Absolutely stunning! Lobby and rooms are first class. Exceptional service.Fantastic breakfast buffet. The breakfast area upstairs is nice, although it probably could use an update.Nice indoor and outdoor pool, but you have to walk several hundred feet to get to the outdoor pool.Room was large, spacious, very clean and well designed. A shuttle bus runs regularly to take you in to the city it s about a 10-12 minute ride.Highly recommend this place!

Loved our stay! The rooms are super clean and recently updated to a very modern/beach vibe. Few suggestions: they add a nice large area rug to surround the bed, and a larger dresser under television as there s not enough storage for clothing. And best to have refillable shampoo/soap bottles to be installed in shower to reduce the amount of single use plastic in those tiny bottles. They are still in the middle of renovations so it could add be happening very soon. We loved the inn itself and all its staff. It is located near the airport so a bit ways away from center of town, which we preferred. We will definitely stay again!

You ever stayed somewhere that was great value? Well this isn t it. $1639 for a 24 hour stay. Absolutely ridiculous rate - this would be a $120/night motel room anywhere else in the US. The rooms were newly renovated but there was grit on the floor and the very noisy air conditioning unit leaked onto the floor. Breakfast was awful, they didn t even serve hot coffee.

We were very pleased with our recent stay here. I was concerned it would be noisy being so close to the airport but it didn't bother us in the least. Room was clean and spacious. Complimentary breakfast buffet was fantastic with many options to choose from. Convenient shuttle service to town and the beach. Indoor and outdoor pool were well maintained. Friendly staff. Would definitely recommend!

This place is a dump. The staff is rude and seem like they don t care if you stay here or go elsewhere. Typical tourist town where they can price gouge.

Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Yummy breakfast. Nice pool. We spent most of the day at the beach so the Nantucket Inn was perfect for us to come home to refresh before dinner each day. 3 nice nights. The shuttle is super convenient to town and back and runs until 11:15pm. This was our 2nd year staying here and it was just as great as we remembered. Not fancy but very comfortable, clean and I think an upgrade from a creaky old inn.

We got married on Nantucket this weekend and worked with The Nantucket Inn to form a room block for our guests. Mark and his team were kind, generous and accommodating of us (the Bride and Groom) and our friends and family. We checked in on Friday and were upgraded to a King Cottage room which was recently renovated and had a working fireplace and a very comfortable bed. We had an amazing wedding night and loved having breakfast with all of our friends and family the next day.Our friends loved the shuttle to town and proximity to the airport. It was a fantastic weekend and I would do anything to re-live it....including our stay at The Nantucket Inn! Even though my parents live on the island, it is likely we'll stay here again! If you are visiting Nantucket, I highly recommend you consider The Nantucket Inn!

If you d like to experience going to prison come here. No amenities not even a vending machine. For 700$ a night it wouldn t be hard to get a vending machine at the hotel to charge us 5$ for bottled sewage water and a slim Jim that was directly vended out of Jim s brown eye. This is actually the perfect place to come if you want to fall face first into your bed once you walk thru the door then roll over onto the toilet and fall face first into the shower. Better bring an MRE or two if you are staying here because the only thing to eat here is the drywall or the poisonous plants outside. Nantucket is the land of the libs and the home of the people that weren t privileged enough to be suicided by the Clintons and Obamas.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Nantucket Inn! Our room was newly renovated & really clean! Staff was amazing; friendly and willing to help with anything. The breakfast is delicious and had a new menu every day we stayed. We will definitely be back. :)

This is a $74/night hotel anywhere else in America. The staff are friendly, but unwilling to accommodate any requests. The rooms are outdated, everything is loose, missing, or falling apart. If you're unfortunate enough to get a first floor room, you will be treated with constant creaking, squeaking, and stomping from above. The buildings appear to be made of tape and paper; you can hear every word from adjoining rooms.. The wifi is too slow to use even for email, if it happens to be working that day at all. It feels like 120 people sharing a single dial up connection on a 56k modem. Forget about streaming anything. This isn't new, it's always been this way. Not worth $700/night. Not worth half that. Or even a quarter.

Hotel has been updated, rooms are clean and the staff are great. However, internet is really bad. As someone who is on the road and often working from my hotel room, this is unusable. For many this won't be an issue as you are here to explore the island, but for some it would be a deal breaker. at $500 + a night, I would expect better than dial up quality. It's disappointing as from all the comments over the years, this seems like it hasn't been addressed at all.

Very nice polite people. We were here longer than we expected and they were very accommodating. Breakfast buffet was amazing and it was complimentary. Beautiful updated rooms and lobby.

2021 update...Still a good place to stay given it's location near the airport. Still dated furnishings and rooms. (Added pic of two queen bed room)Quaint, reasonably quiet inn walking distance from the airport. Super friendly staff. Okay room. Dated furnishings, no coffee maker, but did have a small fridge in room. All rooms open to common courtyards, and with brick walkways, so you hear everyone walking by. Upstairs rooms are quieter. Downstairs, you hear footsteps from the floor above. Great breakfast, very nicely decorated sitting area in the main building. Nice heated pool with lifeguard. Nice but small bar. I've stayed here often over the years, I think the friendliness of the staff has improved, food is about the same, rooms are really the same.

