I can't say enough positive things about my experience at Master Collision. Marlon is great to deal with, very professional and does great work. I would highly recommend to anyone if you are looking for a top notch auto body shop that provides great customer services as well as amazing results, this is it.

My experience with Marlon and his team at Master collision was the most hassle free and pleasant experience I have ever had with any car mechanic. They are all great in their interaction as well as customer service. Very focussed to do the best work they can for their customers. Way to go Marlon!

I got into an accident and the left side of my car was totally destroyed. The guys from Master Collision Center made an incredible job, and now my car looks brand new, they even fixed some scratches that my car had. I m really happy with the result. I totally recommend them, your car will be in great hands!!

I had my SUV's bumper damaged in a small collision and saw Master Collision in Milford, MA on the internet. Seeing good reviews and being from Milford, I brought my truck in to get repaired. Not only did they investigate the collision to uncover additional damage that the original adjuster hadn't noticed, they also took care of all of the communication and dealings with the insurance company and car rental. The repairs and repainting were flawless and my vehicle was returned in an excellent, and freshly cleaned, condition. I strongly recommend the folks at Master Collision in Milford. Great job guys!

My mom, who is 80 years old, had a little fender bender and a few scratches on her bumpers from accidentally hitting the garage when she pulled in and out. LOL. She absolutely LOVES her little 2009 RAV 4 and takes pride in it's appearance. Master Collision did an amazing job fixing it! They were professional and timely. They also detailed the entire car and gave it back to her SPOTLESS. Looks almost brand new. My mom could not be more satisfied with the work. We HIGHLY recommend this group of wonderful, talented auto repair (and detailing) experts!

I actually bought a used car from them, and the transmission went 2 days later. They refused to give me my money back. They did try to fix it. But they wanted me to pay labor fee to replace the transmission after taking my $4500 I have no car. They have my $ and I have nothing. Bad people! Never go there.

I ve been to Master Collision Center several times. Each time I was treated well and the work was done professionally and on time. Although I d rather not have to, I d go back to have any auto body repair done.
