I tried the touchless for the first time. Love the concept. It did a great job overall but wasn't able to clear the lower parts of my car on all sides of it, as you can see in the pictures, I guess it's designed for higher standing cars, trucks, SUVs.

Went to vacuum car. Machine was the worse I ever used. Wouldn't pick up any of the dirt and sand. What a waste of money

Does a nice job, especially if you re just looking to get the winter grime off of your car. Easy to use and left my car clean and relatively dry (I paid for the ultra). I like that the vacuum stations and dispensers take cards. No fumbling around hoping to have enough quarters.

this place is getting low ratings because people are having bad wash experiences here but the truth of it is this is a pseudo car wash. It's not possible to properly wash a car without something agitating the surface of the car (spounge, brushes, cloth).. simply spraying high pressure water and soap at it will not do the job properly. I like to call this place a "car rinse / desalting tunnel". So if you approach this "car rinse" knowing that it's not a full-fledged real car wash then it actually is doing a very good job at what it's designed to do which is basically spray the major grit and salt off your car and keep the acid levels low on and under the body and chassis. I use this location primarily during the fall and winter months when I can't do a proper wash myself at my house, mostly to get salt and major dirt off the car. With that being said, the pricing is a little high for what they offer. I've never encountered a problem with the equipment or the times of operation, I think a 4 stars rating is appropriate for this business. Also, always get the undercarriage wash option, its one of the main reasons I go here.

This car wash is like a boyfriend you want to be the one but he isn t a good kisser and you need to break up with him but you still have hope. After spending $11, I left unsatisfied, - I am sure your intention is to provide a good service - maybe have one of your staff members go through the car wash because it doesn t work thoroughly and we are all trying to spend our money wisely and It can be so much better. The name primrose is so lovely - make your service match the name and I will be back! Thank you for listening.

Automated drive-in car wash doesn't touch your car, but cleans very well nonetheless! Pricing options with different wash packages. Pay with cash or card at screen before you drive in. If you choose a package with undercarriage wash, that happens as you drive in, so drive SLOWLY into the wash area! Primrose also has a vacuum area with spots for four vehicles ($1.50 in quarters for ~5 min? I haven't timed it; it's enough to do one whole vehicle if it's not super dirty, and one side of a semi-dirty vehicle). There is a change machine to get quarters to run the vacuums and to use the Armor-All, car freshener, and all-purpose wipe dispensers ($1.00 apiece).

There was something wrong with the machine I stopped it started washing then said back up , in the middle of the wash, it did that a couple of time! Then the arm of the machine got even closer to my car, it pushed the passenger mirror into my car about the third time around! Because of all this mix up it took almost 15 minutes to wash my little Civic!

Didn't get my car clean or dry. I had to spend ten minutes after the service to use the residual water to clean off all of the dirt that was left, some of it crusty (the stuff from parking under a tree). The only reason it isn't one star is because my car did come out somewhat cleaner than when it went in.

Unfortunately.... I'd like to say its good but I cant, after going through the ultra wash two times in a row and my truck was still really dirty. It is a great idea I just wished it was better. Sadly my last visit.

Just left and I can't believe they don't dryer your car unless you get one of the premium washes... What's the point in paying at all if my car looks like this after?

Great vacuum setup, $1.50 for 5 mins. Car wash is bad: self-service and very short

It didn't really dry the car and there was residue left on it once it dried on its own, not clear if that's from soap/water or it just didn't get it clean. It was inexpensive though. Probably wouldn't do this again.

No longer touchless!! Added doors so you can't see it until the wash has started. Will need to pay detailer to get the swirl marks out now

Have been coming here for many years. The 1st Bay only one side of the under Carriage and lower wash works. This has been broken for years. Does not do a good job any more.

Very slow car wash. I paid for the most expensive wash, and my car still had a lot of bird poop on it when it was done.

No hours posted. Every time I stop by they are closed or out of order. It is summer and I was amazed that they were closed before 7 PM on a week day. I give up on this place.

Can someone reach out with info about getting a refund??? I just went through this, spent $18 and it didnt even come close to getting the dirt off my car. Half of the car wash didnt even spray water it just air dried the right side of my car. Heres an AFTER pic.