My wife Justine and I spent the weekend at this terrific hotel. The ENTIRE staff was flat out terrific with special thanks to John, the concierge (who really was an ambassador and great host). they did all of the little things that matter, refreshments/coffee throughout the day (and the chocolate chip cookies!!!). The owners were there as well and were available and very gracious. The Nantucket Inn took care of everything. Can't say enough great things about our stay.

In need of massive renovations, rooms are below average especially for the price. I m taller than the shower head, the iron is a pos. For $700/night room quality should be much better. The staff and bartender gets 5 stars! Thank goodness for them

Let s call this place what it is an airport motel. Uncomfortable beds, not refurbished since the late 80s, nowhere to eat other than the airport (!), no minibar, my kids got a rash from the pool, the walls are paper thin I could go on.Now if you were paying the $70 a night that this place would command in any other part of America then fair enough, but $700!!! Come on, it s daylight robbery.

Wonderful staff! Everyone has been extremely friendly and helpful. Room is very clean, seems newly renovated, and is very comfortably appointed. Located an easy walking distance from the airport but they have noise abatement procedures in place so we haven't heard a plane yet.

I want to give it a 5 but I'm having a hard time giving it a 4. But it's better than a 3 ...let's say 3.9 And yet yes I would go back.First the bad. Make sure you get a top floor. Our room on the bottom floor had a super creaky ceiling. No in room coffee maker, kettle or microwave (but there is a fridge). Which is problematic if you're an early riser because breakfast isn't till 7:30am. They do offer coffee starting at 5:30am but was empty two of the times I went to get some for my wife and I. The AC was louder than a Slayer concert and our desk lamp was broken. The good. The staff is awesome especially Fisher. The lobby is fascinating, games books art. The general grounds keeping is excellent, pools hot tubs, out door lounging. The room in general is comfortable and enjoyable. Free shuttle bus in to town and conveniently located right at the airport. Love being able to watch the planes during breakfast on the patio. And the drinking water is excellent, right from the tap!

Nice rooms, no elevator to the second floor. Breakfast starts kind of late. Free coffee in the lobby with a nice atmosphere. Across the street from the airport. Summertime rates are pricey for where you are.

We stayed for four days and three nights at the Nantucket Inn there are a lot of points that make this place a great stay.1st. It is right across the from of the airport and so easy to get to.2nd. The Staff are very friendly and kind people.3rd. The property is big very beautiful and had lots of its own areas to discover and experience. It has such a great character4th. The Mom's breakfast has such great food and was always enjoyable to wake up and get to.5th. They have a shuttle service that takes you to the main town. And lastly, the room we stayed in is so roomy and comfortable it felt like a suite. All our nights were very restful. If you come to Nantucket, consider your stay at the Nantucket Inn!

Nicr place. Quiet. Breakfast is "free" but then there's a suggestion on your breakfast ticket to tip the staff. (Which I have no problem doing since the staff was all lovely people!) I really liked the pool and hot tub; kind of a food desert though if you don't want to go out to eat every night. (And they have a shuttle bus which is great if you don't drive, but it's not really walking distance to downtown.) Sweet place, but definitely not for the budget conscious.

Flew in on a work trip, some how an extra room was booked (452.00 per night) my company has no record of the third room or the confirmation. Front desk was unwilling to help in the situation. When I asked to talk to a manager, she informed me she was. Completely unwilling to help and absolutely 0 customer service. Would recommend not staying here

We really enjoyed our stay. The room wasn't anything fancy but was clean and comfortable. There are no in room coffee makers or kettles which was a surprise. We had a ground floor room and if you have someone staying above you it is loud due to creaking floor boards. There is hourly shuttle service downtown which great. Mom's breakfast was included with our stay but is just your average buffet breakfast which doesn't start until 7:30am. It is also the only meal you can get at the hotel as they don't serve lunch or dinner. There is several restaurants within walking/biking distance though so you won't go hungry!

We just stayed there Aug 21 to 25 2019, after staying on Marthas Vineyard we took ferry over This hotel's lobby is very pretty and staff very friendly. The shuttle picks you up and drops you off downtown again to shop every hour Even takes you to the beach. We loved our room upstairs and loved the breakfast ;smorgasboard -to die for. I didn't know where to book our hotel and I booked this place, glad I did. Last night we sat at the bar and it was really cozy feeling with low lighting. I live down in PA , next time i would fly in;

Nice and always friendly staff, place is starting to look a little dated. Internet is basically terrible/ non existent. Not a major issue for those here to see the island but, If you are a crew staying here for a few days, I highly recommend you take the ferry to the mainland and stay in a Hilton or Marriott! It s cheaper and you can actually use the internet. I ve been staying here for the last 4-5 years and it hasn t got any better. I now only stay at this hotel on the night before an early departure.

Great shuttle services and hotel staff. Nice but not exquisite accommodations. Indoor and outdoor pools, great breakfast, serviceable workout room and hot tub. Also lots of places to sit and hang out or a pool table if you like that.
