Shoutout to RJM Custom Auto Body Inc. for the amazing bodywork they did on my car. I recently moved to Milford and was greeted by a hit and run on my street, I called several places for estimated pricing and to talk to a receptionist (not a machine) to help me with my car. Before I invest in anything I do my research. I called around to several places and decided on RJM for their exceptional customer service and reasonable pricing because I knew the work I was getting done was not going to be cheap.Tina who welcomed me with a Boston accent and probably the best costumer service I ve ever received from an auto place in a very long time made this process such a breeze. She was not only transparent but personally helped me find a used replacement door so I could save $ on having to buy a brand new one. I mean look at that detail!! She nailed it. Not only that she called me prior, while my car was getting worked on and a couple days later to make sure I was happy with the services done on my car. They even swapped out the regular window with the tinted window drom my door since my accident I ve seen 2 more on my street and a couple others in Milford, wondering if anyone still knows how to drive lol but if not, RJM will take very good care of you. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Don t waste your time anywhere else. They are quick, transparent, and reasonable with pricing. My car looks back to brand new.

Embarking on my search for a top-notch auto-body repair shop, I relied on stellar reviews and proximity to my home. The West Street Auto Body, with its glowing 4.9-star rating, immediately caught my eye. I spoke multiple times with its staff over the phone, brought my car, emailed the estimates (needed repairing 2 vehicles) and even chatted with the owner. However, after three-week wait, just to get on the schedule, I realized it was time to move on.This led me back to RJM, where the difference was night and day. Why didn t I called them first? When I lived in Hopedale, the shop was a minute drive time from my house and, if I needed some bodywork, I used the RJM shop. But since I moved farther away, I thought to explore closer options.And as before, a single efficient call was all it took to arrange both the drop-off and a convenient rental. On the 11th of March, I drove my car to RJM, and by the 21st, it was all done. The slight extension in repair time was a testament to RJM's thoroughness, as they took the initiative to involve the adjuster for comprehensive repair adjustments.Observing the meticulous attention to detail and precision in their work, I was thoroughly impressed. My car returned to me in an even better condition than I had left it, sparkling clean and expertly repaired.A heartfelt thank you to the RJM team for their exceptional service and dedication. Your commitment to excellence has not gone unnoticed, I am truly grateful.

Our Mercedes GLE450 was a year old and we had a rear end collision issue to contend with. Damage wasn't terrible, mostly cosmetic but..UGH! The paint was a multilayered white pearl finish and I just knew was going to be difficult to match. So I asked my local, trusted mechanic who he recommends for autobody work and he immediately told me RJM in Milford. He said they've been in business a long time and did great work. So I went there and couldn't be more happy that I did. Professional, courteous and ya, you could tell not new to the industry. Final product was absolutely "AS GOOD AS NEW". Paint? Perfect. A day or two after I picked up our car, I received a call from the office to make sure I was happy with the work. Luckily we don't often need autobody work for anyone that does and wants their car to look like it never happened I say, "Bring your car here", you'll be glad you did. 2 thumbs up and 5 Stars for RJM.

So here s a story. Back in 2017 I bought my tC, in 2018 some crazy man keyed both sides of it and my car has so much sentimental value, I was so upset. As the years went on my car got dings here and there either from carriages in a parking lot or someone opening their truck door into it . This past January a woman hit me coming out of a stop sign and my front passenger side got wrecked. Again, killing me a little inside. Thankfully I have a regular at my job who works at the best body shop around and I asked him for help. RJM Custom Auto Body Inc. in Milford genuinely went above and beyond to get my car looking good again. That is an understatement .She looks better than she did when I picked her up in 2017. I picked her up today after 3 long weeks without her and I am surprised I didn t cry finally my baby is looking brand new again. I can t thank RJM enough for all of the work they put into my car, fixing the damage from the accident and the years worth of dings and key marks. Today honestly was so special to me I had to make a post about it. RJM really deserves the recognition and I hope if any of you see this and need body work done you go to them! Outstanding customer service and quality of work! Tina is a pleasure to talk to and very accommodating! Everyone here is so friendly and professional!I had a Carvana insurance claim on a gap in my closed driver side window that was causing considerable wind noise in a vehicle I just bought. They were very honest and knowledgeable in explaining to me what the problem could be and the process to fix it. Tina used clear and open communication with me to schedule a time for it to be fixed and in explaining how long I could expect it to take. But they far exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond, even adjusting a misalignment in the door to make it even again. I couldn t be happier with my experience!I highly recommend them to anyone and I will definitely come back for any other auto body concerns I have! Thank you everyone at RJM so much!

I found out about RJM from Carvana/SilverRock. They are a preferred company. While SilverRock mostly partners with Maaco and the location did an okay job previously, my work required more than just paint so I gave RJM a try.My Cadillac DTS s front bumper had previously had body filler and the parking sensors painted over. Mark identified it right away and knew it was causing the issues. He also filled everything out with SilverRock so that I didn t have to do much at all! While it turned out the bumper was badly damaged beyond repair, Mark kept me in the loop of everything and the poor quality of the old bumper and how he got SilverRock to approve a new one. As you can see from the photos, it shines! I cannot recommend RJM enough.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

I received the phone call that no parent wants to receive. My daughter contacted me to inform me that her car was just hit by another vehicle. As a parent, you think the worst, thank God her vehicle was on unoccupied and parked. I work in Worcester and reside in Hopedale. All my contacts for home repair to vehicle repair is in Worcester. After several discussions with numerous friends they told me about RJM Auto Body in Milford . I figured I would have them repair my car with all the recommendations and it s close to home.. I called RJM and spoke to Mark. He was very helpful and very accommodating to when he can take a look at the vehicle. Very helpful & very nice on the phone. When I arrived to the body shop, I met Tina. She assured me that she would take care of all the paperwork & not to worry.I met Mark & he came out looked at the vehicle and got the process going. He was very thorough and explained everything that he discovered with the vehicle. We set an appointment and I dropped the car off.A couple days latter, (today ) I received the car after it was repaired.The car looks just like it did the day we bought it! Quality work!RJM did a fantastic job with the vehicle. Mark and Tina were fantastic throughout the process. They honestly made me feel as if I knew them for 25 years. words cannot express how satisfied I am with TEAM RJM !!They are always very friendly and always smiling and ready to help. You do not find this type of service nowadays. The best shop in the area for sure!! Had my car repaired here after someone ran a stop sign and hit my doors. Tina & Mark took great care of me, kept me updated and the car was finished in a timely manner and it looks better than new! While I was there to pick up my car I had the opportunity to meet the owner Rob, and he couldn't be nicer, what a great team at RJM!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I brought my brand new BMW here after it was sideswiped. I couldn't be happier with the service and the quality of workmanship received. my car looked just as good as the day I bought it!! Everyone from the office was great, they set up my rental and even took the time to make sure my rental was covered by insurance. I highly recommend RJM Auto Body. Tina and Mark are terrific, they made an otherwise painful experience smooth and easy. An issue came up with the rental company, no fault of RJM, but Tina got right on it. The work is outstanding and they even buffed out some scratches not related to the accident. So glad that I found these guys, although I hope to never use them again ;)Service: Body & Trim

RJM Autobody in Milford is a great body shop if you've been in an accident. Milford has some other options for auto body collision repair but RJM should be the only place to consider. Fair, honest, fast and a great team over there, highly recommended!
