We just wanted to tell you again how much we enjoyed our stay with you. Everything was smooth and easy for us. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We thought it was a perfect location for our first trip to Nantucket. [And enjoyed David's chocolate chunk cookies in the afternoon!]Walkability: Only a very short walk straight down Main St. to the center of Nantucket

Loved the hotel! It s a 2 minute walk into town where all the restaurants and shopping are - the staff was super friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and bright/airy, and the courtyard area was very cute and romantic at night with the fire going and the tree lit up. Highly recommend.Nearby activities: Dining, shopping, the main town is 300 feet down the road on Main St. but you re far enough that you re not in the middle of the hustle and bustle.Walkability: As close to town and dining as you can get.

Enjoyed our stay at 76 Main!! The room was great: comfy bed, clean bathroom, big screen tv. They had great touches which made the experience even better: helpful staff, outdoor patio with couches and fire pit, great mixer bar, and freshly made cookies for a snack. I also loved that it s right out of the busy downtown but so close to everything.

An amazing experience here in May. Staff was very attentive and made the experience very personal. Walking distance to downtown and the wharf. Great fire pit in the communal area and a private one from the cottage room, made for a very delightful experience my first time in Nantucket. Can t wait to come back!

My husband and I recently stayed at the newly renovated 76 Main. It was a WONDERFUL experience!!!!!!!! The rooms were beautifully decorated and spotless. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We loved the fresh baked warm scones and muffins and piping hot coffee in the morning. As we headed to the beach what a treat to be provided with great beach chairs as well as a beach bag and towels. They have thought of everything to make your stay as relaxing as possible.!!!Just when we thought our favorite place Nantucket couldn't get any better ,it has with the opening of 76 Main !!!!!

My husband and I stayed at 76 Main on Nantucket with our 21 month old daughter for three nights in July. We stayed in one of the larger rooms that are separated from the main hotel, with entrances from the back patio. I highly recommend these larger rooms for families. The hotel has a wonderful back patio, where people gather for breakfast, afternoon reading, and early evening cocktails. The grounds are beautiful and well manicured and the hotel is fresh and new, while maintaining the old charm of the historic building. Staff prepare a lovely breakfast every morning, and cookies are prepared throughout the day for guests to nibble on. They provide beach chairs and towels for use during the day at the beach--a huge benefit for those traveling light. The location of the hotel is excellent, only one block from the center of downtown. Finally, the staff were both friendly and helpful.I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely garden room but very noisy as people gather in the garden right outside the door. Also the walls are paper thin and was woken up at various times on the night and then super early. Very tiny bathroom which is OK for a very short stay. The staff are lovely but I thought the owner was rude. Such a shame as the location is really good and the building is very beautiful. I probably would not stay here again sadly.

My family and I loved 76 Main. They had a big fire pit in a lounging area outside. The food was pretty good. They served bread, various cheeses, nuts, fruit, oatmeal and, sometimes even cinnamon rolls. They had great service. Dan, the general manager helped us rent a jeep and gave us towels and chairs to lay on the beach. The cleaning crew was spot on! The rooms were the best! The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. And last, but not least, don't forget to sample the homemade chocolate chip sea salt cookies!

We just came back from a memorable stay at 76 Main. From our arrival to departure, the service was incredible - my fiance and I actually got engaged during our stay and the entire team at 76 Main couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating during this special occasion. Rooms were always clean and the decor is bright and in keeping with a Nantucket/Island theme. Location is right in town - very accessible to nearby shops, restaurants and attractions. Breakfast is delightful as it the afternoon BYOB happy hour. We'd highly recommend this hotel and would certainly stay there again.

My husband and I had an excellent stay at 76 Main last week. The room was clean and tastefully decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The hospitality was impeccable! Breakfast was very enjoyable. We liked hanging out in the kitchen and meeting all of the guests staying at 76 Main. Can't wait to stay at 21 Broad next!

