Bought a van from here and need up being a 3 party sale and within. A month had to replace the motor, the wheel bearings, and shocks and struts.also clean the car myself. It is the worst experience I have had.

I hit a turkey, did more damage than i thought. Got the car back on time, and looking better than when it was new. great job by these masters of body shop repair. very greatful for Ronnie and his team.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I have not used them for body work and they may do fine work, but I am highly suspect of their business after Mr. Santos endorsed the no on question 1 campaign. If they area body shop working on modern cars, they need access to data from manufacturers in order to repair and calibrate newer car systems such as lane departure and collision avoidance. Without access to this, the car would have to go to a car dealership which can delay finishing work and be costly to the consumer. As a proponent of independent auto mechanics and doing some of my own work on cars, right to repair is an important option to have available. Please vote yes on question 1.

I had my brand new car for a month before I got in an accident. Santos was able to make it look brand new again for me, with the interior smelling better than the day I got it. Great work, excellent service. Hopefully I won t need to get my car fixed up again, but at least I know a great place to go to for any future auto body needs!

If you are willing to mislead the general public on an issue that does not even relate to you, then you cannot be trusted to work on vehicles. You are an auto body shop, meaning you fix the body of a vehicle. You are not an auto repair shop, so you do not need the diagnostic systems/technology that repair shops do. This is why people have such a hard time trusting any type of shop in the car industry. I am not one to normally wish bad on people, but if you are willing lie to the public and attempt to tear down your neighbors for money and TV time.. you do not deserve to be in business.

It's an body shop. Selling out independent repair shops. If you can't trust him on something he has no interest in how can you support him. Please reply your regret as you only reply to 5 star ratings. Be honest as you have shown that you are untrustworthy so far. As for auto repair shops, please redirect your body repairs to a different shop unless Ron replies with an honest reasonable response. Big auto lobby groups have poisoned Mr. Santos, spreading the income gap. Support small business that are honest.

Ron did an excellent job on my car. It looks brand new. He and his staff were very accommodating to my needs and worked within my budget. Please ignore all these negative comments about right to repair. They don't have any thing to do with the work and are from people with nothing better to do but leave nasty comments.

I had some hail damage to my car, Santos auto body fix all the damage and did a unbelievable job on my car, you couldn't tell it was damaged. By the way ,the people posting bad reviews to this company because of they're political views is just not fair or right. Amazing service on my 2018 Chevy Colorado. I was sideswiped on the drivers side, and used Santos Auto Body in Millis, MA based on recommendations from the local community.They worked with my insurance company and after a very fast turn around, I got my truck back in better condition then when I bought it, and very thankful I choose them to help me get back on the road.Service: Body & Trim

My Toyota Corolla was painted by the other body shop two times because the first painting was not good. Unfortunately, the paint of the bonnet was still awful after the second service. I was so glad that body shop was closed at my third visit, that's why I found the Santos Auto Body where is just behind the bad auto body shop. Santos Auto Body did a wonderful job for my Toyota with a good price. Till now, the paint is still awesome, and they provide me good service since then whenever I need some small problems fixed.Highly recommend this Santos Auto Body Shop!Service: Painting

Auto body shops should be using technical information if they are researching OEM repair procedures. Additionally there are procedures that an independent shop can now perform in-house that a dealer would have typically performed however they require the data that we are all voting over. The owner of Santos Auto Body should be held accountable to explain his position on the matter given these facts and also disclose any suns paid to him by the Coalition for Safe and Secure Data. In my opinion, what is being communicated to the consumer is inaccurate and without merit.

I m a automotive tech of 18 years. I just seen the vote no commercial for Massachusetts Question #1. Santos auto body Is a body shop and not a automotive repair shop. He used the opportunity for free TV advertising of his body shop .Why should only a automotive dealer and not the independent shop have wireless access to the OBD on board diagnostic system. It will help the customer to have the option to have the dealer or their local repair shop see what might be going on with the vehicle while it s outside the shop. Body shops really don t need this kind of technology because they are not in the maintenance/Diagnostic and repair portion of the field. Body shops rely on customers getting into a accident. They don t need access to the systems like repair technicians do. If anyone votes no, that means only dealers will be allowed to have wireless access.

If he s going to lie to get an extra few bucks from the dealers, then he will probably lie to you about your car and how much damage there is. Note the 5 star reviews were from years ago. He has become unethical and now needs money from dealers to lie to the public.

To echo what the others are saying this man is a complete sell out. The commercial he is in just spews lies and was paid for by all of the major auto companies. And this isn t even a real repair shop, just auto body so this question would not even affect him. If he is willing to lie and sell out in this situation, what else would he do to make money off of your potential business? Bring your car elsewhere!

