We brought our car there for brakes in June. Soon after John replaced the pads and rotors and flushed the brake lines, they started squealing (very loudly). Called him in July and couldn't get an appointment until late August. In August he "looked" at the car and said he would replace the pads. Took another two weeks (now into September) to get the car back in for the pads to be replaced. Pads were supposedly replaced and yet still, the loud squeal. Brought the car back in in October and was told it could be the lines (which he supposedly flushed in June) or the caliper (the vehicle has only 50k miles) and he would order the parts. Called midweek to confirm my appt and he forgot to order the parts. Called to confirm that the parts were in fact ordered and he said he only ordered the lines (after telling me he'd replace the lines and caliper). At that point, we gave up. Finally brought the vehicle to our regular mechanic only to find out that he has to completely replace the pads and rotors to eliminate the squeal since the parts were substandard. So now, because of John's Auto, we are paying for pads and rotors twice within 4.5 months!

John is the best mechanic I have ever come across. He is extremely honest and hard working. You can tell he is an expert in the field and does what is best for his customers. As an example, I went to John thinking I needed a full brake job (front and back). John advised me that both were not necessary at the time given its current condition which saved me and my family money. He could have easily said both needed to be done but that s not the type of guy John is which is why he s been so successful over the years. If you re looking for a mechanic, that will take care of you and your family s vehicles, John is your man. Thank you for everything John!

John is one of the best mechanic I have ever dealt with. He is an expert in his field and honest with exceptional pricing of services. While visiting family from out of town for the Holidays our truck broke down, requiring a new pulley/serpentine belt along with some minor fix's.John takes the time out of busy schedule to physically show you and explain what was broken and what he did to fix the problem(s). He shakes your hand and looks you in the eye every time. You can trust that you are getting quality work at an excellent cost when you get it done at John's.Discovering this repair shop has been the best automotive luck to come my way and I will continue to go to him first every time we visit !

Terrible. Left me hanging for weeks. Charged me $195 and never fixed the issue. Always an excuse when I called.
