Amazing service! While driving down 213 I had a chunk of ice/snow fall from a bridge and smash the drivers side of my windshield. Impact even stole my windshield wiper, which they offered to replace.I dropped it off the day after and the next day it was ready. They even remembered to transfer my sticker for my next oil change onto the new windshield. Everyone at the Methuen location is super nice and helped to make this a better experience.

I would like to give a shout out to the team at Portland glass in Methuen mass. They did a great job and they are also great to deal with. I would definitely use this service in the future. Highly recommended

I have my windshield replaced by Portland Glass of Methuen. I am satisfied with the work and communication. The staffs completely handled the paperwork and timely completed the replacement. They also clearly explained the process, scheduling and expectation .I would recommend Portland Glass of Methuen to friends and family.

No hassle, Glass replacement for double pane and triple pane windows that were 30 years old with fogged interiors. The windows are like new now without paying for windows replacements.

Portland glass delivered quality service to us. We had issues with several windows having broken latches and balance springs. Chet was outstanding and made the repairs quickly along with being very communicative through out the process.

Today was my first time EVER needing car shield replacement! From the phone call last week to see about booking an appointment to today's service, I experienced FANTASTIC customer service!!! One of their locations in NH couldn't take me soon enough, so they patched me over to this location. Great company team work! They had me in and out in much less time than first estimated AND they also tended to a few other car needs that I didn't even ask for----at NO extra charge to me!!!! THANK YOU!!!! If ever needed again, I will go back to this location!!!! I plan to also pass the word around to my family and friends!

Clean, Professional, Timely - What more can you ask for from a service provider.I spoke to a real person to schedule (at my convenience) the scope/measure of the job. The tech was friendly, knowledgeable and right on time.I received an electronic quote that day that was competitive.Once the parts were available, they scheduled the repair around my schedule.I would highly recommend Portland Glass!

My experience with Portland Glass was nothing short of complete satisfaction with the service provided. From the treatment I received by both the in store staff as well as the installation technicians who came to my residence to do the work requested. The product provided is absolutely grand but the customer service is right up there with it.

The tech came out and measured our unusual bathroom space and made a couple of recommendations. Once we decided he placed the order. The install was timely and very clean. Our splash panel is perfect for our space. We love it!

Portland Glass replaced two trapezoidal windows in our living room. Every person we dealt with was professional, courteous, and friendly. They were clear in terms of pricing, next steps, etc. and we couldn't be happier with the replacement work they did. Would absolutely work with them again in the future!

We needed to replace a picture window and the lead time was 4-6 weeks due to COVID-19. PG was able to pull in the time to 3 weeks. The installation was done quickly and professionally. This is the second time we used PG and based on our first experience we did not hesitate to call them. Great office and installation team. We highly recommend them.

The same technician (Chet I think?) has replaced window panes that have broken unexpectedly for us the two times we've needed it. They were very fast to respond and the technician is the best. He's friendly, easy to talk with, always provides a fair estimate and has it installed faster than anticipated. I wish all repairs could be this easy.

I needed to have my glass replaced as soon as possible. In the contact center Shannon and Renee were incredible with getting me a quote and an appointment. Chuck and Mike were phenomenal extremely professional. Truly wonderful service.

The products installed at our facility are beautiful and functional, the ordering team and installers exceeded our crazy short deadline, and the end result looks amazing. Good service. Came when they said they would come and on time. Good communications. Did a neat job and explained what they did and why. Happy to see installers wore mask during pandemic. Have used Portland Glass in the past and will use them again if needed.

Something hit my rear window yesterday as I was driving and shattered it. I drove to Portland Glass, they had me call my insurance (Progressive), who said Portland Glass was on their preferred providers list and gave me a referral number. Portland Glass gave me a ride home, then delivered my car to my house s few hours later when the work was done. And they cleaned all the broken glass that had fallen inside. Great customer service and very friendly.

Best customer service ! Fast , friendly , affordable pricing. Amy (I believe her name is) was beyond amazing.. the window I needed wasn't in stock and she kept looking until she found the windshield for me.. same day service.. I can say I'm highly satisfied and will continue service with them
