Excellent service. My quote from Stephen s was half that of another local shop. They had the work done fast and even buffed out scratches in my paint. My car was cleaned inside and out when I picked it up. Highly recommend.

I'm convinced this is the last great body shop in MA. Shops used to care if their work was well done but not anymore. Except for Stephen's. Maybe 10+ years ago, when I needed a new body shop, I ended up trying this shop and they're phenomenal. Been coming to them ever since. They just recently repaired a hit on my '23 Audi Q8, which I was worried about given the vehicle, but they did their usual amazing work. It looks beautiful. I can almost always find signs that body work was done, but not when they do the work. If ever an issue arises, they take care of it quickly and easily. Can't say enough good things about them and their staff. They don't disappoint.I should clarify that I wasn't worried about their work... I was worried because I'm an over-protective baby when it comes to this truck lol.

I had an unpleasant experience there. The decorative part they fixed is not in its original position; it can even move. Moreover, after parking there for more than two weeks, the engine light turned on. They claimed it was a battery issue and suggested a more expensive replacement at their facility. However, the light came back on just the second day after the replacement.

Stopped by here to get an evaluation on the damage done to the clear coat and paint on my hood, only expecting to get information and assuming there'd be a wait on when I could get my car in to be worked on, but everything went so smoothly that I dropped my car and the key off in the overnight slot two days later; and then two days after that, my car was done and ready to be picked up. The guy who did the appraisal was right on as to how long it would take and cost (right down to the exact dollar amount). The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I also really liked the text updates and the links to the website to see where my car was in the process. The price was fair honestly, it was less than I was expecting and the results spoke for themselves: my car looked like it'd just come from the dealership, not a body shop. They even vacuumed my floor mats, which I was pleasantly surprised about. Definitely not necessarily, but a thoughtful touch. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for great body work, professional staff and fair prices. Hopefully I won't need any more work done to the car, as it's still very new, but if I do I know where I'm going

I can't say enough positive things about my experience at Stephen's Auto Body. They had a rental waiting for me, they made my truck look brand new, they matched the existing lettering and had the work done within the promised timeline. The staff is courtesy and professional. Stephen's Auto Body is the best auto repair shop I have ever used. The shop is very well run, and the staff is exceptional at communicating with their customers. They did an outstanding job repairing my car, and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this auto body shop to anyone in need of quality auto repair services. The service is outstanding. I brought my 8 year old Subaru in last week for a bumper replacement and it now looks like a new car! They even washed it, which I did not expect. The staff is great, from Kaylan and Shawn and Scott to the mechanics who did such a fabulous job. They had an Enterprise rental for me when I dropped off my car - it was so easy! I received text updates during the repair process and my car was ready when they said it would be. This was an excellent experience and I highly recommend Stephen's Auto Body.

I had a very pleasant and positive experience with Stephen s auto body. They fixed my car in a timely manner. When I got a call to pick up my car, I was prepared to take it to a car wash as I dropped it off really dirty. But to my surprise they cleaned the outside and detailed the interiors as well. Also, while they had to wait for the parts to arrive, Shaun helped me by fixing the door of my car and make it capable and safe to drive.

I go to Stephen s auto body everytime I need something done with my car. I have been a few times over the years and my car is always ready before the estimated pick up date! Staff and owner is friendly and keeps you updated throughout the process. My car was buffed and painted as well as a broken light replaced. My bumper looks brand new! ThanksService: Painting

Staff is friendly, easy to work with. They keep you up to date on progress of the repair. Amazing work !!! My truck looks better than new. Its convenient that they have a Enterprise Rental agent onsite to handle the rental as well. Highly recommend!!

Shop needs to pay attention to details. The car shouldn't have to visit shop three times for the same small issue and then go to another shop for corrections. The insurance company was very understanding and agreed to fix all Stephens' work. Stop charging 4 percent fee for using a debit or credit card. Get your own card reader and hide the fees in your high rates. When I purchased my auto insurance, i paid extra for a $300 deductible. When i went to pick up my car, you tried to charge me $312 for a deductible on a policy that said $300. Customers hate scam fees, and they never forget. I strongly recommend finding another shop.

Stephen's Auto Body was amazing! Everyone there was incredibly kind and courteous. We needed a rental car while our car was being repaired, and having an Enterprise car rental on site was really convenient. They did an absolutely beautiful job on our car and I appreciated getting the regular updates via text. When we picked up our car, it looked brand new - they had even cleaned out and did some detailing on the interior which was a really nice touch. We would highly recommend to any of our friends in need of auto body work!Service: Body & Trim

Bought a new GMC Jimmy took it back 4 times with the same problem told service what was wrong with the truck kept saying can't be guess what if they listen it would have been fixed the first time

This auto body shop was highly recommended. I had work done to my Toyota RAV4 for work to be done to the driver's door. They kept me posted daily as to the status of the repair. I picked up my vehicle today and was very happy with the result! They even washed my vehicle and cleaned the interior. They are very friendly and really exceeded my expectations. By far the best auto body work I've ever seen. The staff was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. They did a high quality job on my car for a very reasonable price. When I got into my car, it looked like a brand new car. And while I had just asked for exterior repairs, they were nice enough to do some detailing work on the inside and fixed my radio (which had not worked in years). I would highly recommend Stephen's auto body!

