This was my first visit at Bernardi Volvo for service and it was a great service experience. They were very thorough and I appreciate that you can track your service status on your phone. My advisor was quick and efficient and went through a full report from the tech. Although it was just a software update, I was informed of potential points of service down the line with no pressure or obligation to complete them, rather be educated on the issues.I have also been considering a new car since December and Bernardi has been consistent, thoughtful, and attentive to my needs in my next vehicle, so it was nice to connect in person with Scott. When the right car comes along, I will not have any hesitation with working with the Bernardi team.

Scott and Steve were a terrific team to work with when we bought our car. Very responsive, no car dealer games when it came to negotiating a price, and they went above and beyond to find the model I wanted. Really great overall experience.

What can I say, excellent service and informative. I really like and appreciate the video link they sent me to watch the inspection of my vehicle. The service tech remembered me from previous visits and was friendly. I recommend Bernardi Volvo in Natick for having your vehicle serviced.

I recently purchased a car at Bernardi Volvo, and traded in my previous one. I have to say that my salesman Sam Brandt, and Manager Steve, were great to deal with: very responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. Nice vibe at the dealership, staff seem happy to be there. I have major trust issues at dealerships usually -but they nailed it, -thanks guys. Highly recommended!

Just picked up my new car from this dealership today. Chris Devlin was the one helping us with our purchased. It was a great experience with no pressure at all. He was so laid-back and easy to work with. He helped us with any questions we had, and continued to be quick to respond any messages we sent him afterwards. I highly recommended.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership a little over a week ago, my experience from the time i reached out about the vehicle and worked with Chris on test driving it to picking up has been nothing short of amazing. The sales team answered all the questions, Sonja in the finance team helped everything move smoothly along the general manager and the pickup went just as planned. The vehicle was cleaned and everything was perfect! I will definitely consider them on my future purchases as they were very transparent throughout the whole process.

Purchased a CPO S60 Polestar and the experience was like working with a fly-by-night used car lot. I paid asking price and had to run around Natick to find a bank for a cashiers check. They would not take a personal check. Minor gripe but never in my life had I had to do this despite purchasing a number of Audi s and Porsche in several states in my adulthood. They keep the cars for a few days anyway for plates/reg, and insurance so odd request. Then the car had a cracked grille and 360 camera (embedded in the grille). They agreed to replace the camera but not the grille as the camera is deemed a safety item but the grille is cosmetic . I agreed to pay for the grille but then they wanted to charge me labor for the grille replacement - the same grille that they needed to remove to replace the camera! They agreed to replace the camera and absorb only that labor. Sale, service, part all seem like separate companies. No one talks to each other so just getting this sorted was a debacle. While I love the car and will likely have other Volvo s in my future, this is the last one from Bernardi Natick for me.

I purchased a 2023 S60 Volvo from Bernardi Volvo Cars Natick and worked with Eugene McLean. Eugene was easy going and pleasant to work with and made the whole buying experience painless. I test drove on a Tuesday evening and was able to pick up my new car the next evening. Thanks for such a smooth process.

Brought my car in for oil consumption testing and required repair based on result. Easily scheduled service via text with David, had excellent communication throughout. Despite failing the test and not being able to schedule fix for months out, due to the extent of this recall and no fault by Bernardi Volvo, David communicated I could bring my car in for oil top offs as needed until fix can be made. At no cost. That s great customer service. Appreciate that very much. David was knowledgeable, extremely courteous, and friendly.

Have been a Volvo customer for almost 3 years now ( I have a 2021 Volvo xc60) and always get my service done at Volvo Natick. My experience there has always been nothing but exceptional. Everyone is very accommodating and work very hard to leave you happy and satisfied with your car service especially when my 3 little ones tag along with me!

I came into Bernardi for a safety recall for my cars front seat belt fasteners. I was told the work would take one hour and then 1.5hrs when I checked in at the service area. I did not get my car back until three hours later all the while waiting there at the dealership. No one apologized for the long delay. I guess this dealership has so much business that the customers time is not of any significance. I did also get a very detailed inspection report and a quote for over $2000 of work I never asked for. I hope that I do not have to back there for a very long time. I do not think that they value their customers.

Seamless maintenance. Chris called at 658 am confirming they had the car and would have it back by mid morning as I requested. He called with update around 9 and I picked up car at that was parked out front of dealer ship. If you don t want to make a day of having your car serviced, Bernardi Volvo is for you.

Steve and Sam were excellent to deal with. Being new to the Volvo brand, they were both patient and knowledgeable in answering all my questions. They also went above and beyond to find me an XC90 with the desired specifications. I look forward to doing business with them for years to come.

I had a problem with one of my tires and Bernardi Volvo Cars fit me into their busy service schedule the same day I called. They fixed the problem, washed and vacuumed my car, and sent me on my way. Great service and nice people, as always!

I worked with Drew about updating a few things on my XC90 and he was so great to work with. He was up front about the process and expected wait times which helped the overall experience. They even took the liberty in checking my car for other potential issues and found a bubble in my tire that needed to be replaced. Good overall experience.

