From the bottom of our hearts, we are so very grateful for New England Golf Cars for their generosity, help, and patience getting us an incredible golf cart for our Non-profit, the Newfoundland Pony Conservancy Center. Because of New England Golf Cars, seniors and people of all ages who have difficulty walking, are now able to access our farm and meet these special ponies up close. Access to animals is proven to be beneficial to a person's well-being. There is nothing quite like seeing the smiles and hearing the stories of the time in their life that they shared with animals. New England Golf Cars provided us with the missing link we needed to offer these opportunities. On top of all of this, they are an absolute pleasure to deal with...

Sandy and the entire team at NEGC helped out immensely leading up to our annual NASCAR event. the ease in which we were able to rent extra carts and have them delivered on time made it a stress-free experience. would recommend to anyone needing that last minute rental.

Service Tech Tommy showed up on time and was very pleasant and thorough with the service of our Golf Carts. Showed me a few maintenance to keep an eye on through out the upcoming season.Great experience over all.I d recommend their off season on premise service of golf carts to anyone!

Orlando the technician was a pleasure to work with, very personable and also helpful in answering most of my questions. He did a great job not only replacing the 6 batteries but test driving it afterwards to assure there was nothing else needed. Thanks Orlando!

They have maintained and repaired our golf car (used in our orchard) for a decade now since we purchased it from them. They are knowledgeable and come quickly when it has broken down. Prices are reasonable, technicians are effective and pleasant. Office staff also excellent. I give them an enthusiastic and unconditional recommendation.

We have been coordinating storage of the golf carts at our summer seasonal residence for about 8-9 years. Our owners are very satisfied repeat customers. We have found the employees at New England to be very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. They move our carts very carefully and return them in great shape.We are especially grateful to Al for overseeing the transport so professionally, and to Sandy in the office for her efficiency and cheerful personality.We highly recommend New England Golf Cars.

Great experience! The mechanics are knowledgeable and the administration (service calls, billing, etc) are easy to work with. They came and diagnosed the issue we had with our golf car, ordered parts, and had the golf car running in no time! Our issue was a battery/power issue because the inherited golf car had been sitting uncharged for several weeks/months(?) and the mechanic worked hard to save us money by not having to buy brand new batteries. Ultimately we did have to buy new batteries but it was great customer service to try to save us some money.

NE Golf Cars and all of its people from Sandy who took the order to the gents who delivered the carts have been fantastic to work with. ECYSA loves working with them for our tournament needs every year.

I called expecting to have to arrange to trailer my cart in for service; I was pleasantly surprised to find they would pick up and deliver for a very reasonable fee. (And I live in Maine!) They found the problem, explained options for repairs, and got it all done promptly. I could not be happier with the service from the initial phone call to the return delivery of my cart that came back spotless as well! NEGC will get all of my golf cart service needs going forward!

Setting up a service appointment was quick and easy. Having the service completed at our home was an added benefit. The service tech was friendly, knowledgeable and polite. I will use New England Golf Cars again and highly recommend them.

New England Golf Cars offer a wonderful service for golf car owners. They pick up our golf cart at the end of the season, store it in a safe space throughout the winter, service it in the spring, and return it to us at our desired time. We have been using this service for a few years and highly recommend New England Golf Cars!

I have used New England Golf Carts for a few years and I have no complaints at all! They always go above and beyond to meet my needs, even if my requests are last minute. The drivers always call before arriving and are present if I have any questions or concerns. Sandy is very accommodating and understanding of what I am looking for. GREAT JOB !!

My apartment community got our golf carts serviced by NEGC and the process if very easy and they take care of everything! They come and pick the cart up and do the repairs (very quickly) and deliver it right back to you! Highly recommend!

We use New England Golf Cars every few years to tune up our golf cart. This time, after the winter, the cart would not start. They came quickly, just a few days after I called. AJ quickly diagnosed the issue. He had the necessary parts in his van. In under an hour we were driving the cart again. Great work.

NEGC is wonderful to work with. They helped us get through the season when one of our own golf carts was out of service for an extended time, and were very accommodating as we continued to request extensions on our rental.

New England Golf Carts of Methuen provides exceptional service - they not only picked up and stored my Golf car for the winter - they did a complete checkout and modified my car from two to four seat. Sandy was engaging and easy to work with. She found a way to "yes" given our specific situation. We used their service to rent several carts for a week long event. Delivery and pick-up was easy. Delivery driver was friendly and professional. Will use again in the future.
