This is Ann's husband Alex writing review. We moved to the area 4 years ago and my brother who lives locally recommended Auto Alliance. I need to buy him dinner! As others have noted, I have been so impressed with their honesty, and not pushing unneeded work. The most recent instance was I could "hear" that my exhaust system had an issue. I brought it in to be checked and Nikki (who is great) called me back to say it needed a new system. She said if they ordered the parts it would be quite expensive, but she suggested I bring it to a shop 20 minutes away that builds the system themselves. The price was a third of what she estimated it would cost if they did it! They could have kept the job for themselves and I would have sucked it up and spent the money since it needs to be inspected next month. I could not recommend a business more highly...

The folks at Auto Alliance are great.!They're considerate of our schedule and always do whatever they can to keep our van running well, understanding that we need our vehicle for work. And they're honest; we never have to worry about unnecessary work being done. So thankful to have them here in Merrimac.

I was referred here by another mechanic for a head gasket replacement as he didn't do them. These guys were straight up with me and saved me a lot of money by just being honest. They even went into detail of the what's and the why's, very informative and was a pleasant conversation even though it was bad news.

I had my fleet van inspection done in 2021 and 2022 as this was the only shop I could find that would accept my element card at the time. Unfortunately we received new cards and my new card was not one they had on the list of providers for 2023.They were fast and friendly. The only reason for 4 stars was solely because I was supposed to get a call with a quote on 4 tires but never received one.Service: Vehicle safety inspection

We started using Auto Alliance because they were conveniently located to our house many years ago. We continue to use them now, even though they have moved to Merrimac, because they are the most trustworthy mechanics I have ever encountered and I would gladly follow them whereever they go. Honest as the day is long. Polite. Know their stuff. They always have your best interest in mind. Won't sell you work if they don't think it's needed.....For example, I recall once my husband going there because he thought he needed new brake pads. They said no....you can easily get another 6 months or more out of these...it's not necessary right now. If they say your car needs service it does, and if it doesn't need service they will say that too. Very reasonable rates. Hard to imagine a more honest and trustworthy mechanic than James. We recommend them to everyone we know. We trust all 4 of our cars to them and you should too!!!

Used to be decent price has went up above every otherBut the worst part is found out that they were saying we needed work done that after getting 2 more opinions from 2 different places that the work didn't need to done.Questioning how long this was happening prior to finding out this.

Been going to Auto Alliance for a long time. James, Mike, and Chrissy are wonderful. Work is done quickly and always correctly. Very reasonable prices too! Never an issue with appointments. Give them a call. You won't be disappointed!

Our family has been using Auto Alliance since they moved to Merrimac. They were highly recommended by several friends. They take care of our 5 cars. Recently one of my kids needed to drive to the west coast. We had James and co. look over her truck as it was 11 years old. After completing some needed work, she not only made it to Oregon without any problems, she returned to the east coast without any issues. She left for school hours after returning. . .Thank you to Crissy, James, Joe and staff for great work!

I started using Auto Alliance a few years ago, and I've never looked back. The work they do is high quality, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and the mechanics are knowledgeable, honest, and fair. I always recommend them to my friends and family.
