Totally disappointed with Imperial Chevrolet. What started out as a good experience turned into disappointment, delays, lays, and poor customer service.We went there looking to purchased a 2023 used GMC Yukon. Instead we chose to purchase a new 2024 Chevy Tahoe. We met with Paul. He got us all set up for a test drive. We agreed the purchase the vehicle with a hefty down payment.To this point things where going well. Then everything changed. We met with David to do the financials. He was told to only run my credit 1 time. He's ran it 4. When ask why, he said the once authorized to run our credit. They can run it until they get the best financing. NOT what we agreed to!Once my wife got financed, we want both our names on the vehicle and registration. David told my by law we cannot do that. Which was his 2nd misleading statement. Now we lost his trust.I contacted the GM via email. Still waiting for a response.After jumping through a number of hoops due to their incompetence. We wanted this vehicle. We are hoping that after almost 2 weeks of back and forth. We may get our new Tahoe.So if you really like a vehicle. It maybe easier to look somewhere else. These guys suck!

I had a great experience purchasing my 2022 Cadillac CT5 from Imperial Chevrolet! I worked with Firas who was great through the whole process, very patient and honest. I especially appreciated how he sat with me and made sure I knew what every last button/feature did before I drove off the lot! Not to mention, how beautiful she looked when I picked her up!

Wonderful experience here. Everybody tended to needs and found the best way to fit our needs. Felix was an amazing salesman and kept in contact. He made this experience enjoyable and quite easy along with Omar. The rest of the team was wonderful. And everyone helped out amazing. Couldn t be more thankful with this experience

Our experience was awesome! Paul, the sales man was great, he helped us through the whole process and the finance manager was great too. After test driving the GMC terrain we immediately loved it, got approved and got some awesome prices . I would definitely recommend people to check out this place.

Just recently bought a car here and what can I say, got nothing but hospitality from the moment my dad and I walked in. Thankfully we connected and met up with Felix who was nothing but nice and honest with us and the cars they had on the lot. That lead to me buying a brand new car with them. Was extremely happy.

Jacob (Jake) is awesome! Explained to me all that needed to be fixed. I do not speak Car, he was patient and explained everything clearly and logically. I am more educated now. My car runs like a top! I plan to trade my car in at some point in the future. Jake made great, well-thought out Chevy recommendations to which I will take to heart. Excellent work! I don't know anyone who likes the car buying process, I'll take a root canal any day! I will say, the people at Imperial Chevrolet made it "less bad", almost enjoyable - yes, I hate it that much! Our salesman, Paul exerted zero pressure and gave us the space & time we needed to make the right choice to meet our needs.After several hours and driving three different versions of the same vehicle, we made our decision. When it was time to talk with the "Finance Guy", Omar understands that he's the least favorite person, partly because there are 89 signatures and/or initials needed to complete the process, yes, he's counted! He explained everything, answered all of our questions and again, made it "less bad"! They've won my loyalty and I will be taking my new vehicle back for service whenever needed.

Communication could have been better overall. The team there did a wonderful job of identifying an issue I was having with my break and correcting it in a timely manner. They also provided me with a rental car to use while they waited on a part that was on back order needed to fix my truck.One note, there was garbage left in my truck (empty coffee cups).

Had a unplanned purchase of a new vehicle in December. I worked with Brad and his sales team at Imperial Chevy. They made the process seamless and worked with me every step of the way to ensure I was happy. They even provided a loaner so I would have a vehicle while my new purchase was being prepared. Awful car buying experience. Test drove a certified pre owned vehicle by myself and noticed scrapes and dents in multiple spots. Brought it to the sales associate's attention and he assured me the dents and scrapes would be taken out by the dealer. I did the paperwork that night and left the car with them to detail and take care of the body work. I returned to pick up the car and the outside of the car looked the same. I then requested the car to go to a body shop which I mentioned the night I bought the car would need to be done but the sales associate believed the work could be done on site at the dealer. Attached are pictures after the car was taken to the body shop; as you can see the work from the body shop was awful. I still refused the car and the sales manager expected me to take the car off the lot in that shape and told me they did the best job possible. This was them having the car for a month now; I had to get the GM involved and I did a walk around the vehicle pointing out what spots needed to get fixed. The major problems were fixed but I was ignored again for the third time on areas that were scratched. At this point I just gave up and took the car off the lot. After speaking with countless amounts of people at this dealer, the multiple trips to the dealership and in and out of loaners, the entire car buying process was unprofessional and a mess. There was a point the sales manager was yelling at me on the phone telling me he didn't want to deal with the headache. They even messed up on the plate transfer, sales tax and my trade in buyout. Their $80k loaners were even trashed with dents and scratches. I can't speak about a new car, but don't buy a used car from this dealer. They will upcharge the price and won't fully take care of the customer even though I was originally told all of the imperfections on the body would be taken care of. That's why I bought the car I took their word and the dealer did not deliver. The majority of the people I dealt with at the dealer didn't know what they were doing and were unprofessional.

