Purchased a 2013 F-150 about 3 weeks ago now from Auto Choice. Ali and Jeremy were fantastic! I had emailed and spoken with Jeremy over the phone prior to making a trip to see the truck and had everything worked out before I went. Jeremy was great to deal with over the phone and didn't pressure me, shot me straight up and was very fair and honest with me. When I made the 4 hour drive, Ali was there and stayed late for me to come in, had everything ready and I was in and out with the truck within about 30 minutes.My biggest compliment was how well Jeremy worked with me on a small warranty item that needed to be taken care of that came up about two weeks after the purchase. Jeremy was honest, didn't dodge me and stayed with me the whole way, even being 4 hours away to work with me on what needed to be done. I worked with two different dealers locally to me to get a fair price and Jeremy took care of everything for me, no questions asked, without making me drive 4 hours back to use his mechanic. Jeremy worked better with me on this issue on a 7 year old vehicle than service I received from my dealer on my 3 year old vehicle I had a warranty issue on that still had the factory warranty on it. Stand up guy and very easy to work with. Thanks again for everything Jeremy and Ali!

From the moment I arrived on the lot, Ali was very pleasant and helpful. The car I was originally interested in had just gotten a deposit taken down for. We told Ali that I was only interested in a certain amount for a monthly payment, and he discussed some options. He never tried to talk us into going over budget. I test drove a car, left a deposit with application and I heard back the next day. Ali stayed in contact, and kept us up to date with any new information. The car is now home with me, and I couldn't be happier. A great overall experience, with a great deal on a used car.

If you have any experience in shopping for a new vehicle, you may understand how difficult the process can be. Auto Choice on Rt.114 in Middleton is simply an outlier.Ali was the friendliest, most affable auto salesman I have ever encountered. Read the other reviews because the nice things you hear are all accurate. He's friendly, prompt, and does everything he can to make sure you are not unsure or uncomfortable. He is not going to waste your time.I did not get the chance to meet Jeremy in person, but I spoke with him on the phone briefly a few different times and he was extremely friendly and down to earth as well.To put it simply this place is the way car buying should be, and Auto Choice Middleton will be my first recommendation to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

I recently bought a 2011 Mini from Auto Choice and I couldn't be happier with how the process went. After we found the car online we went to visit in person and we were met with a helpful informative salesman who answered all the questions we had. While looking at the car the salesman wasn't overbearing like most other dealerships but was helpful in helping us check out the car. Getting the car checked out by a mechanic before buying was also a breeze, we gave them the location of the mechanic and the time and they had it there on time, and quickly addressed the few issues we had with the car. Jeremy helped tremendously with financing and working out what the best choice of warranty would be for my driving style, answering all the questions we had and getting us the best rate possible. He was fully transparent with the entire process and knew every aspect inside and out. And was more that willing to explain everything to me in a way that made everything much easier to understand. Even after we received the car Jeremy was extremely helpful in coordinating repairs that had to be made and the entire process went smoothly. I'd definitely recommend Auto Choice to anyone in the market for a used car.

Awesome dealer. Ali was great. Negotiated with me on price even in this crazy market. I had a small issue with the truck a week after delivery-ac started to squeal. It was a bad ac belt tensioner. Ali had the truck repaired for free! I recommend auto choice of Middleton. Give them a shot!

I agree with the recent review by April. I never write reviews of any kind, but was so pleased with my trx at Choice this past week, I wanted to. Before purchasing, I checked out Choice's reputation bc I had never bought a used car, only new cars. And since the positive reviews helped me with a decision, I wanted to help others.I do not enjoy the car haggling process, but Choice was relaxed, respectful and reliable - if Ali told me he was going to call me on x day, he called me. He was easy going, knowledgeable and pleasant.I think Choice is plain smart and buy solid, "sweet spot" cars that people want, so they don't need to push; people come to them. We will definitely go back if we purchase another nice, used car. Thanks Ali and Choice Auto!

I called the dealership and spoke with Jeremy prior to driving down to check out a specific vehicle. I asked him questions and he responded- without trying to take my whole life history and ssn before answering any questions.. I've called many (8+) dealerships to ask questions, request photos, inquire about availability and this is the only one that just simply answered questions AND sounded like he knew what he was doing!!! That sounds almost ridiculous to be happy about, but it's highly appreciated by me.When I arrived I wasn't immediately pounced on by an overly eager salesman with a cheesy grin from ear to ear ready to tell me what I wanted to hear in order to make a sale. I was greeted by Ali with a friendly smile. He showed us the features of the vehicle without the probing questions aggressive dealerships seem to train their employees to do. He copied the drivers license, and then I was off on my test drive.Upon arrival back at the dealership I was not pounced on like a puppy that had been waiting to go out all day. He simply asked if I liked it, which I did and the sale went on from there.Both Jeremy and Ali were friendly and laid back like the people I'm used to here in Maine. It's worth the drive to check out their inventory. Their approach at car sales isn't stressful and full of pressure which I'm sure you can tell are high on my priority list by now. Both guys made the transaction easy!