I booked the Vineyard Vines suite as a surprise for my boyfriend's birthday. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!! The decor is eclectic and modern, but embodies everything Nantucket. The front desk staff were all SO friendly and helpful. We showed up early to drop our bags and go exploring until our room was ready, but to our happy surprise, it was all ready and we were able to settle in right away. All of the dining recommendations we found on the complimentary loaner iPad were very helpful considering we came off season and needed to find places that were open. The staff even brought my boyfriend two freshly baked cookies with a candle in each one for his birthday! They were still warm and absolutely delicious, just like all of the food available in the hotel's cafe. Needless to say, the whole weekend we had a blast driving on the beach and eating amazing food...staying at 76 Main made it perfect!

We loved staying at this hotel! The guest house rooms were perfect for our family. The location close to all the Main St. shops and ferries is ideal. The exterior, front desk, lounge, kitchen, patio and rooms are all beautifully appointed. I discovered it by searching 'boutique hotels Nantucket' and was delighted with the refurbishment that had been done. The freshly baked muffins and scones, fresh fruit, yogurt and coffee were a great start every morning. We sat outside under gorgeous blue Nantucket skies to eat our breakfast. The beach chairs and nice thick beach towels provided were awesome to take to Madaket for a picnic and sunset. Every evening the candles were lit and there was an inviting fire pit with comfy couches and chairs nearby. It is quiet too, we slept well every night but enjoyed listening to the birds and the church bells in the morning. We arrived early and our room was ready, we got right in and Katie and Scott were terrific about storing our luggage the day we departed so we were able to make the most of our last day on Nantucket. They were friendly and helpful the entire time--inquiring about our day, offering suggestions and calling us a cab. It was a wonderful stay, we were sad to leave. Highly recommend 76 Main!

My husband and I just celebrated our 8th anniversary on Nantucket and chose to stay at 76 Main. It exceeded our expectations. While we'd heard about it's recent renovation and how nice it was, upon arriving, we were truly impressed. Everything about the Inn classic, beautiful, welcoming, and CLEAN. Our room was lovely, and they left us fresh made cookies on our bed for our anniversary. The breakfasts are delicious, and their outdoor patio/terrace should not be missed. We got lucky with a gorgeous beach weekend in early June, and they had beach bags packed with towels, beach chairs and umbrellas ready for our use. Korin was so friendly and genuine. I would recommend 76 Main without reservation; we loved it!

We stayed at 76 Main for Wine Fest last weekend and had an absolutely stellar time! Dan and Korin are first-class, as is Tiffany and the remainder of the staff! The property is beautifully decorated and the rooms are perfectly appointed for the space allocated. Breakfast was wonderful and the fire pit outside provided a nightly social hour that made our stay that much more exciting! I would recommend 76 Main, without hesitation to anyone traveling to Nantucket. My only regret is that I won't be there next weekend!

My husband and I stayed at 76 Main for the Daffodil Festival Weekend in Nantucket and were so thrilled with our experience. The historic home was sweetly renovated in a classic (yet also modern) way that felt styled yet also so homey. The staff was extremely thoughtful and friendly - it was clear they loved the island and wanted us to have an amazing experience while we were there. The intentional approach to their hospitality was incredible. From the overall ambiance to the little details - like Cisco Brewers beers in our room upon arrival and fresh baked sea salt chocolate chip cookies constantly stocked in the kitchen, to the crisp bathrobes with bright blue trim details and well curated soap/bath products. Not a detail was overlooked. What a gem!

I just stayed at this amazing slice of heaven for my 40th birthday with family. We stayed in the guest cottages and had the most amazing two days! Scott and Kate are so welcoming and incredibly accommodating, they went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic. The hotel has been renovated and decorated impeccably! From the furniture, linens, coffee in our room to the cute black towel for make up removal- the attention to detail at this hotel is perfection. The courtyard was really great for our family to gather for a glass of wine around the fire pit before dinner. i will never stay anywhere else. Finally, a CHIC hotel on ACK!!

I cannot speak highly enough of this beautiful inn! We were guests July 23-26, just two weeks after they reopened following a fabulous renovation, and they already had everything perfected. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the right choice by staying here. Katie and Scott are incredibly welcoming - you feel like you're staying at a friend's posh house! The attention to detail sets 76 Main apart from other places - such as Apple TV in the room and iPads they provide you upon check-in that have info and links to everything you need to enjoy your stay in Nantucket. We looked forward to breakfast each morning in the courtyard or adorable cafe - Katie always made something delicious like banana bread or raspberry and peach muffins in addition to the bagels, fruit and coffee they provided. And all of the other guests were so nice we often chatted with them - it just was such a comfortable environment and you could tell everyone loved being there. We also appreciated that we could ask Scott and Katie for restaurant suggestions and we were never disappointed by their recommendations. If you are going to Nantucket, you must stay here! The location is on charming Main Street so you can walk to all the shops and restaurants. You will not be disappointed!

