I believe Dave went above and beyond by taking time out of his days and evenings outside of working hours to fulfil my endless car issues.I appreciate the staff for being accommodating and understanding to my car and non-car related questions.I recommend this auto shop due their integrity and authenticity to make sure all customers are satisfied by making sure their car needs are met.Additionally, they charge honest rates. However, it is key to remember this work is highly specialised trade which means the labor rates will vary.Thank you for the lifts as well to and from the auto shop.

Called on a Friday with a Check Engine light issue (not minor). Brought it in on Monday and it was fixed by that evening and the bill was extremely reasonable. Professional and courteous. Highly recommend R&R.

I ended up with a flat tire on my roadbike near the store - Dave was great: helped reinflate the tire and allowed me to get home without hassle of hiring taxi/Uber. I offered $$ but he refused great to see nice people!!

I needed new brakes and tires for my Silverado. I shopped around quite a bit after the dealership gave me a very expensive estimate. R & R came highly recommend from a few friends so I reached out. Dave is very personable, professional and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend R & R and will definitely be back again. Dave and his staff is exactly what you need when it comes to auto repair. They're honest, trustworthy and their pricing is incredibly fair. Dave was amazing! He was so nice and flexible. I called him last minute to check my tire pressure, he then changed my oil and checked the other stuff in my car for an amazing price. He was funny and so accommodating, almost like a dad. I ll definitely be calling him and driving to see him when I need a mechanic from Boston. Very personable and kind.

I was so happy with my first experience at R & R that I will definitely be taking my family cars there now long-term. Dave was friendly, informative, and genuine. The rates are fair, and Dave went out of his way to show me how to do certain basic maintenance techniques to increase longevity of car life. My wife and I came away with a great feeling and feel more than safe putting our cars in R & R hands!

I have never had a mechanic UNDER charge before but these guys have repeatedly done so. The last time I went here was to get a tire plugged and they didn t charge me anything-literally did it for free. Outstanding quality, service and repair. Thank you!

Dave is a great mechanic and just a good person. He keeps your safety and budget in mind when coming up with a quote, something I wish more mechanics did.Had a wheel bearing on my Lexus fixed for a good price and the car drives great now. Just brought my mom's car in to get fixed as well.Can't recommend this place enough, you won't be disappointed if you come here.Thanks Dave and keep up the good work!

I've been going to R & R for over 10 years now for oil changes and repairs. Dave, the owner, is friendly and knowledgeable and is always willing to explain the reason behind a problem. Ted, the mechanic who works with Dave, is also knowledgeable and is always professional. Thank you for the great service you've provided me over the years - keep up the good work!

R&R AUTO is a very very good place to have your car serviced. David L. the owner is very reasonable for pricing of service/repair needed. They are trustworthy, efficient, and courteous to their customers. I have used there services for many years and felt as a woman treated with respect and honesty.

I am really appreciated for the help and service I had received at R & R. The Mechanics at R & R are very kind, knowledgeable and honest. They went above and beyond to help me when my car broke down on the route a week ago. Dave sent a mechanic to check my car out to see if towing is avoidable to try helping me save money from towing. The mechanic also gave me a ride home after my car was towed to R & R for repair.I am so thankful for what they have done for me and will definitely go back there for my car care and service.

R&R has worked on my car's many times. Appointments are made easily in timely fashion. Communication is clear and prices are reasonable. They do great work on both our domestic and foreign made cars.

Dave is VERY knowledgeable, kind and thorough. Since I moved to the area, it was difficult to find a hometown place to trust, but I definitely found it. I was away one weekend and had to leave my vehicle for a fix and Dave called me a couple of times to update me and give his play by play on how he would tackle the issue. The reassurance and attention to detail is very appreciated.

His rates are fair. He does a good job and service is good. His assistant will drive you home if you need to leave the your vehicle. This is very helpful. He does always spot the extra million things wrong with the car, that I might not want fix at that moment. He can also be over the top hard for inspection stickers. He failed me once for what he called "not enough tire tread". Tires were fine, he just wanted me to buy new ones from him.

