Always the best customer service from Natalie in the office, as well as doing what they say they'll do when they say they'll do it. The service team does a thorough inspection and gives the customer all the relevant information to keep their vehicle safe and on the road. I'm so glad my friends recommended Neil and Millville Service to me last year!

Always a great experience when I bring my car got service. Staff is always super nice and they sheets explain any odors need with my vehicle and are not pushy for them to do the work.

My wife and I love Millville Service. We, like everyone else, don't enjoy having issues with our cars, it's expensive and unplanned. We used to service my car at the dealer, and hers at Millville. Unfortunately my experiences with the dealer have gotten much worse, whereas Millville stays pleasant. I just switched over service as well, and even with some pretty big things needing attention, Millville was pleasant, provided a very clear findings report, with pictures. I trust them, and they haven't let us down yet.

Millville Gas takes care of their customers. Staff very polite. They let you know what needs to be done and explains it. I would highly recommend them .

Another great experience from Neil and his team! Can't beat this place, I still drive 30 miles for an oil change! And all my service work on both on my cars. That should tell you something.

Great experience! Very friendly and helpful staff and owner. I was informed of every step being taken to service my car, and more importantly WHY my car needed those services. Gave me an accurate time for appointment duration and the waiting area was comfortable. Very clean. I honestly felt like I was driving a brand new car when I left. Millville Service came recommended to me from a local contractor, and I am so happy he pointed me in this direction. I moved to the area recently and needed a local auto repair center. Super friendly staff. Fast, efficient follow-up. Easy drop off and my car was ready when promised. They let me know exactly what was needed and what wasn't needed. Great place! Neil and the guys do good work, charge fair prices, and are always friendly He even helped me out when my expensive Hybrid SUV shorted out and become an expensive (very large) paperweight I was actually able to get some money in trade and a new car at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them!

The process for scheduling an appointment was easy. During my appointment, they took my car right in and everything was done efficiently. I was a first time customer and was treated as if I was a long time customer. All the staff was friendly and professional. The receptionist was very welcoming. Absolutely positively my new shop. They've been doing work on my wife's vehicle since we've moved to the area now I've had service on mine. Neil and his crew are honest good guys performing great service at reasonable prices. If you need your vehicle serviced / repaired in the Blackstone/ Millville area this is where you go. Trust me I'm a pain in the A$#
