Brought my 14 Volkswagen golf Tdi for timing belt service. Keith was amazing to deal with, and they were able to do it very promptly and there price was great. Ill definitely be back for future repairs. Definitely was worth the hour drive to bring my car to him

Keith Misdiagnosed my audi s low oil pressure issue and cost me thousands of dollars in selling and replacing my audi. Keith told me the car was junk and wasn't worth fixing. I had paid keith already a few thousand dollars before this issue. I have receiptsI usually only leave reviews on bad services. This was horribleI have about 7 cars and trucks from owning a dealership, so i said ok no problem, Took KEITHS advice and sold it at a local auction for cheap. About 3 months later I run into the new owner of my old audi at a different mechanic shop where i bring my work truck. I recognized the scratches it had , and asked about who s it was. Low and behold , it was indeed my old audi. All it needed was some tensioner spring that kept the oil at the correct pressure when in idle. The new owner was happily driving it everyday .. This is what was wrong when Keith said i needed a new engine and he does them all the time .I Personally lost about $3000 to $4000 dollars when i sold it under book value at auction because I TRUSTED keith as a supposed audi specialist. In the end it cost me my car , time , effort and money to get into the replacement vehicle.He talks about a leak and turbo . Not about telling me the motor was junk would have easily swiped my card just like every other timeInstead of answering for his misdiagnosis like a man , keith instead tries to insult you by taking personal jabs that he knows nothing about

I came to this shop last week to do maintenance and replace couple of components for my car's suspension and came today as well for a quick question, I have to say that both experiences well awesome because not only he did a great job replacing the parts I had but also took the time to explain to me any questions or concerns I had about my car. I can honestly recommend KMH MOTORS to anyone that is looking for a guy who is honest and most importantly HE KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING! Also they love talking about cars which is a bonus when you are an enthusiasts! Great job Keith and Jose for your awesome and professional SERVICE.

I never give a 5-star rating! But this shop and Keith in particular deserve 10! I have had Keith as my mechanic since I began driving VW TDIs in 2009. He's maintained my cars for over half a million miles. If you have an Audi, this is the place. Great shop rate and incredibly knowledgeable. If you're looking for a dealership alternative this is your place. If you want to pay more to get an e-Tron loaner and buy some swag, then pay the difference. These guys are the real deal. Did I mention friendly?!?

I've been going to Keith for the last 3 or 4 years and have taken 2 cars to him, a Mk 5 GTI and Mk 7 Golf R. He's competent, prices his work fairly and knows cars. I've been pleased with the service I've received the past few years and plan on continuing to take my car to him when it needs service. I generally don't write reviews, but good mechanics can be tough to find so I'd recommend him.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Called kmh to repair rear brakes that needed to be replaced immediately. Dropped off and picked up same day within a couple hours. With an oil change. Scheduled an overdue regular maintenance tune up for spark plugs, coils, air filter, and valve cover gaskets. Noticeable difference how much smoother the engine runs now. Keith was very professional and knowledgeable about Audi. Dealership quality repairs, with better customer service, and for a better price.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Brakes, Oil change

HelloI just wanted to let everyone know that Keith and his crew are amazing. I have had the pleasure of working with him over the last 8 weeks. He has had my sons AUDI and has done everything possible to help us get the repairs approved by the warranty company. Over the last several weeks Keith has gone over and beyond to help us with our car. Unlike the dealer who sold us this car who should be ashamed of himself, and he needs to reach out to Keith to thank him for helping us with the car that he sold us. Without naming names. I will leave it at that.If anyone needs any type of repairs I strongly recommend Keith at KMH auto repairs. KMH is the best place in New England to get your VW/AUDI/PORSCHE serviced, repaired or tuned. I ve been working with Keith for over 5 years. The team is extremely knowledgeable and hard working. The difference between KMH and other shops is Keith will shoot it straight and tell you exactly what your car needs, nothing more and more importantly nothing less. Keith wants to see your car on the road which is probably the biggest endorsement you could possibly give a technician. A month ago I found myself with two Beetles that needed varying amounts of care. A little search brought up KMH Motors, less than a mile away. One of the cars needed the timing belt replaced, and KMH handled it smoothly and for a good price.Now my other Beetle is in, it's been sickly after being stuck in driveways for the last 6 years. KMH diagnosed pretty much everything that was on my punch list, explained what it would cost, and got the go-ahead to start. Based on how the first car went, I'm confident that KMH will handle this task just as smoothly.In short, I'm happy to have found KMH Motors. I think Keith is an honest great guy, I ve been bringing various cars to him for 15 years, and every time I seem to think I found a mechanic maybe a little closer, I always end up bringing my cars back to Keith because I just trust him, and trust what he s telling me. I would highly recommend for any Audi or Volkswagen! He s very knowledgeable and easy to talk to also.Family man, with energy, and no alcohol or drugs ever! good temperament.