I came to Dave owner of R&R with my wife's Ford Focus about 11 years ago.The car needed an alternator.I made a call to make sure a $15 belt was being replaced with rebuilt alternatorwith young woman at front.I believe it cost $500 .Being an aircraft mechanic with an A&P license, it's obvious when you change an alternator with a car that's five or six years old the belt should be changed with it because the old belt has to come off anyway.they wanted to charge me I believe it's been a long time and another $50 to put a new belt on which was $550 for an alternator because they felt the belt was an extra. I insisted on not paying for the belt I said I would pay for what the belt cost it was like $13 at Steve's AutoSince then about 3 years ago I came to Dave cuz my son needed the car I brought a car to him to check it out and paid him we had a nice conversation I thought everything was clear from the past.I called today about getting rear shocks put into my car and he said something and then he hung up on me!!!I called him back and he said "there is bad history with us and was going to hang up I believe again so I told him what I felt some vulgar words came out of my mouth.This man was so rude today and it was overpriced the first job 11 12 or 13 years ago on my wife's Ford focusEverybody else was 300 to 350 with the belt to replace the alternator with a belt.Personally I think he's a rip off it's a long time ago $550 and he wanted $50 extra or $60 extra to put the belt on that he had taken off anywayI am not an amateur at this I will not get screwed so I only paid the $500 plus he wanted it again $60 or so for the belt maybe 75 was a lot of money a long time agoThe reason I'm writing this review is because I called today but my son's rear shocks and he hung up on me and he says bad history (I know I'm being redundant in this review but I'm on voice text)Thought he was a nice guy ,but he's a FAKE WHO DOES DECENT WORK BUT CHARGES DEALERSHIP PRICES WHO NEEDS THAT,??RUDE ALSO!I HATE WRITING NEGATIVE REVIEWS I'VE HAD REALLY GOOD EXPERIENCES WITH A LOT OF MECHANICS AROUND MILLIS AND MIDFIELD MASS I WAS JUST MAKING A CALL TO ASK HIM WHAT HE WOULD CHARGE FOR REAR SHOCKS AND I FORGOT ABOUT THE 12 YEAR AGO EXPERIENCE UNTIL NOWGOOD LUCK TO ANYBODY WHO WANTS TO USE THIS GUY AND PAY TWO OR $300 MORE FOR A JOB THAT SOMEBODY ELSE CAN DO SUFFICIENTLY

only had 2 experiences here with friends. both had quick/resonable priced service. both jobs were simple and have held up well.Had then give me as good of a price on tires as the 'tire' shops and do a wheel bearing. so far so good. Also took my aftermarket warranty no questions asked.

This was the BEST experience I've had at a mechanic. Ever.I went in, told them what was going on and a couple of concerns I had.The guy was extremely straight forward with me at what might be causing my problems, and what they wanted to do about it. Had me okay everything and went above and beyond.I ended up getting a sensor cleaned to turn off my check engine light, air filter replaced, two tires pulled off, one patched, the other needed a hammer or two to straighten the rim. And he also replaced my tail lights, and secured something that was falling down. About 2.5 hours of work. I expected all of this to be near $300 with everything said and done.I paid a little over 100 bucks.Are you kidding me?You can't even get a synthetic oil change for that in some places.I can't say enough about this place. I wish I could get my car worked on by no one else. My car is running smoother than the day I first drove it.This place is well worth the money, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly.If you're looking for a place to take the smallest or largest problem.This place is the place you are looking for.

R & R is a fantastic, honest and knowledgeable shop. They looked at my two cars and clearly broke down what repairs needed to be done. They accurately prioritized what should be fixed first and performed the work in an expert and expedient manner. I would highly recommend R & R.

The man I spoke with was super nice & got my car inspected even though they were wicked busy. My usual inspection place turned me away multiple times saying they didn t have time, until the end of the month came & I was in a jam! So thankful that I found this place close to my work.

Absolutely the best service I have ever received from a Mechanic Shop. Dave is very honest and works hard to make sure everything is done properly and quickly - I will not bring my vehicles anywhere else

Best mechanics I've ever had, (I've had a few good ones & bad) they've helped me out in a couple of rough situations over the past few years and just did it again at a reasonable cost. Worth the effort to check them out first.

Guy has so much work..he pushes people away. He must be loaded. I have 4 vehicles and was looking for a new mechanic. His loss in small town. It will catch up with him eventually. So sad. Thanks dave
