Absolutely awesome! They are professionals and do fantastic work. They handled virtually all communication with the insurance company, they had the rental car ready to go, got the work done extremely quickly and even let me drop the rental car off at their location when my car was ready! Couldn't be happier -- highly recommend!

Factory Collision goes above and beyond. From the first initial contact to the day you pick up your vehicle the communication is superior to any other body shop I have used. The quality of work is amazing as well. I won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need.

Would work with them again, and recommend to anyone. Christina and the team are approachable, knowledgeable, and communicate exceedingly well.I needed a bumper repair on my Soul Red Miata after a hit-and-run. The paint colour is notoriously difficult to work with, but the team are former Mazda folks, so they knew what was necessary to colour match. The bumper came out perfect, almost even better than original. They also worked with my insurance to ensure I got the best parts when insurance pushed back. I trust them with my dear car and would work with them for any future bodywork or paint needs.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The folks at Factory Collision are knowledgeable and friendly. They took a stressful situation (getting rear-ended in a hit and run) and turned it into a positive experience. Recently brought my GMC truck to Pat Tully and his team after an accident. They were able to get my vehicle repaired and returned quickly. Customer service rep Christina gave me frequent updates throughout the process with fast and accurate timeline/ expectations. They even detailed my vehicle inside and out as an added bonus. These guys rock! Car came out excellent and cleaner both inside and out after picking it up. Patrick and the rest of the team are very detail oriented and never failed to go above and beyond my expectations. Patrick knows customer service like he knows his craft -- very well. God forbid I ever need any body/paint work I will definitely be back, I've never been treated better as a customer than at Factory Collision. IF I COULD GIVE THEM 6 STARS I WOULD!!!!!!Pat and the crew worked relentlessly On my truck that was hit in November. Since the truck was down the body shop I decide to go out and do a full on pre-runner fiberglass body kit to it. This is extremely intense none of the pieces fit correctly when they were shipped to Pat and his crew. Pat and his team worked ridiculously hard to make it all work in the truck came out better than I could ve ever imagined. On top of that the truck and many other issues that Pat and his team are able to diagnose and fix all while being super communicative and some of the most pleasant people to ever do business with. Anything from a door ding to a full on pre-runner kit these guys can do it and it will come out better than you could imagined. I am seriously impressed with Pat s work an example of his devotion it was when my truck refused to start on a Friday afternoon (when I was picking it up) due to a faulty connector that had NOTHING to do with there work. Pat stayed after hours with one of his techs working on the truck until we finally got it figured out and working. All while his family, pets and wife were at home waiting to go to New Hampshire for the weekend (sorry). The dedication he has to his customers is insane and I cannot have asked for a better experience. I will most definitely be recommending FCC to anyone looking for any sort of bodywork. Pat and the team at Factory Collision Center have been by far the best auto body shop I have ever worked with. Pat is a stand up guy and does phenomenal work. I would highly recommend Pat and Factory Collision Center to anyone who needs any sort of body work or even specialty paint.

I had them do a color change/restoration on my 1971 Grand Prix. From start to finish they exceeded my expectations. I got quoted a time and price and both were right on the money. Nate kept me informed through out the entire job sending progress reports and pictures almost weekly. Pat and the guys in the shop take pride in what they do. finding a shop to take on such a large job is difficult. Not only did they do it but did an awesome job and I look forward to the next project I have them do.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding
