Dropped in to make an appointment to have my car looked at for a bad front end vibration when braking. They took it right then, put it on the lift, identified the problem, had the parts in stock, and fixed it, all without me even having an appointment. Great front office guys, and skilled technicians. I m very happy with their service!

These guys are great The shop is spotless you can eat off the floor.I had front struts replaced and job was done in 3 hours and vehicle feels brand new Maz was great explained everything and I'd highly recommend using these folks for their professionalism and their dedication to doing the job the right way .Joe Oliveri

The staff were great! They were able to take me as a walk-in to repair my tire. I was a little anxious because the next day the area was supposed to get a big snowstorm and I didn't want to have a flat in case of an emergency. They were finished within 20 minutes! From my phone call to cashing out, they were friendly and professional. I would definitely go back there if I have tire trouble.

Friendly, competent technicians did a complete brake job on my older Taurus. Dropped it off the night before and got a call Around noon the following day with the estimate and another call at 3:15 to tell me my car was ready. Pricing was extremely fair. Their operation is very efficient. Totally pleasant experience.

I have to say I had a wonderful experience! Even though in this day and age, a woman shouldn t feel like she gets taken advantage of when it comes to car repair, it does still happen often. But at Meineke they explained everything in detail to me without treating me like I was a dumb woman and even sent pictures of the parts that needed to be fixed. They were very quick and professional and I would recommend them to anyone who needs service!Service: Exhaust

I brought my car to Meineke twice and both time was excellent service from nice guys at the front desk and excellent car care from the mechanic.Toyota diagnosed my car as needing a motor mount to stop the rattling squeaky noise I was hearing within my console. Meineke looked at it and tightened the heat shield under the hood that was loose and fixed the problem instantly! Great work guys. Thank you.Tommy

After reading positive reviews, I chose Meineke-Milford for an oil change and inspection. They recommended replacing rear rotors, brake pads, air, and cabin filters, showing transparency and offering a $60 discount. Trusting their quote not to surpass market rates, I later noticed a $50 shop supplies charge on the final invoice significantly higher than expected. Upon inquiry, they justified it for resources like nuts, bolts, rags, etc. Comparing prices with other workshops like Midas and Firestone, I discovered that Meineke-Milford not only charged almost 60% more for rotors and brake pads but also had an inflated shop supplies charge. I paid approximately $540 for replacing the rear rotors and brake pads. Since the oil change covered all supplies and charges, and air/cabin filter replacement didn't require additional supplies, the $50 shop supplies charge seemed excessive, mainly for rear rotors and pads replacement. It appears they offered a $60 discount on one hand but recouped more through increased prices on parts and shop supplies. While a clever sales tactic, it doesn't seem fair to customers. My initial trust in the shop quickly diminished, once again leaving me with a sense of deception from yet another typical car workshop!

I had a great experience at Meineke. I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. They completed a complimentary check and found dirty cabin and engine filters and brakes that needed to be replaced. I appreciated that Ziad showed me the filters and the low brake pads so I could see the need for myself. Maz typed up an estimate and explained all of the charges to me. I did not feel pressured at all. The prices were reasonable and the work was top notch. Thank you!

On vacation out of state and needed rear brakes to get home. Rear brakes were installed was back on the road in no time. They also checked the rest of my car. Thank you for keeping me and my family safe.

We got a flat tire in the middle of a weekend roadtrip and all we had was the donut spare. We were in a tough spot, but the gang at Meineke made room in their busy schedule to take care of us.They plugged the flat and got us back on the road in under 30 minutes!Totally saved the day (and our trip)!Many thanks!

After a long time found a place where you won t get ripped off if you are not an auto expert. The place is run by honest brothers who took my tire issue late Saturday to fix it when I was potentially asked by a nearby Nissan showroom to replace the tire. Will be coming back here.

Communication was great, the mechanic was friendly, and the work was done in a very timely fashion. The only slight negative was there were no envelopes in the drop box. I had to improvise when dropping my car off that evening. Not a huge deal but there should be envelopes for overnight drop-offs.Service: TiresService: Tires

Dropped off my truck in for a oil change and filter. They got it done the same day. They did a go over on my truck, marked that they checked out certain things and the next day my shock was dragging on the right rear axle. But it was checked ok.

I was told my tires were rotated. They were not. The brake dust on the front tire rims clearly supported they were not rotatedI left wondering if my oil was really changed since I didn t wait on site. I won t return.
