If I could leave zero stars I would. Brought the car in for a free recall service. I had to call back several times to get an update on when the car would be ready for pickup. Was told each time that they would call be back asap, no one ever called despite waiting several hours.Service department is unprofessional and not communicative. First and last time I EVER lease a car from this Honda dealership. There are much better options elsewhere in Mass.

Great place to buy a new car. Superb customer service and respect to accommodate the customer and their needs. Sales people like Dave and sales manager Scott are fantastic people to work with, highly recommend them!

They did a perfectly fine job and had a reasonable and friendly front staff, but the feedback from the tech had typos and quoted me at $1400 to replace front and rear brake pads+rotors. It felt shameless, as if they thought I would just accept any price. The first local guy I called did the same work the next day for $900. I would advise to get as little done here as possible and support local business. It also feels a little dishonest when the bill comes and replacing a $30 fluid costs $200.

I requested my 2023 Accord, for its first oil change, and tire rotation, plus a software update recall. The service advisor Ryan is fantastic. But my experience with the tech, not so much. I waited for almost 3 hrs, despite I have a reservation. 1. The software could not be updated, was told to come back 2. When I got home, I noticed my tires did not get rotated, which I paid for. 3. The oil life indicator did not get reset. I called Ryan, and he was very apologetic and got me a free alignment for the next time. So my experience is a mixed bag. They need to have better quality control in their service department.

I found Bernardi Honda of Natick (Rte 9 Eastbound) to be a great place to have my CRV repaired. They sent me video of the undercarriage work that was needed and the Mechanic explained everything in the video. Wilson Cruz was very nice to deal with and he explained everything too. I highly recommend Bernardi Honda.

I only wanted to get my key fob looked at and to have the mandatory recall. I did not ask for a complete inspection, but they did inspect the car and recommended over $2000 in maintenance and repairs, which I thought sounded ridiculous. I will not take my car here for regular maintenance again...just for free safety recalls.

Awesome service allways. However went in for an interior detail price $189. don't recommend water spots on seats and the armiroled my floor mats. Took me 5 times scrubbing to get armirol off. I was experiencing an apparent leak on the parking space in my condo garageunder my 2019 HRV. I went to Bernardi and received immediate attention in listening to my concerns and my issue by Michael Najdi. He immediately checked out my car and let me know that there was not an apparent leak. He then arranged for my car to be checked out by a technician and placed on a lift. I was kept informed by Michael and I received the video to view the results of the investigation . The whole situation was taken care of in an incredible short period of time. Michael Najdi is an incredible representative for Bernardi. He is patient/calm , professional, detail oriented, with an impressive work ethic and knowledge of auto service /repair. It is comforting and and very helpful to have the support and I have trust in Michael's judgement, honesty and reassurance; therefore I feel good about Bernardi!!!

I have always received excellent service from Bob McGrath and his coworkers and the employees at the finance department .This is one of the reasons I keep coming back to Bernardi Honda in Natick. Had to get new tires unfortunately but I had the old ones for 8 years and they had dry rot went in for one tire but ended up with all four new ones took a while but I m glad that I did it
