The best auto care place in metro west. They are genuine people. They do not force any repair on you to make money. Very honest. I asked them to change my brake rotors and pad last year. They took in my vehicle and told me my break and pads are good for another 10 months. They just changed oil and charged me for oil change.My car was showing lots of warning lights on an evening. I drove it there to see that they were closing for the night. The technician still looked at my car, took all the details and made my car drivable and safe. Asked me to come back if there is any issues.

Friendly, fast service. Bernadette was one of the nicest people I have ever met at a mechanic shop. I highly recommend this shop. Not only was the people pleasant; it was also very reasonably priced.Update: I still go here every time I need a repair. Mike and Peter are great mechanics! Nobody else will touch my cars!

Highly recommend! Great to find an owner(s)-operated garage that truly cares about their customers and the service they provide. Very professional doing some much needed work on my Tundra. The entire crew went above and beyond to solve and fix a problem that came up after the service. The problem was not their fault, but they were determined to make it right in less then ideal circumstances!

Easily the most reputable, customer-focused auto care business in the Metrowest area. Bernadette and the staff are wonderful people focused on delivering top-notch customer service, and excellent automobile care. Our family has all its cars serviced at Accurate and every single service visit has been fantastic. In addition, the staff has given endlessly of their time with advice and recommendations on a wide array of auto maintenance and warranty issues. If you require any type of auto service, there is no better choice for your car than Accurate Auto Care.

Accurate Auto Care have been my mechanics since I owned my first car! Mike and Peter do fantastic work, and Bernadette is extremely sweet, communicative, and honest! They don't play games at Accurate. All good, honest work! Bernadette even drives me home and picks me back up when my car stays at the shop for a prolonged period.My Lexus gets serviced and maintained like it would from the factory!

New to Accurate Auto Care and I couldn't be happier! Mike and Peter are knowledgeable mechanics. They replaced the radiator of my 2005 Sienna minivan on my first visit. I called in the morning and my car was fixed by evening. Their pricing was great and when I picked my car up it had been washed. WOW, I didn't expect that. Today I called in a panic because my son's driver's side door wouldn't close. Bernadette, the office manager, told me to bring it right in. I did so and Peter had it fixed in a couple minutes. He even showed my son what to do should it happen again. Oh, and he did it at NO CHARGE! I have to say their customer service is awesome. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I will absolutely use them again and I HIGHLY recommend Accurate Auto Care if you need auto service in the Milford area.

Fantastic and compassionate family-owned place.Bernadette is a sweetheart and even gave me a ride back to work so I didn't have to walk!The mechanic knew his stuff and was straightforward and descriptive.Purchased this vehicle from Campos Detailing which was "Guaranteed to pass MA inspection." After pleading with the guy at Campos to get a new battery, which was covered under my warranty, he finally gave in after a week of me having to rely on strangers for a jump start any where I'd go.Check engine light was on on these wonderful people we able to uncover three transmission and three engine codes as well as something wrong with the brakes. They advised me that it would take more than the 2250 that I paid for the car to get it working again.Compassionate and honest people!Brought it back to Campos Detailing and he laughed in my and said it is fine. It has failed inspection and Campos refused to do anything for me. It has been two months now and Campos Auto took my money and kept my car, which I should have used the money to repair instead of wasting it on this lemon. I will be getting a lawyer.Thank you so much Bernadette and the rest of the Accurate Auto family to help ease my situation and for all of your help with everything!

Accurate Auto Care is my new go-to shop for service on my older Tacoma. They are a friendly and family-owned and operated business. Their prices are quite reasonable and, unlike the dealership up the street, they offered me multiple options for a costly repair. I was very pleased with a few recent services they performed.

They absolutely took great care of my car and gave me a much better price than anywhere else. Its been about a month and a half and my corolla runs like a dream. I recommend this place to anyone who wants a great job done for reasonable price.

My 1st time there and i will 100% certainly be back. Very friendly, very helpful. Wont do any work without your approval. Super fair prices. I highly recommend going here as i will be going back as needed.

I'm so happy to have a Toyota / Lexus specialist so close to home.I've taken my Toyota Camry here a few times and Bernadette, Peter, and the rest of the Accurate Auto Care team have made me a loyal customer.Bernadette always expresses being happy to see me and remembered my name after just my first visit. That's not a fluke, either. I heard another customer express surprise Bernadette remembered him because he had not been to the shop in a long time. Taking the time to remember your customers is a surefire sign you value their business.But an auto repair shop is only as good as the quality of the work they do. And yet they match the kind and personal service at the front desk with thorough work in the shop.My second visit was for a noise coming from my car's front end. Prior to visiting Accurate Auto Care for the issue I brought it to a Toyota dealership (figuring a dealership would give the most-thorough look at everything). The service advisor there claimed there was nothing wrong and sent me on my way.The master techs at Accurate Auto Care saw it differently, though. While they couldn't pinpoint the precise cause of the noise they identified three things it could be and offered a relatively-low-cost solution. They adjusted the rubber mounts holding up the hood when shut, installed a noise kit on the plastic engine shield beneath the car, and tightened the strut mounts. The annoying noise I was hearing over big bumps disappeared. Me? Happy customer!There is so much more I could say - even after just a few visits - but I know you're not here to read a book. The best summary I can give for this shop is if you bring your Toyota or Lexus to them your vehicle is in better hands than if it was at the dealership. You're not working with a junior mechanic who is only adept at oil changes. Your vehicle is in the hands of master technicians.And you won't have to introduce yourself each visit to the service advisor du jour. You'll work with Bernadette, who will even give you her mobile number so you can text her anytime you have questions about your vehicle or want to schedule an appointment.I'm so happy I can refer my wife - who also drives a Toyota - to Accurate Auto Care. I love supporting local businesses which care about their customers!

Mike, Peter, and Bernadette are the BEST EVER!! They work as a team and always do the right thing by their customers. Not just the little things, either. One time they replaced a part on our old 1998 Toyota Camry and then my Dad took it to his house in Lake George, NY (3.5 hours away) and the part failed, so the car wouldn't work. Mike drove all the way to my father's house (leaving at 6:00 PM on a Friday evening- rush hour!) with a flat bed truck and picked up the car and came back the same Friday night with the car. His reason? Accurate stands by their work and he was going to make sure the Camry ran well for my Dad's Zimbabwe exchange student. Now - that's what I call FANTASTIC SERVICE!!!!

Honest and reasonable. Went to toyota dealership they could not fix it and told me.to.buy a new car. Went to Accurate they were able to diagnose it and fix it. Very happy and satisfied customer.
