Ross was quick to answer my call early in the morning, and within 3 hours my car battery was replaced and up and running while I was at work. He was knowledgable about potential issues I might see after battery replacement due to the car's make (e.g. check engine light, warning lights, etc.). Ross was also very courteous and I definitely recommend this fast and convenient service - it's worth it!

I had a fantastic experience!My call was answered by Ross. He was very efficient, polite and informative.Ross called me twice before he arrived. Once to let me know his ETA to my home and once when he arrived. I appreciate that so much.He arrived promptly and was prepared with what was needed to get my car started.His pricing is very reasonable and he is able to collect payment for cc, cash, check..I would absolutely call again.Thank you Ross!

Prompt, courteous, efficient, professional from the moment my call was answered!! What more could you ask for? Updated me as he got close, Arrived sooner than promised, the interstate battery was less than quoted by a National car care center and the final cost matched what I was quoted!Also, as it is a vehicle where the battery can't just be popped out and new one dropped in, the cost for 'in my driveway service' on an Icy rain day was possibly even LESS than I would have paid at a Service Center after waiting the minimum 2 hr wait quoted by both plus the drive there and back. I've already stored the number in my phone for future needs or recommendations!!.... don't forget the tip for such great service!

I cannot recommend Cars & Trucks Battery Service enough! They were supportive on the call before the service, quick to arrive to my home, and replaced my dead car battery with ease. Showed up on time and did the work correctly and quickly. I was actually in Missouri while my wife was home in Massachusetts. I called and set everything up from there and it went better than we could ve ever expected. If you need road service for a battery this is who you need to call

Exceptional service. Responded promptly to my phone call and was on site within 30 minutes. The first battery did not work, and they were kind enough to drive back to the shop and get a new one, no questions asked. Would recommend to anyone.

Super convenient, reasonably priced, and great customer service!Once the battery was swapped I initially had some issues with the windows going down. Ross was flexible and helpful and agreed to meet me for him to take a look. Soon after the windows started working, so I didn't need to meet him, but was very happy he was willing to take a look even though he didn't need to.Highly recommend!

Woke up to a dead car this morning. This company popped right up when I came to google searching for a fast easy fix knowing I needed a new battery ASAP. Ross answered right away and within an hour he was at my house, confirmed it was in fact the battery, replaced it, and I was on my way. Highly recommended giving them a call for any of your battery replacement needs. Great guy and great efficient service! Thank you again Ross!

Great service. Battery Terminal was stuck and I couldn t get it off while trying to change my battery. They showed up quick and took them 15 minutes to fix the problem take the old battery out and put the new one in. Saved me from getting it towed and put in the shop for 3 weeks. This is NOT an 800 number where you call and they try to find someone to provide the service. This is the shop directly, and they do a great job at a good value. They came faster than roadside assistance to replace my failing battery, despite heavy rush hour traffic. Had all the tools necessary for a fairly complicated battery replacement. I was done and on my way less than an hour from my call.Service: Battery

Super convenient and no issues so far. Called Sunday after lunch. He was at hour house less than an hour later. 10 minutes after he arrived, the new battery was in and our car was starting like new.Note that we only used a service like this because we knew our battery was towards the end of it's life---it was 6.5 years old and had failed twice before (one when it was 0F outside and ~6 months ago when conditions weren't so bad). After getting jumped after the previous failure, our mechanic said that other components (such as the alternator) seemed fine and suspected the battery, but also didn't think it needed immediate replacing. In this case, we just got back from a 2 week trip (which I now know increases the chance of a car failing to start since the car drains a small amount of electricity while sitting).Service: Battery

definitely saved my bacon. battery died in a parking garage, and roadside assistance wouldn't help out, I assume because it was not enough clearance for a tow truck. Found CTBS and he was there in like 45 minutes, I was on my way shortly after. I left the number with the parking garage just in case! Highly recommend.Service: BatteryService: Battery

Our box truck needed battery replacement after the extreme cold weather we had in Boston this past few days. I called them on Sunday morning and spoke with the dispatch who was so polite and knowledgeable. The battery tech that came to install the new battery was also really nice guy.
