I went to Hogan Tire to have old tires replaced on my Subaru. It was by far the best experience I ever had for any car-related thing. I asked for a specific tire model. The correct tires were brought over from a warehouse the next day, in time form my scheduled appointment. I needed a ride to and from work: no problem. Hogan's computer systems are integrated with Uber, so they simleassly summoned me a car to get to work, and later picked me up when the car was ready. I did not have to do anything - amazing!The next day after the tire replacement my car showed a low presssure in one tire. I stopped by Hogan. They found a leaking tire valve stem (nothing to do with their work the previous day) and replaced it for free! This is a busness done right. Thank you Morgan, and the the rest of the Hogan crew!

Hogan tire and Auto in Natick is committed to getting it done right. We had a tire and rim replaced after a unfortunate high speed curb incident. Hogan tire took care of everything, including a much needed alignment. I really appreciate the thoughtfulness of the team lead by Joshua. Thanks guys!Highly recommended!

Needed tires and brakes for my sienna, after calling around Hogan had the lowest price and was able to take me the next day, even staying late so I could drop it off the night before. Service was excellent and everyone I spoke with was extremely courteous and helpful. Highly recommended!

I had two bald tires and was told it was a month wait at least at the dealership. I called Hogan Tire and explained my needs, they got me in the same day! And with no time to waste as we were expecting snow the very next day. They were polite, accommodating and knowledgeable. My car was ready within a few hours, four new tires as well as an alignment. My car was spotless when I picked it up. I m very happy with Hogan and would recommend them to anybody.

My new go to mechanic! Hogan tire was able to fit me in within 24 hours to fix a balance issue with my car. The waiting room was very clean and had wifi and a/c so I opted to wait there while the car was in the garage. Matheus was very nice and explained everything to me, and went out of his way to ensure the car no longer had any issues. I was even able to test drive the car at the end of my visit and listen for any complications myself. I ll be back!

I shopped around and this was the only place that promised to do give me 4 newwheels (plus alignment) within 2 -3 hrs. All other places needed to keep the car for a day. Their price was reasonable and they talked me through my options on tires. Plus, I love how they have the life warranty on the tires for just $18 per tire. The whole shop and their waiting room were very clean and pleasant.

Place is a clown college. Inquired a reservation for a Thursday afternoon to have new tires (purchased elsewhere) to be installed on a truck. Having my email, phone number and text services running I confirmed the online forum for my appointment. Arriving 30 minutes early I was barely greeted with a tone of I m checked out for the day attitude and you didn t receive the email, 4pm is too late to put 4 tires on a vehicle. I did not receive any email, call or text stating so but the employee with his lackluster attitude seemed he had elsewhere to be and offered little options for my services needed.Simply put, don t go here. They offer atrocious customer support and zero transparency. I would gladly pay a little more for a local mom & pop family run business knowing someone takes pride in their business to please their customers. 0/5 stars.

I had low tire pressure and went to Hogan Tire but I got there just as they were about to close. They could have sent me away but they checked and repressurized my tires for no charge. When I asked about the cost, they said the only charge was for me to drive safely.

Had a great experience here fixing a flat tire.I took it to a different place first, but they were unable to fix the leak because it was too large. I then called Hogan's and they were able to get me an apt within a few hours that same day. Nice professional staff was very helpful. I waited in a nice air conditioned room with WiFi while they did the repair. And I was driving back home in only 40 minutes.Would highly recommend!

I blew a tire in Wellesley and feared driving home to the Cape on the "doughnut". Matt agreed to replace my tire that afternoon despite how busy the shop was. I can't thank him enough, nor say enough good things about Hogan Tire. I had called all around looking including my car dealership, and no-one else was willing to do same day service. I highly recommend Hogan Tire.

Terrific job. Nice that the braking is the best it's been since the last "brake job" 1-2 years ago where they told me to not press hard on the brakes? John was great. He also fixed the slow leak in a tire which was the reason I was there. Glad I asked him to check the brakes.

We have used Hogan Tire & Auto for years. We have always been pleased with our interactions with staff, very friendly and happy to explain processes. They keep appointments and deliver your car on time. Really like the staff; so, so nice!

