, reasonable prices. People at my old dealership told me I had 4 services required for my car. I decided to go to a local place to check, and sure enough only 1 of those services was required for my car, and the price was better. Ralph and Kevin are nice hardworking people. The place is very clean, and the whole experience is wonderful. I highly recommend Natick Auto Clinic to everyone looking for a reasonably priced exceptional service.

Great place. They keep you informed throughout the entire process. No surprises. Employees are friendly add knowable. I have been using Ralph for years, he is honest and will not do work if it is unneeded. I have recommended him to many friends over the years and everyone has been pleased with him. Two different friends have purchased cars from him and were very happy.

My wife and I have bought 4 vehicles from this establishmentfor ourselves and our children.They are very knowledgeable about what cars need exactly andcare enough to make sure the vehicle you are buying will last.Ralph (the owner) just seems to really understand that the bestway to do business is to take care of the customer and they willtake care of him. I send people to him whenever i get the chanceto so he succeeds and can continue to build his lot with cars and trucks.

Please ignore the 1 star reviews. This customer purchased a car from another shop. They did not disclose the vehicle was in an accident. Ralph and his team completed a safety check for mass state inspection requirements. The car passed.

This guy sold me a used car which e claimed bad a ton of work done and it was in excellent shape. I went to get the car and it would not start so he claims he put a new battery in it. Less than 300 miles later and the battery froze up and it also needed a new alternator. He refused to do anything about it as we had passed the 30 day warranty. He takes zero responsibility for cars he sells and has terrible customer service.Updated to add- AC hasn't worked all summer.

We have used Ralph and Natick Auto Clinic for car and van maintenance. Have found him to be honest and great to deal with. Won't do something that doesn't need to be done.
