Above and beyond car buying experience! We can't say enough about the honest, friendly people that work at Moschetto Bros. Fred, Don, and the service dept. people were all so comfortable and pleasant to deal with. They go our of their way to make sure you are happy and will stand behind the vehicle they sell you. After also dealing with a few car dealerships that included lies and high pressure, we appreciated Moschetto all the more for how they treat the people that come to them. You will not be pressured or lied to and that is the type of car buying experience we all would want. I have been recommending them to my friends and family and will continue to do so!! Thank you Fred for giving people a great option for buying a used car!

The place to go for any purchase of vehicle, or maintenance on any vehicle! Fred/Donnie and Tom are all so nice and take the time to make sure everything is perfect before you leave! 6 members of my family go there for all our needs!

Bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee here about a month ago and I couldn't be happier. Was my first car buying and it went so smooth and stress free. Jason was great and helped the car buying process go great. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car

My recent experience purchasing a car at Moschetto Brothers was the best car buying experience ever. The service I received was not only extremely professional, but personalized with no pressure. Jason was extremely knowledgeable about the features of my vehicle and wanted to make sure I was happy with my choice. I love my new RAV 4! Anytime I call with a question, I always get a prompt response as part of their commitment to provide excellent customer service. Everyone in the showroom and service department is extremely friendly & accommodating which is something I truly appreciate. I would be happy to recommend Moschetto s to any of my family members or friends without hesitation.Thank you from a very satisfied customer!

If you live in the Methuen area you can find no better auto repair shop. I have owned my car for just short of 12 years and I would never trust it to anyone else. They have been honest with me 100% of the time. I did not purchase my car from them, but they have treated me as is if I had. I am not unique. That is how they treat ALL of there customers. I have never felt like l was taken advantage off. There prices are fair and better than most. There workmanship IS better than most.

Moschetto is the best car place that you can go to purchase a car service or anything.They are there for anything. They are helpful,kind, caring and considerate and helpfulespecially in a bind. I can't thank them enough for being there for me and myfriends who need help and they have beenthere. His staff is awesome and outstandingand it stems from Fred, the owner who is amazing with his head mechanic, Brandonand all his staff. I recommend them highly.THEY ARE AMAZING! SHOP THERE FORANYTHING! They are 5* plus!

In January of 2016 I purchased a set of four tires from Moschetto Bros..From the initial consultation to the final mounting, balancing, and alignment of the tires, the service was very professional and friendly. I was given extensive information regarding several different brands of tires that would be best suited for my car. The installation was done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this business to anyone.

Excellent service! The week before I went to see Moschetto Bros I had a headlight out and I took it to the dealer where I bought my car and was charged a crazy amount . The week after the other headlight goes out. Moschetto bros was within walking distance. The people were great. Eventhough they were busy they said it would get done. I went home and expected to pick it up at the end of the day but with in 2 hours I was called that it was ready and I paid half the price. I will definately be back.

First and last time I buy a car here I purchased my first car and let s just say they seen me coming they told me the car was in good shape and they knew the person who personally owned the car previously and they took good care of it ! I call B.S I went back not even a couple weeks later because the brakes were scraping and the owner himself sat in the car with me and test drove up the st. the car was clearly scraping and he sat there and said he couldn t hear anything because he s old and hard of hearing. I felt Helplessssssssss so I think I m $600 dollars so far in the hole for this car that was already over priced with crappy new brakes yet an invoice or repair order couldn t be presented to me that it was in fact ever done I didn t want to argue with the old man and now all the lights come on like Christmas in December complete misery !!!!!! Never ever again !

This review is more about great experiences I have heard about then actually experiences I have with Moschettos....and that is only because I live an hour and a half away from them. I have a sister that has been dealing with them for years and years and she has always said they have bent over backwards to help her with cars and car repairs to the best of their abilities!! When I am ready for a new car I will talk to them...their is nothing better than a mechanic /car dealer that you can trust!!

Moschettos has, by far, the nicest used cars anywhere around here. They do state inspections that you don't have to wait around all day for, too. Their service is fast, excellent, and inexpensive. I've bought a few cars over the years from them and never had a problem with any issues. If there was a problem with the car, they did everything to resolve it. They really don't fall into that "used car dealer" category that people joke about. These guys are really good. The owners name is Fred, and is probably one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. If your looking for a really great late model, low milage used car, and a dealer that will stand behind it, Mochettos is definitely the place to go.

I was visiting the route 110 "auto mile" today to check out a good deal on a Honda CR-V that I found on the website, Car Gurus. It is on my list for consideration. I happened on the Moschetto Bros lot that was nearby and inquired about SUV's in the Honda and Toyota "family". They had none in stock, but did give me some valuable advice/tips in my search for the elusive "perfect"used vehicle, considering price and function. Long story, shortened, they opened my eyes to look outside of my comfort zone and consider, a Ford SUV with 50k less miles and something close to my budget. We are working on a deal, pending other family input. Whether it happens or not, I recommend you consider MB for their professionalism, used-car inventory and state of art repair/service facility. I bought a 2015 Isuzu NPR from Moschetto Brothers back in December and I gotta say I couldn't be happier with the truck and how these guys handled the entire transaction. Pros: Incredibly responsive with communications, fair price, super clean truck, went the extra mile with detailing it, and getting it ready for me. Cons: .No cons! Zip.. Zero.. I will be looking to buy my next vehicle from them and I'm all the way on the other side of the state! Thanks everyone!

Just want to say that I habeen buying my cars there for over 20 years. This is my forth vehicle that I have bought there, because of there great vehicles, service, and wonderful staff. I plan on buying my next vehicle there. I would highly recommend. Moschetto Brothers to anyone looking to buy or service there vehicle.

Scam artists at their finest.I took my car in for a state inspection. They spent 40 minutes inspecting it (they said it would take "about 20") and then charged me 35 dollars, then told me i failed the inspection because I didn't have a front license plate. I asked why they didn't tell me that 40 minutes ago and send me on my way. The guy said "well I could have, but I don't know you."

We were interested in a Toyota they had. The Carfax and Autocheck both showed it was a clean, 1-owner car with no accidents. The pictures made the car look good, but then we came to look at the car in person, and this is where things went south. It was very obvious the car was in a front end accident. The bumper was not attached correctly on the passenger side headlight, and it was clearly re-painted. There were also spiderwebs all over the car too. One of the salesman tried to say that it did have an accident on the carfax, and that the airbags didn't deploy. Also, they tried to say an old lady sold the car to them. I didn't know grandmas all drove sporty cars with a V6?

We bought a 2007 accord 6 speed from here and was a great car. The only complaint that i have or would recommend a customer watch out for is the aftermarker warrqnty that they try to sell u .They will tell u that the warrqnty covers things like timing belt and or water pump replacement but it doesnt. To be fair they did chqnge it put but only because the salesman was honest and admitted that he told me. It took some complaining to get it done though
