I won t even give this place one star. A few months ago, I scheduled an appointment for an oil change-came back over 2 hours later and it wasn t even started so I took it and contacted the company to register a complaint. They sent me a $40 gift card to give them another chance. I scheduled an appointment for 8 am and returned 2 hours later only to find that once again nothing had been done. Why do they have a scheduled appointment time if they aren t going to honor it?

After trying two gas stations to fill my tires, I drove to Sullivan tire in the hopes they could help check my tires to reset the Tire Symbol on my dashboard. Thank you Angel for checking and filling all my tires even in the pouring rain. Excellent service and incredibly helpful. Lisa H.

The other day I got 4 new tires for my car. Left it there and went to Dunkin for coffee. The staff was very helpful when I asked them a question. I would definitely go back.

Visited today for flat tire repair. I visited without a reservation, but I was able to finish the repair in a short time by kindly guiding me. The manager listened kindly and the engineer gave detailed information about the part to be repaired. Thank you for the perfect tire patch.

Sullivan Tire is tops in service. Todd in Melrose is knowledgeable and expedites repairs reliable. Also done business At Woburn. Same experience

This branch took my tesla for a repair with very short notice. They didn t have to but they seem to really value customers and try to accommodate them as much as possible. Customer service is key for me and I am happy to give this branch my money. I highly recommend using their services.

I had two flat tires within a couple weeks of each other. First fix went fine, on time, they recommended new tires soon, etc. The second fix went ok, but I will not be returning due to what happened after.They ran past my pick up time, which was fine, but oddly when I got there, the manager Todd was unsure where my car had been parked. First he said it was on the street but it was actually parked in their side lot (facing a wall). Days later, I happen to notice that my front license plate was missing. Obviously, I panicked, given that I had been driving around for several days with no front plate, had crossed state lines, etc.I couldn t imagine where the plate had gone but called Sullivan just to see if they had found one. After a bit of a wait, they told me that Todd had found a plate on the street the previous week and turned it in to the police station. Thankfully, I was able to pick up the plate, but I am left wondering how and why the whole attachment (the black frame that the plate attaches to) came off of my car. Upon inspecting the area, there are large scrapes consistent with the car being hit and having the plate taken off. The metal attachment is ripped off on one side, so there must have been force to take it off.Because of the little dance about not knowing where my car was parked by the workers, I fully suspect that the car was hit by someone while in the care of Sullivan Tire. I think Todd knew what happened and tried to cover it up by turning the plate in instead of doing due diligence and trying to contact his customers from that day. If anything, this situation shows a stunning lack of care for the customer s property. I will never return to this location.

Patched a hole from a screw in my tire, they were able to squeeze me in for a quick fix. Super friendly and helpful. Tried to go to a few other service centers before this one and they sucked and didn t help or communicate clearly. This place did and the manager was great.

These guys are great...I called and spoke to Todd early last Friday morning about my daughters Mazda which had a blown front tire with sidewall damage and he was able to get her car in That day...He even found her the same brand tire which wasnt a common brand,but he found one so it matched the other 3...."I really liked that" and they even put her donut back in the trunk the way its supposed to be stored..They didnt just toss it in the trunk loose....Top notch service at a good price...Thanks so much guys,much appreciated.

Great service, end of day heard air hissing out of my tire, and knew it was going flat. Called them and they said to bring it right down. Took it off the car and they were able to fix it right away.

I was there for 4 new tires and alignment. They did great job and were right on the job as soon as I got my car there for the appointment and finished the task right at the time promised.I observed that Ken was very polite, informative, gave right advise and personal attention to all customers. Highly recommend this place.

Good experience. Previously I used to service my car at the woburn showroom where I purchased the car. Service there was bad and I felt they pressured me to change parts that were unnecessary. I have been getting my car serviced here at Sullivan Tire in Melrose for a year and I am happy.

Overpriced, every time I send my car in for one thing, they always find more things that needs to be fixed. I also keep finding little parts (screws, tire valve caps) missing after having work done there.

I had a great experience overall at Sullivan Tire in Melrose! The people were extremely nice to me when I first went in on Saturday, helped find a solution that wasn't going to cost me a crazy amount of money, and got me in for an appointment to do the service just a couple of days later. Would've been 5 stars just based on that visit! My only problem was that when I went in for my appointment to get my tire changed, I asked how long the service was expected to take and was told: "about an hour or so". I live in a one-car household and couldn't go home during the service, so instead I decided to wait next door for the next 2 and a half hours. When I called after that time had passed, my car happened to be finishing up. I just would've appreciated a heads up in advance on how long that service actually takes, to more realistically set expectations.That aside, I will definitely come back the next time!

i tried to change spark plug here. called the store and provided the detail of my car and the service that I need. they guranteed that they can do it and made an appointment with me. However, after I dropped off my car at the day. they kept waiting for almost 9 hours and told me that they cannot do it!!! When i tried to get an answer, they just asked me to pick up my car and hang my phone. Horrible!

It s very easy to do business with the Melrose Sullivan Tire. I ve set up appointments on line, as well as by phone. Both easy! The staff are all very friendly, especially Todd the Service Manager. The prices are very fair, for both tires and service. We ll definitely be back!

Because I am a girl this shop thinks I am stupid! I paid $255 to get my ac repaired. Almost $200 just as labor cost! The AC worked for 5 minutes. Right after i got back and they said you must change the compressor. they charged me $600 for compressor plus almost $200 for labor again! Basically they overcharged me for $250 the first day and they diagnosed it wrongly!A compressor replacement cost me $1100You judge!

Due to a manufacturing defect, my car vibrated when I was pressing on the brakes. Sullivan Tire replaced both brakes at no cost to me because I changed my brakes at their location 6 months ago.I am very impressed and grateful!Thank you!