My husband and I stayed at 76 Main the week after Labor Day and it was so enchanting! We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel itself - the hotel was spotless, the breakfast was fabulous and the decor was gorgeous - but as far as we were concerned, the staff really put our stay over the top. The General Managers, Dan and Korin, were incredibly helpful and warm and their entire hotel staff was just lovely - we will definitely be back to this adorable hotel in ACK!

My wife and I stayed her for the Fagawi Regatta weekend, and had an absolutely fantastic time. It is perfectly located right near the downtown area. The entire place is clean, comfortable and friendly. The staff was incredibly helpful in booking reservations and whatever else we asked. The breakfast and fresh cookies all day were amazing. If we ever go back to Nantucket, we will definitely be staying here again.

I stayed there several months ago, when all the tourists had left and Nantucket was preparing itself for a winter back in November. It was my first experience on this beautiful island, but my trip was for business and my "outside commute" to the client was 2 blocks away.Even though I didn't have the opportunity to experience all that is Nantucket, 76 Main and the people, especially Dan and Korin were more than enough to make me want to return for a personal trip. I've stayed at many exclusive hotels, but never experienced service and attention to detail like this. They are friendly, yet respectful and considerate of your privacy. One day, I became so sick and feverish, and there were no food delivery services. Korin knocked on my door to see how they could help me, and they made me cookies, breakfast, and made sure I stayed hydrated.I understand that this boutique hotel was recently renovated and it was such a lovely experience. They maintained and honored the house's original design, but updated it with modern facilities (e.g. showers, faucets, lighting), a nice kitchen area to relax and unwind, as well as a beautiful library full of interesting books on Nantucket. This is such a special place. You won't be disappointed!

"This old house" is now one of the finest hotels on the island. The rooms can be a bit on the small side but it really feels like you're staying at a friend's place. The staff are all super helpful and the freshly made breakfast is excellent. Highly recommended.

This was our second visit to 76 Main. The first was last year during the first week of operation. The facility service staff; managers and amenities were superb. We actually got the same room (#6) which has a great view of the rear garden. We celebrated our 25th. anniversary and my 64th birthday in Nantucket and the acknowledgement by the staff was greatly appreciated.76 Main is well located to all the downtown conveniences of shopping and walking tours. The staff is well versed on the restaurants and all activities on Nantucket and are happy to make the necessary reservations for all of them for you.

We just returned from the most romantic, relaxing and special stay at 76 Main. We came all the way from Ohio to check out Nantucket and our accomodations put the trip over the top. Dan and Korin are the bests hosts; from the warm welcome and helpful local insights to the relaxed conversation and home-baked goodies every morning, their passion and professionalism really shine through. The decor is the perfect combo of glamorous and comfortable, and those SHEETS (heavenly)! We cannot wait to visit again someday soon.

AMAZING PLACE run by two awesome people (Katie & Scott)! They could not have facilitated a better stay for us during our time on Nantucket. The entire staff was friendly and every part of the inn is immaculate from the lovely interior design to the cozy patio. The overall atmosphere is what makes 76 Main different than other inns on the island. You feel like you are in your own home and can interact with others as little or as much as you would like! This was my first visit to Nantucket so Katie & Scott assisted in making sure everything I wanted to do while on the island was planned out and helped in any way they could from beach recommendation and directions to dinner recommendations and reservations. One of the couples that were staying during my time there said that this was their 11th summer visiting Nantucket and 76 Main was their absolute favorite spot of the many places they had stayed. I certainly would not bother to look at any other inns for my next trip to Nantucket, there is no way it could get any better than 76 Main!

A beautiful boutique hotel, conveniently located at the top of Main Street. We had an amazing time at 76 Main. Comfortable, quiet, and relaxing - exactly the getaway we were hoping for. Walked all around town and to and from the ferry. Couldn't have asked for a more perfect weekend!
