I finally found a honest boat repair company they are wonderful! Thier a honest and reliable company. Every other place I took my boat wanted so much money told me it would take months to fix ect I found this company on Google they looked at ny boat the very next day didn't even charge me to look at it then instead of ripping me off taking my money they told me it's not worth fixing and they were right.Its a family owned business they were very nice awnserd all my questions I highly recommend this company if your buying a boat thell look at it first n if you have a boat issue you won't regret bringing it here thank you guys so much for all your help!!!

Stephane is amazing, knowledgeable, intelligent, friendly a great positive energy!I am a first time boat owner and she took me under her wing with patient care.Boat went in at 9 am and out by 4:30 pm.Immediately went for a test ride, the motor is running like a top thanks to their great mechanic Kevin.Kevin fixed what was needed and nothing more. If you want great service from a Family owned business where your treated like Royalty this is the place.Thank you this is the backbone of America. Customer for Life!Dave T

Charged me 1000 for a knocking engine and didnt fix the problem. I asked if they stand by thier work but put me off saying were booked up it would be almost six weeks out. They told me i need to test the fuel. I didnt have time and called back and Stephenie snaped saying my husband told you to check it we cant do anything until you check it. She was pretty rude in a few conversations. Not many places work on older engines I guess (2001), so im over a barrel. Long story short they dont stand by thier work and Ive lost a season would not recommend or return.

I can't believe they have a 4.5 rating. I took my I/O to them last year charged me nearly 4k to replace wire harness with an old one they had laying around and install my engine. They said they compression tested the engine before they installed it and everything was good to go It Wasn't. They had to install the bell housing and flywheel cover they never tightened the bolts enough and didn't use any locktight on any of the bolts after about half a season bell housing was vibrating every time I put it in gear. and even better they had to take my engine out a second time because they didn't see a hole in my transom assembly and charged me to do that work also when they were the ones who missed it. so after a half season the engine they installed lost cylinder 5 and sounded like a machine gun in gear. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING THE OWNER SAM MAY HAVE BEEN GOOD A LONG TIME AGO BUT DEFINITELY IS NOT ANY LONGER. If you read this Merrimack marine this is Neal I'm sure you remember me. Terrible work!!!!!!!!

BEWARE!! Purchased a boat through private sale that was stored and maintained here last year. Before buying, I asked the owner and mechanic to look over and alert me to anything that would need repair and that I would have him do it. Was told everything was in great condition so I bought. Next thing you know, I spent more than half the summer with the boat out of the water and now have to do a repower. When I asked my mechanic how long the issues had been present, he said awhile, well before you bought. Issues ranged from wrong batteries installed for Verados, bad oil leak, faulty starter and broken steering cyclinder. Not to mention when I initially called asking about my battery issue and spoke to the woman at Merrimac Marine, she was incredibly rude and started fighting with me. Extremely frustrating that a boat stored and maintained at a Mercury dealer would be in this poor of shape. I should ve known this place was no good when I had to replace my batteries right away because they weren t AGM and verados require AGM. How does a Mercury mechanic make that mistake?? Please beware and do your research. Plenty of other Mercury mechanics in the area that I would trust first. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

We just have to say how impressed we were with Merrimack Marine. We had an issue with our boat just a few days before our vacation and they not only fixed it but the service and kindness they showed were impeccable. I would highly recommend themWe have a Mercury 135 Optimax on our Boston whaler . Thanks you Maryellen and Sam along with there family business for helping us get our boat fixed for our vacation .

I had a serious drive train issue with my boat. I called them, they said bring it on in. Within a few hours it was fixed and ready to go. Mechanics there were very helpful. Staff was very helpful too.

I lost 2018 season because they charged me 1,000 and didn't fix my boat. Now water gets in the engine compartment
