Contacted Fernanda in online sales about a vehicle, she directed me to Paul Macchi. Both were very professional. After working with Paul, I could tell he was a top notch sales representative and would recommend him to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle. Lastly Omar did all the paperwork. Great guy to work with. The showroom alone is breathtaking. All in all well worth spending time with professional people who are cordial and kind. Well worth the long drive.Keep up the great work. My recent experience at Imperial Chrysler went really well. My salesman, Jonah , was very helpful and patient working through the process of looking at Jeeps and finally deciding on buying one! Ahmed in finance was helpful getting through all the paperwork needed to set me up. Imperial did not disappoint!

We are thrilled with our new to us Chevy Traverse Premier. The ride is smooth and quiet, with plenty of room(my main need). At Imperial, we were given exceptional service. Paul Macchi was great to work with. He was attentive and explained all of our options to us. Brad was also very helpful, crunching numbers and getting us into a car we loved at a price we were happy with. We never felt pressured or rushed through the entire process. We will recommend Imperial and appreciate the great service!!

I recently purchased a Chevy Silverado from Imperial Chevrolet and the service couldn t have been better! Our salesman, Ken N. is the best of the best especially accommodating myself and two children! He was beyond patient, answered all of our questions and in no way pressured us to purchase! I couldn t speak more highly of Ken and his team! Omar in finance was also great! Quick and painless process! I am a lifelong imperial customer and will continue to be because of their great service! We went to Imperial Jeep this weekend, just browsing cars. We were 90% sure we wanted a Jeep but were going to look at a few other options to compare. That never happened. We pulled into Imperial, and immediately started talking to Lou Carvalho (Sales Consultant). From the start, Lou was personable answering questions and not forcing us in any specific direction. He would give us his honest opinion which built a foundation of trust towards him very quickly. His genuine approach was very reassuring and not something you always see! Lou was so easy to work with, not pushy at all, super knowledgeable, and made the whole experience very enjoyable! We highly recommend Lou, and the next time we are looking for a car, we won t hesitate to go back and buy from Lou.

This has been the worst car buying experience of my entire life. The salesman (Ali) completely lied to me about the scratches and ding to the door that was supposed to be repaired. The car was delivered to CT DMV to be registered and ding in door as well as front hood damage was not even touched. NOW with many phone calls to them, they will not help me get this car repaired. I specifically told him I would not accept the car if it was not repaired.I am at a loss here and do not know what to do!!!

Purchased a new Camaro today and my salesman was Ken N and he was awesome . He had a great personality and we ended up buying 2 brand new vehicles . Ahmad (ED) was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. One more gentleman we dealt with in was David in finance and we was just as nice as everyone else and we would definitely purchase again. We have purchased many vehicles from imperial !!

Beyond Great Service. Paul Macchi was helpful, kind, and trustworthy. Definitely not as I had imagined buying a car would be. I would recommend Paul at Imperial anytime. He was great, the other staff were friendly but not overbearing, and the financial man made the financing process enjoyable...The car is a dream. The whole process was a nice experience.

My experience at Imperial Chevrolet was wonderful! My salesman Firas Fares took amazing care of me. He was honest, open, transparent and very kind. He made sure I understood the details of the car I was buying. He went above and beyond!! Milton worked with me on the finances and was also very impressive. He was patient and clear answering each question I had. I m more than happy with my new car and want to make sure Firas gets the praise he deserves. Thank you. Great dealership!!

Two weeks ago my wife and I went in looking for a new lease. Your team, including Majed, Eric, and the woman in Finance who's name I can't recall, were all extremely professional and curteous. When it was deteremined that the lease option was not available they provided us with information to help make the decision to purchase our leased vehicle. There patience and ability to not pressure us made for a wonderful experience.ThanksMike

This is my second time purchasing a vehicle through Imperial & again the whole process went smoothly & perfect ! I went because my car engine seized & I couldn t start it anymore so I needed a new car asap but I didn t think I could be approved due to having another car loan & still owing quite a bit on it . Marc Mastroianni did an amazing job helping me find the right Jeep that I needed & loved . Business Manager David Kerr did amazing as well by getting me financed even though I had doubts . My parents & sister have all bought cars from Imperial as well . Imperial is always fantastic to work with & they help you out when you re in a tough situation like I was ! I will definitely be a repeat customer ! Thank you again Marc & David !

Purchased a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle a few days ago. My salesman, Jean, was terrific. He was very patient while I test drove several different cars over multiple visits during the shopping process and there was no pressure. When I finally made my decision, the buying process was fast and easy. They took car of my new registration and plates quickly and easily. Very good car buying experience.

He came out to introduce himself right away and from the start was honest and straight forward with us. We really appreciated that. We decided on a car and were very pleased with the service! We recently purchased an explorer with David B at Imperial Ford and had a great experience. We don t live locally but traveled to them because of the great selection of cars there. After our purchase, they were able to get all paperwork to me and even delivered the car to me across the state, including getting things set up at the DMV for me. David was very responsive throughout, even when I followed up about a question almost 2 months later! Would recommend.