I had 4 brand new tires installed. Everything went perfectly. The next day drove the car to Hartford CT and the car was smooth as the day I brought home from the dealership 8 years I also placed an additional burden on Matheus and his team. They assisted with a tread-wear warranty issue I had and worked through the issue with the tire manufacturer and got it resolved in a timely manner

I set appointment up the day before on line - but arrived 1 hour late due to overrunning on prior work meeting. They could not find my appointment that I scheduled but they were able to bring my car in momentarily and check tire- I knew I would probably have to purchase a (2) new tire as slow leak wasn t very slow ( filling with air daily) - they were unable to fix the leak but they had 2 tires the correct size and current brand that I purchased. I waited less than 1 hour for everything to be completed. Very happy as I work on the road and needed to have this done sooner than later with a limited time schedule.I would definitely recommendService writer was very courteous and attentive.

My husband and I were about to drive back to South Carolina (from Boston) when we discovered we had a flat tire. We changed the tire and searched Google for a tire repair shop. Hogan Tire was on the list, and it had great reviews, so we drove there. We arrived when they were opening (7:30 a.m.). We told the manager, Michael Hicks, we had a flat. Not knowing our situation (driving back to SC), he asked, "Okay, can you leave the car with me?" But as soon as we told him we were headed home, he happily agreed to have our tire repaired immediately. It only took about 30 minutes and cost $29. Overall a great experience. Highly recommended.

My tire was leaking on my way home from work so I stopped at Hogan 30 minutes before closing on a Friday and they were able to seal it up for me. I also appreciated them having a clean waiting room as I was with my active toddler. Thank you!

Always thorough, yet timely service. Everyone I ve ever spoken with at Hogan Natick is kind and often jovial, which can make all the difference when you ve got a car that s acting up or needs some work. Even making appointments is always convenient! Highly recommend.

Arrived just prior to closing. Needed a rare tire which was only available in Florida. They truly went out of their way to accommodate me. Put the spare on and told me the tire would be in next week. Fortunately it came in early they mounted and perfectly balanced it so all I had to do was come in and have them swapped it out. The entire event could have been much worse but they did everything in their power to swap it out. Thanks to Hogans service there was very little inconvenience to me.THANK YOU HOGAN TIRE

I have been using Hogan for my personal vehicles for over a year now, and never had an issues with them. Always fair pricing, great work and great communication. I decided to use them for my company's vehicles as well and they are better than the dealer! Thank you Hogan & Dan.

Great customer service and affordable price. I highly recommend working with Dan. My new tires were slightly bigger than my original tires which caused some issues with my spare tire touching the muffler piping. He moved the muffler piping free of charge. This is the place to go to for your tire needs.

I've brought my car here several times for tires, flat fixes, pressure sensor replacement, brakes, etc. and I've been happy with the work each time. Great group of people that run this shop. They are always friendly, never pushy and get the work done right and on time. They are my go-to place for everything tire related.

I called Hogan @ Natick early this morning in need of 2 new tires. The staff ensured my tires were in-stock, fit me in for a morning appt, and had be driving again in no time. The waiting room was sparkling clean and well-air conditioned and the staff was friendly and very helpful. I ll be going to them again for all my tire needs. Thanks, guys!

Hogan Tire in Natick is one of the best places for tires and car repair. I have been a customer for a little over 20 years and can say that the customer service is excellent. The front desk and mechanics are always courteous and professional and all the work completed is to utmost satisfaction.Just had a ball joint replaced with an alignment and again it was a pleasant experience. You never feel ripped off with the charges, they are all so honest when recommending necessary repair.Thanks guys !!

I stopped by for some brake work and general inspection of fluids. They did an excellent job, were able to take care of fluid replacements and new brake pads and rotors all before the end of the day. Really positive experience and I'll definitely be back.

These guys in Natick did a great job finding parts for my front and rear brake job. Also had 4 tires replaced this summer and had a wonderful experience. Mateus the Manager is great as well as all staff! Thank you for a job well done!