I recently had a great experience shopping for a new vehicle at Imperial Chevrolet. Firas was awesome to work with. He was patient with us throughout the entire process while always looking out for our needs. We will keep going back to Firas and Imperial Chevrolet to buy all subsequent vehicles in the future! Five stars all the way.

Great service! Had a great experience all around but working closely with a finance agent like Omar made the experience that much more comfortable. He worked hard to get us the best deal and closest to our desired payment making many phone calls to all different banks. He was friendly and relaxed and really made our car buying a very smooth process. Will recommend to everyone!

When my car finally died, a friend recommended me to his car guy. I found myself at Imperial trying to find a vehicle that fit what I needed for work, safe and big enough for my kids, and praying I d get approved with credit score and an *almost* worthless trade-in. And I was panicking as I needed a vehicle IMMEDIATELY.I walked into Imperial Chevy, and within 25 minutes, I had already test driven a couple SUVs and was sitting down with Ken filling out my credit application. Ken was AWESOME, he knew my options might be pretty limited and that I needed to get something asap- and found the perfect SUV I needed. Omar was my finance guy and this dude tried ELEVEN banks until he got me the best rate possible.This was by far the best experience I have ever had at ANY car dealership. There was no sitting around and waiting, no jerking you around back and forth on pricing or trying to sell you something you don t need or want. They re also very entertaining during the process! (AHEM: this review is specific to Imperial *Chevrolet* not the entire Imperial complex- but if you choose to go to their Ford building, ask for McKenna, she s awesome also!)

My husband and I recently went to Imperial Chevrolet to buy a new car. We worked with Firas.We told him our price range and what we were looking for. He showed us one car and that's the one we bought. He is great car salesman and explained the process and brought us to Ahman to do the financing. Ahmed was great, he explained everything he was doing. He gave us options and gave great details on each. He made the process so easy. Picking my car up tomorrow. So excited. Service was excellent and completed in a timely manner. I d like to add Sales Manager Brad always goes out of his way to make sure his customers are taken care of. I just recently purchased a vehicle after my transmission went on my prior vehicle. I dreaded having to buy a car because I'm not usually a fan of the typical car salesman experience. I didn't want anyone pressuring me into a car or trying to up sell me things I didn't need. I'm pleased to say my experience this time was wonderful! I worked with a gentleman named Abdullah who was amazing!! He was very professional and helped me without feeling any of the normal pressure I've dealt with in the past. He took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. He was very prompt in getting back to me with any questions I had. I went to look at a used vehicle they had on the lot. I didn t make an appointment so I was a little nervous. I walked in and got paired with Lukas M. He was very patient and let me look at a couple different models and compare them. Honestly I went just to look and get an idea of what I wanted. However I really liked the vehicle and the service was good. The dealership was incredibly busy and he offered refreshments to help keep us comfortable. I never felt like he was really pushy and the finance guy Milton was also super friendly. We were there until the end and they stayed professional the whole time. I would definitely recommend Lukas and Milton at Imperial Chevrolet if you re looking for a new or used vehicle.

The service department was recommended by several members of my Corvette club. So I decided to take a little bit of a drive and have them install my radiator grill guards.Exceptional service from the time I drove into the service lane. Patrick W. was a great service rep. I enjoyed working with him. I don't know the service tech's name, but he did an outstanding job installing my grill guards. I was able to watch him from the waiting area. He did it right, by lifting the car and removing the front bumper.It was well worth the drive from Shrewsbury. I think I found my service department.

I went to Imperial to look at a truck I found online and it was nice to not be overwhelmed by salesmen as soon as I stepped out of my old truck to look at the others. I worked with Paul M. and he took the time to show me a few different trucks, listened to what I was looking for and did not push any certain truck on me. He was straight forward and honest about pro's and con's of each one. He made it easy to find and buy my new truck.