These people are absolutely amazing! I work for a local credit union in Vermont as a dealer relations rep, and never came across such amazing customer service in the 100+ dealers I serve. I was inquiring about a vehicle that I never ended up buying because of my budget limitations, but Jeremy still answered all my questions, and then went above and beyond by doing some research on a car I am in the process of buying in another state with a different dealer! Who does that!? The typical dealer will always try and steal the business, these folks just wanted to do the right thing and make sure I am getting a good deal and not ripped off. Great integrity and honesty like this shouldn't go unnoticed. Thank you!

I highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle through Auto Choice of Middleton. I worked with Alia and he made sure the process of trading, buying and filling out paperwork was seamless. If I could give Auto Choice 10/5 stars I would! Perfect place for someone who is looking for their first purchase of a used car, young professional or really anyone that wants a good deal!

Outstanding. I just purchase a car from Auto Choice Middleton and I could not be happier or satisfied with my purchase. They had 4 cars I was interested in and 3 of them had to be driven from the Peabody location. I arrived earlier than quoted and the cars were already available for me to view. Thanks to Linda from the Peabody location, she also immediately answered my multiple emails regarding the other cars and arranged for them to be shipped to Middleton. I purchased the car I originally wanted to see. Mike was very knowledgeable and very easy and friendly to work with. He spent a lot of time with us and answered our questions. Jeremy handled the financing and I was thrilled with my end result. I cannot be more pleased with my entire experience with Auto Choice Peabody/Middleton. I believe you will also.

I got my 2014 Kia Sorento from Auto Choice Middleton and could NOT have been happier with my choice!! Jeremy and Ali are the best to work with and offer an easy experience with no pressure! They were knowledgeable about what I needed as a nanny fitting all the kiddos into my ride and also what would fit into my budget. They even helped get me into a great loan too! Amazing and would (and have sent) send anyone I know looking for a vehicle their way.

Above and beyond customer service at this place. Jeremy and Ali were both patient with us and our rowdy children, ensured us fair rates, worked with us on any and all questions, issues and procedures needed to be done. I cannot stress enough how pleased we are with their service. This is the 4th vehicle we've purchased through Auto Choice, and we will continue to remain loyal to them, as they have more than earned it.

Mike, Henry, and Jeremy of Auto Choice go above and beyond. They helped get me into a car that fit my needs. They definitely don't look at customers coming in their door as just another quick sale and forget about them like I see at other used car places, they want to ensure you're happy and in the right vehicle for your needs. Excellent experience.

got my car slammed in a hit and run, decided it was time to pull the trigger and get another one, i found one on an internet search '09 hyundai santa fe.friday morning i contacted them, friday afternoon they got me approved for an auto loan, no small feat mind you as at 50, i've never had a loan or any credit cards. so i had absolutely no credit, i put 3k down and got what i feel are very good terms, i went in to look at the car saturday morning and drove off with it an hour later.they had a runner do everything at the registry and by friday that week i had my registration, they even paid for my inspection sticker at a garage just up the street by stop and shop in andover.i've never purchased a car for my self, i've always had family hand me downs, so i had to be walked through the entire process.the guys at Auto Choice made it easy to do, i really appreciate the service. and really love the car.

Absolutely perfect. As soon a I stepped foot on the lot, I knew I would be buying a car from Jeremy. I couldn't believe how easy the process was. They had the car I wanted, gave me the price I needed for my trade and even secured a large red bow for me to put on top of it, just like you see on the commercials. My wife was thrilled when she pulled in the driveway. And they did not forget about me after the sale. They went out of their way to get me an extra key made without my even asking.

These guys made it happen for me, they're the real deal. They went over absolutely everything with me an left nothing hidden. No stress at all purchasing my vehicle. Ali was great to work with and was willing to wait to meet us late on a Friday afternoon. They were very customer oriented and went above and beyond to deal with a few maintenance issues without us requesting. They were very responsive to emails both before and after purchase and didn't pressure us at all during the buying process.

I love my car! These guys set me up in a car that is beautiful and in excellent condition. I asked them a million questions and they calmly answered all of them. They are kind and efficient. I send all my clients to see them. This was my 3rd car with them.

Never have dealt with more shady people in my life. I actually give them 0 stars. Went in later on a Sunday to look at a car. They asked me if I would like to run my credit and being that we never negotiated price or my trade I said don't run it. They still submitted it to multiple banks without my consent and now my credit inquiries are through the roof. To top it off, I went in the next day to negotiate the price, my trade and talk about financing but was told that they had just taken a deposit on it. Meanwhile I drove by the place for a week and a half and the car was still sitting there. They were trying to find someone who would pay their rediculous price for the vehicle. Mike and Jeremy are crooks, buyer beware.
