I 100% recommend this place!This is my new go-to place to have work done on my car! They are so friendly, responsive, and reasonably priced which I have not experienced with anyone else I spoke to before coming to Frank! I have a few more things I need done and I will be back! Had a lovely experience working with Chris Josselyn, service advisor, at Frank's. He was truthful and honest. That can be hard to find nowadays. He expedited my needs and got me back on the road in no time. I highly recommend Frank's and Chris's knowledge on cars.

My husband and I have now each brought our cars to Frank s for at least one repair. The first time, I got my brakes replaced. I was so pleased that when it was time to get the brakes on my husband s car looked at, I felt confident bringing it to Frank s. My husband recently had his car in for some wheel sensor issues and was completely satisfied with the repair and communication. I absolutely would recommend this shop to anyone looking for an honest mechanic who does stellar work

First time going here. Based on the reviews alone it seemed like a great option. The service rep I spoke with at the front desk was very kind and helpful. I haven t had good luck with mechanics in the past, they try and sell me something because I m naive when it comes to car repair, or their prices are absolutely horrendous. For the work that was done the price was more than fair, I know car repair can get expensive and it s always going to cost money, but I definitely left feeling if I needed any major work done, they wouldn t gouge me on the price. Overall a very positive experience, I couldn t think of anything bad to say even if I tried.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, General repairs & maintenance

Update: A year going strong of service and I am truly glad that I chose them! They always are able to put me in their schedule, they refer me to others when it is out of their scope and they are just all around nice people. Don't feel like I'm getting duped either, so that is definitely a plus in my book!Keep up the good work Frank!Original: I really do appreciate this place.. After Hogan Tires forgot about my vehicle for 3 days, I immediately called them and they were transparent about when they could take a look at my truck.They even fixed it WAY before they said they could take a look at it! Made me very happy and I will definitely take my vehicle again if I have any issues.

I go to Franks for all my car repairs I can even just call with a concern and Frank will always make time for me when I have a question and he will often tell me to just stop by and he will take a look I was referred by a friend and I myself have sent friends to Franks as well. I ve only mainly interacted with Chris and Frank since moving here almost a year ago for school. My family wanted me to find a car place we felt we could trust while I lived out here for a few years. Instantly I felt comfortable with them, and I still do, time after time. I felt compelled to write this because I ve been going to them for a year and it s never been a bad experience, I should ve done it sooner! They ve helped me with my tires, my windows, engine things, battery, etc. They even fixed a janky plastic piece that was always hanging off my car (for years no one ever fixed it for me) without me even asking and without charge. They are on time. They are professional. They are friendly. They work very hard and are honest good people. I look forward to seeing them even though it means my car needs some work, haha. Oh and since this is COVID-19 era I should mention, they wear masks and they have hand sanitizer out! As a healthcare worker, I trust them immensely. They are just as much frontline as I am, getting into stranger s cars and working around the clock. I would not go anywhere else, it is really hard to find a mechanic that offers services at a reasonable price. I really value Frank's honesty, if it does not need to be repaired Frank will tell you, other mechanics would sell you something you don't need or overcharge you. Frank takes the time to explain what is going on and the job is done right . Excellent Customer Service. Five Stars is not enough, they deserve so much more.

The staff are very kind. They answer your questions and do not rush you. They are honest and fair. They do not pressure you to make unnecessary repairs. They save you money when possible by letting you know if a leak is minor and not causing problems. They even allow you to look under the car when it is on the lift, showing you the condition. Frank is a very nice man. Chris is very helpful and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service on the phone and in person. I recommend Frank's Auto. Give them a try and see for yourself!

Took couple of my car's to Franks Auto Repair Natick. Always on-time, respectful and Honest. He recommends only stuff which are necessary. Once had me take my car to Dealer for part replacement, he himself made the call to dealer to make sure parts are covered under warranty and didn't charge me a dime. I came to Frank s with a rather unique set of aftermarket brakes for my Ram 1500. Entire kit including brakes, rotors and pads. Being ceramic brake pads they have a unique break-in process. Chris, who is in charge at Frank s has a vast knowledge of makes and models of vehicles so I knew this was the place to go. They the job done fast, with no mistakes, and even did the break-in process for me. Great communication throughout the day to keep me informed on the progress as well. Frank s is always straight forward. They never try to sell you something that is unnecessary and are priced fair. They are a family owned business and treat all of their clients like family. I have been going to Frank s for years with multiple different vehicles and have never had an issue of quality or service. In fact, I moved towns away and still bring my vehicle to Frank s. Would highly recommend.

2 years ago, my car lost power. I thought it was finally the altinator. After re-examining, Frank discovered and honestly explained it was a battery issue, which saved me a lot of money! These guys are just great and most importantly very honest. Went to Frank's Auto for battery replacement and it was not easy as it was a very old car. They did an excellent work in a reasonable price. I'll love to give more business to them and come here for any future repairs.

I have used Frank's multiple times, and will continue to do so every time I need my car fixed. They do it right, they only do what's needed, and they charge a fair price. Frank is the only automobile mechanic I trust with any of my car's, for years. In fact I live about 40 minutes away from Natick and still take my car's to Frank and his amazing team. They are extremely friendly and honest. They will tell you what needs to be done now and what can wait, if need be. Thank You for being the best at what you do!