Keith and his team worked on my car were knowledgeable and provided updates to the progress as well as other repairs that were needed. They quickly fixed my car and when issues continued were open, willing to correct any issues. Will definitely be going back to KMH with my car as needed.

KMH is great garage especially for Volkswagens.Keith is very easy to talk to and explains things very thoroughly. If your a Volkswagen owner, I recommend not going anywhere else.Foreign car mechanics that are good and charge reasonable prices are not easy to find.Services: Exhaust, Tires, Brakes

I m an automotive enthusiasts and somewhat of a backyard mechanic. I ve been going to KMH motors for about 2 years and I m so glad I found this shop. Now it s the only shop I will let service and perform upgrades to my Audi A4 S-Line and my R8 Spyder supercar. Keith and his team does amazing work, in a timely manner, at a great value, and they are super knowledgeable, professional and personable. Over the years I ve done business with a lot of dealerships and larger 3rd party shops but KMH motors is exactly what we need more of. If you are looking for a shop for your automotive service/repair needs without the headaches and hassle, I highly highly highly recommend you check out KMH motors. Audi and Vw specialist. Keith is great fixing almost anything , been using him for 8 years would not go anywhere else unless it is a service he doesn t do. Like tire alignment. Update 9/9/2022 - I wanted to update my past reviews. I am an auto hobbyist, and build and restore my own cars. I usually work on my daily driver vehicles as well, so I don't send my cars out often. I recently experienced a myriad of problems taking me away from the ability to repair my cars, and during that time, I had two debilitating vehicle problems that needed to be addressed, on two separate vehicles. Because I hold a high standard to what the term "Good Work" means, I want to point out that Keith and his team at KMH are not only beyond capable of performing quality repairs, they do so with much thought. I've felt this way for 16 years now, and although KMH has moved 30 min. away from my home, it's worth the extra effort on my end to continue to use them first. Brian - 9-9-22. PAST REVIEW: I've been having all my services performed at KMH since I bought my Jetta TDI in 2006. It's such a relief knowing that a competent Tech is working on my car, and I don't have to deal with inexperienced dealership mechanics. Couldn t be more pleased with the service I received from Keith at KMH. When my car broke down due to a blown water pump he fit me in the next day and completed the water pump, timing belt and all other parts for a price far below any other shop or the dealer would charge, all within 24h of the time I called.He also did additional work like scan for codes and other issues, and re-time my injection pump, the car is running noticeably better and getting even better mileage.I ll be sure to give them a call for future repairs as I don t believe there s a more experienced VW/Audi tech in my area.Thanks again!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Very knowledgeable staff that clearly are passionate about their work. I brought my Audi S4 in for an oil change and will likely be going there for future maintenance. Very reasonable pricing and it's always great to work with a group of enthusiasts that genuinely seem to enjoy their jobs and cars. Would recommend to any Audi/VW owners

Been to KMH multiple times. First time I thought I needed brakes but they made sure I understood it was just a faulty censor. Brought the car back to get some components upgraded and general maintenance. When the car needed some newer brake lines, they made sure to call me and let me know about the cost and time. From an enthusiast who doesn't have a garage right now its nice to know my car will be cared for by someone who treats it like their own. Keith and his guys did some work on my Touareg TDI. I have plans to bring him my Jetta TDI as well. It's hard to find a good fair mechanic. I have had a great experience so far.

If you have a VW or an Audi, especially a diesel, this is pretty much the best shop in the region. Keith is honest, competent and fair; something I can t say about most mechanics. He has maintained my TDIs for many years and is probably why they run so well. Aside from his total competency as a mechanic, Keith is a great person to deal with.

Incredible service. Very honest. Had my clutch replaced by Keith. He was very communicative with all of the details. Noticed several other issues while he was doing the job and advised. Completed the job and many other repairs all for less than I might have expected the clutch replacement by itself to cost. Amazing value. He is the dog whisperer of Jetta TDI's. Also completed the work in a very reasonable time frame. Well worth it to go out of your way to come to KMH.

I had an outstanding experience with Keith at KMH. He was super nice and accommodating and did a great job replacing the clutch of my VW Jetta quickly and effectively- it shifts beautifully now. He also did it for a great price. I highly recommend!
