I highly recommend using Milford Nissan Collision. Jennifer made the scheduling process easy and accommodating. I was given updates regarding the progress of my vehicle as well. The work done by Chris was top notch. The paint on my Cadillac was perfectly matched, and my car looks better than before, inside and out. Great attention to detail. Thanks and Great job!

My husband and I cannot thank Chris enough for all of his help with a windshield/paint fix. After having 2 faulty windshields installed by another company and damage to our new cars paint we finally were recommended Chris and Nissan Collision. He personally asked a windshield tech to take care of us at his shop while we came in for paint correction. All of this was done in one day and the windshield and car is perfect! We could not recommend Chris and Nissan Collision more!

I brought my car to Nissan Collision Center in Milford, Ma. for repair. The people there were very informative and answered all my questions. My car was fixed earlier than expected which made me very happy. The repair work was impeccable and my car was washed and the inside was all cleaned! I highly recommend Nissan Collision Center if you're in need of vehicle repair.

I will always choose Milford Nissan Collision Center! I ve had extensive work done there twice now, on two different vehicles, and the service and quality of work was amazing both times! Kim was such a pleasure to work with! She was always so accommodating and great with communication! Chris was so considerate and understanding when I was dealing with getting my moms car taken care of and just overall great to work with. The work they did on both of our cars was outstanding! Our cars looked brand new again each time we left there. You would never be able to tell there was any damage, even down to the blending of paint. We've had vehicle repairs at Milford Nissan Collision Center on 2 occasions and have been very pleased. The work was completed on time and looked great. Their prices are very fair also. We'll always use them (but hopefully won't have any more collisions!)

Chris and team do fantastic work. I brought my Nissan Sentra and 2023 ram 2500 in for bodywork and paint. Chris has gone above and beyond each time. The only body shop I trust with my vehicles.

I called on a Wednesday and they got me an appointment to bring the car in on Monday. I dropped my car off, and within a few days, the car had already been looked at and taken apart. I went down to sign the paperwork, and Chris explained everything wrong with the vehicle and visibly showed me what he would need to fix. The car would have been back to me in a week if the hood wasn't on backorder. Nonetheless, Chris kept me informed throughout the process and again showed me what he fixed after he completed the autobody work. I've had jobs done on cars before, but never as spectacular as Chris's work. My car looks brand new.

Great service! I was able to drop my vehicle off and pick up the rental seamlessly. The work was done quickly and professionally. Everything looked amazing when it was done, like it was never in an accident. I would strongly recommend them to anyone in need of body work.

We had repairs done at another shop following an accident. The other repair shop had terrible communication, took forever, and actually caused more damage to our vehicle. We didn t find out until parts started falling off! It was an incredibly stressful experience. Our insurance then recommended Milford Nissan Collision and they were amazing! They had excellent communication, letting us know every step of the way what was going on. They showed us everything that was damaged, or left out and all the steps taken to repair. They worked very well with our insurance company, and with Toyota for reprogramming electrical and were all very friendly. My minivan both looks and operates great now and I highly recommend them to others.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My Son's Nissan Altima had an encounter with a large raccoon on the highway in VT which did quite a bit of damage to the bumper and cooing system. Chris Kadra (Manager) did an fantastic job repairing the car in record time and I honestly feel the car came back in better shape then it was before the accident. Kim (Office Manager) worked with the insurance company and tow service and made the ordeal as painless as possible for us.Chris and Kim really treated us like family and I will not hesitate to bring our cars to them again. Also nice to know they work on all brand autos too.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Chris recently replaced my rear bumper from an accident and my car looks like it just rolled out of a showroom. I feel like I'm driving a brand new vehicle. The car was even detailed! Amazing job, Chris! Kim in the office is awesome, friendly, very helpful and keeps in touch before and after the repair work is done. I will absolutely recommend Milford Nissan Collision Center to family and friends.

I got rear-ended and needed to get my car fixed and we chose to go to Milford Nissan Collision. Kim who works at the front desk is amazing and super nice, she went above and beyond to help me out in dealing with my insurance! Chris did an amazing job at making sure my car looked brand new! Milford Nissan has amazing workers with great customer service I highly recommend them! Thank you to both Kim and Chris!

I had a great experience with this body shop. Kim goes above and beyond to help you out. They filled all the insurance paperwork and I did nothing but bring the car in. Super helpful and easy. Kim called me back promptly when she said she would. She s super friendly and always has a smile on her face. I had a minor accident and was referred to milford nissan collision center by my car insurance. Kim and Chris were so wonderful and took care of all my needs. They went above and beyond and not only repaired the damages, but also did interior and exterior cleaning and touched up some additional areas that I had requested. My car was also ready within a week! It was overall a great experience, I appreciate everything they did and would recommend to others!

Chris was thorough in diagnosing all that was wrong with my car after my car was hit in 2021 with some debris on a highway which ended up puncturing 2 tires, damaging rims and the undercarriage. Some of the issues were missed by other 2 places I went to. Repairs were done satisfactorily and on time. I was in the area today and I showed to Chris, some loose parts on my car's front bumper which Chris fixed, no questions asked.I would highly recommend Chris and Automotive Body Shop to everyone.Service: Body & Trim

I had never been to Milford Nissan Collision Center before but I decided to come here after all the amazing reviews that I saw, Kim, and Chris were so professional and helpful, and fixed my car right up! A hit and run left me with a dent on my front driver s side and being my first need for body work in many years I wasn t sure where to go. A friend recommended Milford Nissan Collision and I m sure glad he did. Chris was awesome to work with - he dealt with the insurance company completely and made my car look good as new!! He even detailed the inside for me! Great guy and great shop- highly recommend!

Chris was so great to deal with. He explained everything, kept me up to date and got my car back to me much quicker than I expected! I had front end damage from an accident and when I got it back it looked better than new. And he detailed it which was unexpected. I brought my car here because I had to have my bumper replaced. Chris was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was extremely professional, courteous, competent, and really made me feel like my business was important to him. My car was ready for me when promised and when I went to pick it up not only did my repair look as though my car was brand new but he washed and cleaned the interior of my car as well! That was totally unexpected but a wonderful surprise. I felt as though that the service went above and beyond. Drop my car of with Chris three days ago and on the third day Chris informed me that my car was finished. WOW that is great service! The car came out like new, price was fair, friendly knowable staff and Chris paid great attention to making sure I was totally satisfied. Milford Nissan Collision Center did an excellent job re-repairing my car after a botched repair at a different body shop. Chris, the manager, was very respectful and professional in every way. Through frequent updates, Chris went out of his way to keep me in the loop as the repairs progressed. I found out that Chris, personally, has a very keen eye for detail and the car was back in mint condition when I picked it up -thanks to Chris s considerable skills. One more thing, Peter was a true artist with the paint. My car is a very hard to match Longbeach blue. Peter matched the color exactly even the metal flake in the paint was spot on. Had a great experience with Chris Kadra at Milford Nissan Collision Center after my car was rear-ended. The process from beginning to end was painless. Chris arranged the rental, did an exceptional job on the body work, completed the work quickly and returned the car cleaned in/out which was a nice bonus. Great work quality and customer service. Chris did an amazing job with my truck, I originally had the body work done at another body shop which left it with overspray everywhere and bad body lines. I brought it to Chris and and now it looks just as good as new if not better, he also went above and beyond and did a full detail of my truck afterwards.