I owned a auto repair shop for over 25 years I can tell you the statement "we have all the information we need already " is a huge lie tech changes every year with autos , if the info is not available to everyone you will get robbed at dealerships. This Santos guy is not trustworthy at all.

So I came here with two repairs on my 2008 Honda Civic, one for damage on the front bumper and a replacement of the rear bumper. The staff was incredible, they helped me with the entire process and whenever I came into an issue, whether it was with the insurance company or my own scheduling conflicts, they always worked with me. The repairs came out great and the experience was really stress-free. My mind was always at ease knowing my car was in good hands and I'm glad I found this place in Millis. Will definitely return with any cosmetic fixes I need on my car. Thanks again.

If you value your independent mechanics, you will not use this shop. Mr. Santos has sold out to the big auto companies and would rather make a quick buck spewing lies than offer competent service.Take the extra few minutes down to Holliston to get a quality job done by someone who values their industry.

They are promoting misinformation.A body shop was paid by auto manufactures to speaking out against a bill that would not effect auto body work in any way shape or form.The bill would only effect mechanics that are not affiliated with dealerships that will need to access the vehicles computer in a wireless manner. It has no effect on preforming cosmetic or structural body work on the vehicle in most cases.The owner has nothing to gain or lose in this bill and therefore his opinion should carry no more or less weight then a clerk at your local grocery store.

The 5 star reviews should speak for themselves. We brought our car to Santos after hitting a deer. Ron and crew not only got the work done really quickly, our car looks brand new. These guys are awesome!

My 2016 Dodge Journey was hit with a snowplow in March while it was parked. Approximately $4000 worth of damage. They FIXED EVERYTHING BEAUTIFUL!100% satisfied. I would recommend taking any auto body work to have it done by them.Ronnie explains things and Hillary is wonderful to speak with.

HE LIES!I wouldn't trust him to fix potato salad.Completely dishonest and disingenuous lies about what Question 1 is actually about.Auto body shops don't need what auto REPAIR shops need to fix your car.Auto body shops will never do engine work, transmission, hub bearings, alternator, ignition, etc. You could name a thousand things that actual real mechanics do that this guy doesn't.

Santos is in the pocket of big auto companies. I don't appreciate receiving dishonest political ads in my mailbox. If he can't tell the truth about Question 1, then will he tell the truth about your car?

What a sellout. Literally on the flyer is in a tiny little corner "Top donors include GM, Toyota, Ford, Honda, Nissa, FCA, Kia, Hyundai, Subaru, VW/Audi, Mazda, BMW, Daimer, Mitsubishi, Jaguar Land Rover, Volva".I can get why big corps wants to voters vote no. No company want less money. But that's why no consumer (so us) should vote no. As cars gets more computerized, so is the ability to just program lock out anyone except the dealership. Just like how Apple have programmed their phones to make it more and more required to go the Apple store for any fix. Do we want thatThis dude is siding to shoot himself.

Santos auto body has shown a clear misunderstanding of right to repair, a simple concept. If they don't understand standardized interfaces, wouldd you trust them with something as complicated as blending tri-coat paint? Sorry guys, but you wore the t-shirt in the ad. Hopefully they paid you enough to compensate for the loss of your integrity.

The bill expands access beyond OBDII ports to wireless connections. That s it. The original bill didn t have that provision.This guy doesn t understand anything about data or data access yet spends his time fear mongering about a new right to repair bill after being paid off by special interests. Must be short on cash.

I would not recommend this place. Why is he voicing his opinion for car repairs when he owns an auto body shop. Two totally different things. Clearly shows he would do anything to make money and sell out. Don't trust him. Vote yes on 1!

DISHONESTAn Auto Body Shop doing a commercial that is ANTI Right to Repair. The average person watching your commercial doesn't know the difference, you and the MANUFACTURERS are trying to mislead people into thinking this is your main line of business. Stick to body work and lay of being a stooge for the big guy.

A 20 year legacy of fraudulence.I recently received junk mail that pointed me to this business.The owner is a creep who took money from a coalition formed of over a dozen major auto manufacturers to promote fear mongering propaganda against the Right to Repair which only serves to support consumers and threatens dishonest businesses like this one.Avoid at all costs.

Couldn't ask for a better body shop, they have incredible staff they do everything from appraising vehicles mechanic and auto body oil changes tires and the owner Ronnie Santos make sure that he goes out of his way to make sure that his customers are absolutely 100% comfortable do any of the employees ever tried to sell you anything so you do not need and they will help you out the best that they can at any given time I highly highly recommend them anything that you may need for your vehicle
