Andreia has helped me get into the last 3 of my vehicles. She has gone above and beyond for me every single time. Every car i got she has been completely transparent on and the cars quality always spoke for itself. 10 out of 10 would recommend all buisness through milford auto mall !!!

I had a great and straightforward car buying process with Milford Auto Mall! Bill was very helpful and timely in email correspondence, and Andreia made sure to explain every step of the paperwork. The prices are reasonable and the service is great. I'd definitely do business with them again!

This dealership does not deserve a star. Total crook. Do not go here. This dealership will rip you off. They should be shut down. Do not waste your money on milford automall.

Bill was amazing. Answered texts n emails promptly. We were coming from out of state, 4hrs away. He made everything easy, the price, our trade value, the financing, the delivery... Everything! Thank you again for all you did!

This place is by far the best place I have ever bought a vehicle. Andreia went above and beyond when it came to finding me the best deal possible. Everything they said they could do they did and more. Highly recommend the Milford auto Mall to anyone.

My nephew bought from here and had a fantastic experience. I recently picked up a 2009 BMW X5 and had a great experience as well. Friendly, courteous, helpful patient and not pushy at all. We compared several cars all side by side had them all running going through them all. Finally of the 3 we decided, they got us approval plates and were always keeping us informed. We had one issue that showed up after we took it ( very minor ) that didnt show up on our road test. Spark plug issue causing a misfire, we called and was back within an hour. They had it fixed while we had lunch and were very apologetic. Honestly, it wasnt their fault it happens but their customer service honestly and integrity will keep us as loyal customers. Highly recommend

Best car buying experience I have ever had. Bill was extremely nice, efficient, honest, and fair. Everything was easy and quick, from the initial test drive to the pick up of the car. The car was registered and ready for pickup one day after I purchased it. I highly recommend this dealer!

They have a Great inventory. Great staff too, loved the buying experience. Straight forward and simple. I have bought cars from both BIG and small dealers. So far these guys they top them all. Also they have/had nice Saab s lol

Top notch experience. Bill was very responsive and professional, with no high pressure sales. We made the 96 mile drive from our home to look at a specific car, and saw immediately that this was a place we wanted to do business with. Especially when Bill produced the CarFax report for the vehicle, that is provided for free. They are honest and forthright, and are selling great quality cars at very fair prices. The delivery of the car to our home was the icing on the cake! I do hope we can buy from them again in the future.

The staff here are fantastic. They were clear and direct answering any questions I had, and I was never pressured to make a purchase. The paperwork was painless thanks to Andreia, and her advice saved me money when I shopped car insurance. From start to finish it was a relaxed and pleasant experience doing business with them.

I can t say enough about the professionalism of Milford Auto Mall having been looking for a Nissan Xterra for a long time and when I found one there the owner was patient and not aggressive at all. He didn t try and trick me into buying it, just provided facts and allowed me time to ponder the decision. Even though I didn t end up buying the car, I appreciated his candor and professionalism.

First time selling a car and Bill and Pierre made it painless. They explained everything and why the price was offered. They took care of all the paperwork including taking care of paying the bank what was left on the loan and had a check for me pretty much immediately and it was easy, breezy, lemon squeezy. They even offered some helpful advice. If the need for a car comes up, I'll definitely be checking with them to see what they have available given how comfortable I felt dealing with this dealership.

Simply put, I had the best car-buying experience I d ever had. I have never bought at an independent dealer before, so I was rather skeptical to see what looked like the stereotypical used car lot. Right away, the people there (Bill, Pierre, and Andi) put me at ease. They were super honest, welcoming, and down-to-earth. No high-pressure tactics here. I did my research, and I knew their asking price was great. They gave me a fair price on my trade. Honestly, the time spent making a deal and then the paperwork was totally great. They assured me they stand by their work, and I believe them. I even had the car double-checked at the dealer, and the car was in perfect condition. Thank you, Milford Auto Mall, for selling me a great used car at a great price!

I needed a inspection done to my family suv I decide to go here to Milford s auto mall. I am very pleased I did my suv is a 2015 Cadillac Escalade I love it so much but it had a few issues I was worried was going to cost me a fortune but to my surprise it came up good only thing I needed was 1 tire and they replaced the two front tires for me for a great price and did the inspection simple and easy

I had a great car buying experience here! Both guys were super helpful and friendly, but more importantly they weren t pushy or dismissive something that as a woman you really don t usually get at car dealerships. I never felt like they were trying to take advantage. They gave me a good deal on my trade in. Everything about this experience was stress free. I walked away feeling great about the interaction and my purchase. I love my new used car! Would highly recommend this place.

Recently bought a car and applied for my first car loan. The staff at Milford Auto Mall were amazing. Pierrot discussed all my needs as a commuter and had me test drive multiple cars that would be a great fit for me.After deciding on what I wanted, Andreia sat with me and patiently went over multiple options for financing and helped me find the best rate. I've always owned cars outright, so the thought of a car payment seemed pretty daunting. But she was able to break down multiple payment options in a way I could understand.I would highly recommend Milford Auto Mall. All the cars I drove were in great shape, and the customer service was unbeatable.

I think I might have had the best experience ever when auto shopping with Bill from Milford Auto Mall. I was separating active duty military and was moving to the Boston Area. I had a Mini Cooper in Europe and absolutely loved it. I searched the web and liked a few cars and Bill stepped it to help me the rest of the way. The negotiations were easy and respectful, the purchasing was all done through online sources and speaking to them through email. The best part of all, I was coming into country with no car, no home and just asked if they could deliver the car to my hotel. Bill took care of me, when I needed some help. For that I will forever be grateful to Bill and will give him my business from now on! Thank you Bill!

Bill was BEYOND amazing in helping me through the process of purchasing a 2010 Toyota Highlander. I had never purchased a vehicle through a dealership before and I was in an accident just days prior to contacting him. He helped me through each phase- from stopping by for a test drive within 15 minutes of my call in, to explaining financing to me considering I had literally no idea how any of that worked, to helping me find a good rate with a credit union that would work since I live in NH, to purchasing the vehicle, and Andrea helped talk me through next steps for registration and explaining my warranty etc during the purchasing process.... I could not be more pleased with my experience. A+++ for customer service and quality of the vehicle and attention to detail!! They took care of 3 Toyota recalls for the vehicle before I purchased it so that it was in perfect condition for me. Genuine, honest, helpful, friendly, quick to respond, and down to earth... This is the place to buy your next vehicle, hands down.

Nice little private dealership in Milford MA. I had recently bought a new car I was not looking to drive in the winter. As such, I sought out a little Corolla 4 cylinder to tool around in for the winter months. Came across Milford Auto Mall with good reviews and they live up to it. Very casual experience meeting Bill, let me take the car out for a drive and it was in great shape for its age and showed no cautionary symptoms. We finalized the deal and even after the sale, they send cars to their local shop to have them evaluated and guarantee them to pass an inspection sticker. They found the power window module was bad and replaced it for me. Been driving for a few weeks now and zero problems. I would return to them for a used card any day of the week. It was a pleasant experience and I recommend if in the area.

As a first time buyer, everyone was extremely helpful with the whole process. I told them what I was looking for and Pierre found the perfect car with everything I was looking at a great price! Andi then took care of the whole loan process. Every employee there is knowledgeable and they all want the best for their customers. I came all the way from Gloucester, Ma and I ll never go anywhere else for a car!
