Great experience. Got T-boned in June. Birchlers took care of the repairs on my 2018 Audi Q7 on time.I had noticed some road noise that wasn't there previously, brought it back, took a drive and was diagnosed as just a misaligned window seal.During that drive I was told that he made sure to have anything close to iffy replaced to get the car back to me in good shape.Stand up shop.

took them 3 days and 700 dollars to reinsert a fuse , still gave my truck a red R for a missing front plate which is clearly visible and readable even in the picture.i would not suggest taking your truck there unless you want to get robbed

Make sure you get an estimate before before work is done!!!$1566.91 For recap trailer tire and used steel wheel and hub cover.. Total rip off!!! Then while I was paying they went into my tractor and Took my key without my knowledge.. I have never paid so much for a trailer tire And work... I would not ever come back or deal with these people ever again... Good luck if you use these people you'll need it.

Good news, they fixed the problem. Bad news, it took 4 days. Good News, they had a loaner car. Bad news, it was expensive. Based on my online research of expected costs for repairs, each service and part was at or above the high end of estimates. It may be that they are primarily a commercial truck repair shop. My car was the only car amongst 5 or 6 trucks being worked on, when I went to fetch some items form my vehicle. My car runs great now and I'm glad they were close to where I work when I needed them but my regular repair shop would have done it quicker for less, but they also don't have a loaner car.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Stay away, This is a crooked business. They worked on my truck around 4-5 hours (which is average time for the same job verified with few shops).Our driver was present and witnessed that they have been working on multiple vehicles during that day. After work was done they charged me 22 hours of labor , even though they open 9 hours per day plus they charged me $150 for drivers presence. When I refused to pay they held my truck hostage.

They replaced my water pump in 1 day. I was stuck on 495 was able to drive over nd they got to work they are kind people in there I never experienced that anywhere in my 42 yrs of living they diagnosed my truck and got me back on the road the next day by 12 I would recommend anyone who lives in this area or broke down to come here you will not be disappointed once again thank you so much . My car needed to get fixed after a car accident. I have a brand new 2017 and it was very hard to find all of my car parts considering they were all brand new. They kept me posted very well on where the car parts were coming from and how long they would take to get in. They estimated it would be 2 weeks to get all the parts and fix the car and it actually took 13 days so a very close estimate and of course I was pumped to get my car back a day early. One of the nicest parts was they gave me a loner car to use so I could still get to work.They fixed my car perfectly it's been 3 months and still haven't had any problems at all. I will 100% return to this location.

Don't use them if you have wheels you don't want damaged. Took my F350 there for tires and they gouged my wheels and wanted to fix them by replacing with used ones instead of replacing with new ones.Service: TiresService: Tires

Recently brought my truck here for a lighting issue.After several hours of diagnosis I was told that the fuse box needed to be replaced. Was quoted $3500 for the Fuse box.I had them button the truck up, paid $200 for their diagnosis and drove my truck to my repair shop in Peabody.My mechanic inspected the truck and found a bad wire on the trailer. So I've been going to not your average joes for a long time and their numerous locations. Their pizza is top notch. In fact their Buffalo chicken is easily in my top three buffalo chicken pizzas. Pro tip use the olive oil dipping sauce and dip your Buffalo chicken pizza in it.

Our driver went to this location to replace one trailer tire. They gave us the pricing which was ok, but at the end we had to pay $838.36 for Iron man low pro tire, a classical rip off. Their excuse was "You didn't talk with us for a quote".Never going to use this shop again definitely.Service: Tires

The staff is super kind and they are willing to work with you on your schedule. They do some service on non-commericak vehicles and they do non-commerical inspections as well. Highly recommend, very accommodating
