Unfortunately, they never skim/clean/vacuum any debris in the hot tub. Always leaves, dirt and rocks in tub. These pictures were 15 minutes after they left (was on a call and came out and they were gone). Too bad for how much they charge.

Weeks ago, I had emptied the hot tub, but not emptied out the lines underneath the hot tub. (Yes, my fault that I had not had it winterized before now.) Today St Cyr tech "Nick" came to "blow out" the lines of our hot tub. Given the design of our hot tub & existing ice in the lines, Nick was faced with detective work. I think that he made a variety of very reasonable judgments in fixing the problems that I had created by inadequately winterizing the tub. I thought that his judgments were reasonable, his efforts commendable, and success to be highly probable. I was impressed by what he did. (Yes, we will not know until spring if he solved all problems, but I am very satisfied with his work.) It was a pleasure to have him fix problems; yes fix problems that I had created.) Thanks Nick.

Jim was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. His troubleshooting was very precise, it was nice to have someone so experienced, he was done fixing the problem within 20 minutes. He gave great advice and was trustworthy. The customer service was exceptional.

Excellent experience all around. Anthony was wonderful start to finish. Really appreciate the pre-service texts they send clearly identifying w photo who is showing up at your door and how long they ve been w the company. It is an extra measure that goes a long way towards making you feel comfortable with who is coming to your house.

After trying to find the issue with my hot tub not heating. I called and Anthony came out the next day and figured out the issue within ten min. He went through the entire system just to double check on everything , even tho he did not need to. He had my hot tub up and running within an hour. After he fixed it and actually went over everything again double checking that all the power was going to where it needed to be. He was an amazing guy to deal with and would highly recommend asking for him. Can t thank him enough. Just talking to him you can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work.

Anthony Costa is very knowledgeable and has always been very professional and quick when I ve had issues with my hot tub. St. Cyr's Pool & Spa is a reputable and fair company whenever I ve had issues arrive. I highly recommend them!

You guys are the best. I can count on you showing up, you document your work with pictures and thorough reports and make scheduling easy! So glad I bought my hot tub from St Cyr not just because of the quality and price of the product, but the professional service that you offer! 5 stars!!

My technician Josh from St Cyr was exceptional. He came out to my house and figured out a solution to a problem that others could not. He cared for the issues swiftly. I was extremely happy with the outcome. Josh is an asset for St Cyr.

I highly recommend St. Cyr. Josh was extremely responsive, kind, fixed my problem quickly, and spent time to explain my new hot tub to me. I didn t purchase my tub from St. Cyr, yet they provided me the best service. Josh saved the day!!! Thank you. I will definitely be using their trustworthy service again.

After calling multiple other places with no luck, the staff at St. Cyr's Pool & Spa came to my rescue regarding hot tub repair needs. My hot tub started leaking, and I had inherited it from a previous owner of my home, so had no idea what brand it was, etc. The support staff over the phone was extremely helpful, set me up with an appointment in a matter of days, someone came and repaired it without need to involve me at all, I received an informational invoice, and that was it. Things in life are never this easy. Thanks, guys!

The staff at St. Cyr's Pool & Spa were very friendly and helpful with my hot tub problem. A service appointment was quickly set up and Josh, the technician, fixed the issue quickly. The communication was excellent. Highly recommend.

Damien provided excellent service for our hot tub. He went above and beyond to patiently answer all our questions on top of thoroughly cleaning the tub and ensuring we were handling the chemicals correctly.

Sean was awesome, and they have some very pleasant people fielding calls! We are going to switch to St Cyr for all our pool needs! UPDATE, Sean Kelly came back and installed a new pump, he answered all of my questions as he is so very knowledgeable! Wish we went with you guys sooner!

St Cyr Hot Tubs and Pools are the best on the north shore hands down. I have had an issue with my electrical panel or wiring and they have been so professional and really caring about getting my issue fixed for me. Every tech they send I have been blown away by. I even knew a couple of them, they worked on my tub in the past, from Budget.

Anthony Costa was terrific ! Very knowledgeable and explained all my options to me clearly and promptly . Looking forward to him returning with the new parts to finish returning my tub to 100% working order and get me back to daily soak !!! Anthony came back today and finished fixing my spa. His skill in repairing my spa, as well as communication keeping me informed every step of the way , was exceptional . I would recommend him and St Cyr to anybody !

My 17+ year old hot tub developed a leak which produced a puddle around the hot tub 3 feet in every direction, emptying 3/4 of the water in about 2 hours. I called my pool store, who said St. Cyr does all our service now. They sent a repair man, who came at the expected time, while I answered mail on my computer. After about an hour I wondered where he was (there was no sign of any disturbance on the patio) any then found an email saying he had found and fixed the leak. I refilled the hot tub, balanced the chemicals, and have been happily using it every night since. Ed in Saugus.

Josh of St Cyr Pool did our closing in 2023. He was excellent and very organized. St Cyr is fortunate to have such a hard working employee. I hope they reward him with a bonus for being a one-man operation doing a two-man job due to staffing shortages. Kudos to Josh

Great communication from all. Beginning with Nancy, she was very helpful and accommodating and answered all our questions. The team delivered and installed our hot tub as promised and when scheduled. They were quick, courteous and professional. I recommend StCyr if you re looking for a great deal and great service for your new hot tub purchase. !1/5/24: again. Great team at St Cyr. They had Anthony come out to fix an LED issue on our new hot tub. Manufacturer does not cover LEDS but, they came out anyway to determine what the issue is. Anthony is excellent, he knows the products, great at explaining what he does and sharing his knowledge and he is a gentleman throughout the entire visit (even though I ask a lot of questions ). 10 out of 10 for the team once again.

Josh was very knowledgeable. Skilled competent answered all my questions very well and I learned a lot from him. He was quick and effective in doing the service and then explaining what he did and I had a few other questions about maintenance and operation and he took the time to explain very well, and show me a lot. Everything was perfect and I m so grateful that Josh did my service!

Zack is an amazing technician, he explained what he was going to do, checked in with us to let us know he was running out to check on another customer while he was filling the hot tub back up. This company is top notch and have amazing staff working for them. I would highly recommend this company to all my friends and family. Thanks St. Cyr Pool and Spa!
