I needed motorcycle oil. Happy to see they had it. Also found other items I hadn't planned on purchasing but I could use. My daughter visited separately because she needed a car bulb. No problem - that was in stock too. Pleasant staff. Good pricing.

Staff if always super helpful and knowledgeable. They just lack a few specific items like Rain-X(more of their products). But always a good alternative there

2/26/23: Sales rep JUSTIN was so helpful today. Had a situation with broken windshield wiper and he first assessed to see if it was a simple fix and when it wasn t he quickly directed me to a replacement wiper to buy and then put it on for me. It was refreshing to have this kind of attention and help which seems to be rare these days. Thanks so much, Justin!

I went in to get a gallon of oil and antifreeze.. it was a min or two before closing or it may have been after they closed however they let me in and told me to get what I needed. One of the workers was kind enough to assist me with the correct products and the sale on antifreeze . I didn't know it was on sale. He instructed me to grab the sale priced one rather than the more expensive one. they're both the same product basically. 5 stars for kindness, and letting me come in as they were closing.

Went in with a question about wiper blades and employee was very helpful. Will definitely be returning for future auto needs.*Edit* I needed to come back to replace the blade that I had purchased as it did not fit my car. Before I could even walk inside someone that worked at AZ was outside and helped me check to be sure that it was not a correct fit. When we entered the store, he walked to the wiper blades section with me and we found a correct pair of blades. The return process was easy and then after all of that, the employee assisted me in installing the blades on my car. Superb service and very professional.

Worst customer service I have ever received. Stopped by to pick up coolant as I had a two hour drive home and a large " vehicle system malfunction" warning popped up. I saw my coolant was low, and figured that could be part of the issue. The employee I asked to help me was super rude, refused to help and yelled at me saying " didn't you see the giant sign in front about pouring in fluids in parking lot". I said I did not as that wasn't what I was asking for help with. Extremely rude and won't ever go back

The lady over there help me with my remote battery, she was very helpful. One reviewer said a worker was rude to her and refuse to give her name, but judging from my observations, some shoppers ask too many questions over and over, and want the workers cater to them like there is no one else waiting to be checked out. I saw this guy ask the clerk the same question many times, and delayed others that were in line. Some people just love to play on peoples nerve, just be mindful that you not the only shopper in line.

I stopped in today to buy brake lights and needed some help changing them out. Javier was SO helpful! He was friendly, professional and knowledgable. He went the extra mile and when I said I was sorry to ask for his help he let me know the customer comes first. I will definitely come back to this location and keep buying my car parts here. Thank you Javier!! Highly recommend this AutoZone!

Most of the staff is friendly but the man, I believe the manager is rude. We asked for help and he was extremely rude and told us we can do it ourselves with no instructions and continued to walk away and have a conversation with a colleague. If I knew how to do what I needed, I wouldn t have asked would I.

What a great find! The store manager, Rachel, replaced a difficult to reach light bulb for me by rolling under the car herself. Great service for an occasional purchaser. Would not accept payment so it was definitely an example of special service in action. Thanks Rachel!

If you come here see Caesar. By far the best customer service I've ever had with any auto company not only did he help install my windshield wipers he took the extra time to see why my wipers weren't working and he fixed the problem like he was some kind of mechanic already lol. While helping me he was the only employee in the store and was dealing with customers while he was working on my car at the same time. Very knowledgeable as well. 10 stars