I had the bet experience of getting a new car in this dealership. I knew exactly what I wanted, so I explored my options in a few dealerships around Boston. At Bernardi Volvo I was treated like a valued customer. Nick, GM and Chris, sales representative both were very responsive and collaborative. They didn t just got me a fantastic deal, they made me very happy with all our interactions and communication. They didn t try to sell me what I didn t need, they found me the car that have everything I needed. I am very happy with my new Volvo xc 40 and wish everyone to have an experience I had with Bernardi!

Our Volvo turned off after being stopped at a stoplight. It eventually did but it warranted a visit to the service center. They made it easy to book and appointment and from there David was super helpful, transparent, and responsive. He diagnosed the issue and resolved it within the same day. Huge help with a family of five. We need our Volvo to get around!

Updated post as of 11 Dec 2023.Great service. Maintenance and repair was initiated. A major repairs need to be done it takes almost two weeks to complete because of awaiting parts. The identified room for improvement is for at least provide the customer a daily updates by telephone or text instead of myself waiting to call them back.-------------- old post-----Inspection and maintenance service are commendable very efficient. My recommendation for improvement towards Volvo real time web tracking system for their customer. I was inform in their tracking system that service was completed. But unfortunately when I try pick up the vehicle the services did not started yet. This event wasted my time and fuel driving back twice. If there is anticipated delay or disconnect it would be a common courtesy that we expect a personal call by phone there is not even a text messages. An annoying outcome as far as skill set for customer service.

I spent a few months trying to find the right Volvo dealership to purchase an XC90. As expected with the current market, it was hard to find a dealership that had fair pricing and would give a good trade value for a trade-in at the same time. I went to Bernardi Volvo and was pleasantly surprised by their staff and pricing. It was relieving to have a dealership be fair and transparent throughout the purchasing process after so many disappointing experiences. The Bernardi Auto Group will have my business moving forward when I am ready to purchase my next vehicle.

Poor customer service with a general air of dismissal. Took two weeks to get the car with little communication. The car I test drove was not the car they sold me and the car smelled like cat piss. After notifying my sales rep and the general managers I was never contacted. Too bad Kia doesn t sell Volvo s because I received better customer service from them.

There was a headlamp malfunction on my XC-90, I visit the Natick site to report the issue and at the same time to have the 5K service done. I left my car there and went back home. About 2 hours later I was told the malfunction was caused by the car system somehow not synced to the Volvo system and to fix the issue they need to perform a re-calibration just at the software level, and it costs $336. If I don t want to have it fixed I still need to pay $200+ for diagnostic. This is unbelievable. I am very disappointed.

Nothing premium, I would never suggest going to this dealership.Absolutely no respect for the customer time,I recently bought my lease vehicle which they said would take around 2 weeks and they gave back my vehicle after 1.5-2months.1) There was one guy who was sent to my house to take signature on some docs and he has no idea what that documents were, on top of that he was late by 1hr for the appointment and he was checking out girls in the community rather than answering my questions.2) After I gave my car signed the loan docs,they took my CC details for standard inspection check and told me my car would be ready in a week or 2. when I called them back after a week they said they have no idea what I was talking about as the guy talking to me left and started the entire process again. Absolutely disorganized!The entire process was a nightmare and no one has ever answered my calls or very rarely got back to my voicemails. Never thought this would be this hard.

I have always had excellent service at this dealership. They go out of their way to accommodate customers and ensure that you're satisfied. I just leased a new S60. Both Steve, the sales manager, and Paul, the sales person, were always available by phone prior to my lease and everything was ready when I went in to the dealership. This made for a low stress, expedited, process. They're all great!

Easy to get an appointment right away (they have great Saturday hours!) Staff were welcoming and friendly, patched my tire quickly while I waited, and at a fair price. The building is the new Volvo style, with an uncluttered airy Scandinavian aesthetic, and the coffee machine makes everything from hot chocolate to vanilla lattes. Good Wi-Fi and tables with integrated power outlets and USB ports. (6 stars if I could)

I dropped my 2016 XC90 Inscription off for a simple oil change. I was told that it would take 1.5-2 hours, and that the vehicle would be washed and clean when I received it back. I waited at the dealership and, starting at 2 hours, I asked when my vehicle would be ready. The agent repeatedly told me, it's almost ready -- just ten more minutes. That lasted for 60 minutes (three hours from dropoff). At that point I demanded the return of my vehicle. Clearly, they had not been working on my car, or doing what they were supposed to because the vehicle looked like it had been hastily sprayed with soapy water immediately before returning it to me. And, somehow water was ALL OVER the INTERIOR of my car. They must have tried to wash it with the doors or windows open or something. So, the exterior of my vehicle was half-washed (with large dirty patches remaining) and the interior of my XC90 (including the premium leather) was liberally sprayed with soap suds and water! After THREE HOURS and $130! Absolutely terrible. I could have taken it to Jiffy Lube + Scrub-a-Dub, and gotten faster, cheaper, and BETTER service! Now I have to wash both the outside and the inside of my car to fix the shoddy, slow expensive job they performed. This is not the way a premium dealership should handle cars or service. Oh, and god knows if they even changed the oil.