Deceitful and dishonest business practices.I went in to replace my car battery. I was first shown a battery, let's call it battery A that had 5 year warranty but the sales person brought another one, let's call it battery B that had 2 year warranty. Since it had the same brandname and almost same price he thought that I would not notice that he got B. When I asked about this, he replied that B is great, is same as A in performance and had 5 year warranty. I asked him to give me a warranty paperwork after he had fitted the new battery. He fitted the battery, I paid and he gave me the receipt "FOLDED" and said "You are all set!". I unfolded the receipt and noticed 2 year warranty and I showed him that. He went ahead and printed a "item description", which you see on their website, of battery A that mentioned 5 year warranty in it. I was confused as I didn't buy A but B. Secondly, he "attempted" to show me the "5 year" warranty by logging in/out of his system 3 times. He exclaimed "See your name is in the system!". I said that my name being in system does not guarantee 5 year warranty and then I looked into his computer screen and noticed "024" under warranty column. I protested and he said and I quote "Ah, that's just a computer generated number!!! You have 5 year warranty". My IQ dropped 50 points! At this point, he was pissed at me for "not understanding".I spoke with another employee who reprimanded ME for not understanding that the battery had just 2 year warranty and not 5!! My IQ dropped another 25 points. I mentioned to him that his own colleague was saying this and not me. He exclaimed "SIR, YOU ARE NOT UNDERSTANDING WHAT I AM SAYING!" loudly! I requested him to bring employee 1 who had conveniently gone to the back of the store so that we three can have a chat. It fell to deaf ears.A third employee came and said "Actually, you have 2 year warranty on B as A is out of stock! We can remove the newly installed battery and you can shop elsewhere". I was unsure my car battery had the juice left to drive me to another location, so I had to bite the bullet. Please note that this was not a simple misunderstanding and the first employee tried in every way possible to deceit me by providing me with misinformation, and wasting time (by logging in/out of his system, going at the back of the store and disappearing for 5-7 minutes as I waited at the checkout counter) thinking I'd give up. Needless to say none of the employees were helpful. Please be careful when you shop here, preferably avoid it!! Don't fall under the trap of "free battery checkup" and "free battery charging".

They where very helpful. We broke down and they where gracious enough to allow us to fix the problem in thier parking lot. We will always remember that. And think of you all on our now safe trip back home.

Busy store, but always willing to help. My battery died and I got to the store a little late at night. It was very cold, but one of the guys went and helped me anyway. Very glad I went there.

I've had very positive experiences at this store over the last 15 years, but a couple bad experiences in the last month with two different employees. The first accused me of stealing and asked me to show him what was in my pockets. The second started helping me find something and misdirected me... not intentionally. But when I came back for more help, he proceeded to put me off to help two other people just arriving at the store. After he skipped over me a third time, I gave up and left empty-handed. I know I can go online much more easily to get the part I need.

Always a good destination for vehicle needs. The staff is helpful and the store is open 24/7. I was able to change a car battery at 2am. Can't beat that, a real life saver. Highly recommend.

The associates are slow not attentive to customer needs. A manager or shift manager who hides out in the office while a customer needs assistance should not be running a store. When a customer has to take the initiative to resolve an issue having four associates at the location is unacceptable. It s unacceotabwl to have to call regional and district on a return under 5.00 is ridiculous. Advance auto going forward.Autozone under pays their associates Which affects the level of service.

Yesterday my Jag blew a tire on Rt 9 near Oak Street in Natick. I was lucky and was able to pull the car into the Auto Zone parking lot. I was wearing a suit so I was being very careful jacking the car up. I had the lug nuts almost off the tire when realized I missed the hard point and the jack started to buckle. Fortunately I reattached the nuts in time. The guys from Auto Zone saw that I was having a problem and brought out a floor jack, quickly reset the car, pulled the wheel and installed my spare. I have always received great service at the store but this was outstanding. Big thanks for their fabulous customer focus.

This is one of only two auto parts stores in the immediate area. It's fine for maintenance items, like batteries, light bulbs, windshield wipers and fluids. It has a limited selection of everything else and the quality isn't the best. My mechanic refuses to use their parts.

This used to be my fav store, but the current crew is the laziest to say the least. I called last night to get parts, unknown rep ordered whatever they didn't have in stock. Today no one knows who did what, they don't see any orders placed and the parts that they actually had in stock are not there anymore. They used to be able to find misplaced items, but the current crew argues about who has to answer the phone without even picking it up.

The store is just like any other auto supplies stores. Lots of things you don't need & out of at least some things you do need. Half the sale items not on shelf. Annoying 2fer deals where you only get discount if buying 2. Rebates that are basically store credit...