I Have gone to Stephen's Auto exclusively thru the years, and have recommended Stephen's to other people (family and friends). This family owned business has been around for a long time, and I have seen the business prosper and grow, but the service and commitment to detail and customer satisfaction has never changed!My 2012 Honda Pilot, has been a great car and 5 or 6 years ago, needed some TLC after sideswiping a pole in my garage.I met with Scott, he told me how it was going to be repaired and it was perfect then. 2 weeks ago, in Maine, in a library parking lot in Camden Maine, did not see a large rock in the parking lot and scraped the bumper and skirt under the bumperI again, Met with Scott and again, he explained the repair to me, and told me it should be ready Wednesday, but on Tuesday afternoon, (8/23) I got the call ... it was ready and once again, I was very pleased!Thank you Scott and the Stephen's Auto team for a great job done!Bill GirolamoMelrose MaService: Body & Trim

10/10 service!The shop contacted me through my insurance and worked with me to get my car in, in a timely manor and my schedule. They worked with the rental company to provided me with a car (if needed).I brought my car in after a shopping cart scratched the drivers door. Scott came out to look at the damage and he had his crew buff it out and fix it within 15 mins of me pulling in. He saved me from having to leave my car overnight/for a few days and an insurance claim.Stand up guy- hard working team- and reliable.Thank you!Service: Painting

I m very happy with my overall experience at Stephen s Autobody. The door to my vehicle had a piece of trim break off and Scott and the team were able to fix it quickly and cost-effectively. I really appreciate the thoughtful customer service and effort to repair my door promptly and affordably, without ordering an expensive replacement part. Stephen s Auto Body was absolutely amazing! Kaylan was super helpful and was very communicative with everything! I had to get a mirror fixed and I was able to pick up the car the same day I dropped it off, efficient and well done service! Absolute nicest people around. My friend had backed into my car door and I was paying out of pocket and they were super wonderful about getting it fixed fast to minimize the amount of time I needed a rental. I needed to replace a door panel and we waited until all the ordered parts were on site before dropping it off and I got it back in THREE days!! I m pretty sure they washed and vacuumed my car for me too! The ladies at the desk are super friendly and helpful! It s also a huge help having the rental place right on site. I ll recommend this place a million times over.

A few weeks ago, our car was victim to a hit in a run in a parking lot, completely wrecking the front hood, bumper, etc. Stephen's Auto Body was recommended to us through Geico and I'm so glad it was! Everyone was so friendly, helpful and fast. I dropped the car off and was able to pick up a rental, all under 20 minutes. Being that was it was right before the holidays, we needed the car in order to travel back to PA and NY. The parts were going to take over 10 days to arrive, ruining our plans and our Christmas trip. Stephen's Auto Body sent someone to Long Island to pick up the necessary parts in order to get the car finished and ready so that we didn't need to delay our trip! It was so thoughtful and much appreciated! Even better--the job they did on the car was fabulous and the detailing was immaculate. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them 100%!

Always very happy with their service, work and convenience!! I have brought in different cars for different reasons over the years and they always do a great job fixing it while handling all the insurance stuff and getting it back to me clean, and quickly. The rent-a-car service that works out of their office is an added bonus - very convenient and again they do all the work! I've never gone anywhere else, and never will.

Ganna start with. I understand how long it'll take to get parts so time isn't the issue. The problem is the quality of work. And the attitude of Scott. They had my wife's car 1 month 3 weeks. The quality of the paint job is terrible. They stole from me. They do not pay attention to what there doing. They tried to give my wife her suv back half done saying it only needed 1 thing when infact I counted 10 things wrong. You bring your car to a body shop for them to return it to before accident condition. They did not do that They put minimum effort required. Would not recommend

They are very friendly, place is very clean. They even connect you to Enterprise Rental if you need one. I am now waiting for my car to be fixed. Some rando driver hit it while parked but I am confident this body shop got what it takes to fix it. Stay tuned!

This was the easiest car experience I have ever had. They were amazing, had my car fixed within the same day and cleaned the whole thing which was a very pleasant surprise. HighlyRecommend going to this auto body!

I gave them a three. Because lack of customer communication. They sent me an update saying my vehicle is being looked at. Later on while a week later they sent me another update said that my vehicle be read between this date and this date. But no one never told me was being done to my vehicle. It made me feel as though nobody care about my opinion. Like I didn't have a voice about what happened to my vehicle

My message is for you who want to come to this Auto Bodyshop. Because what is excellent is excellent and Congratulations on the work you are doing. I had a bad experience at another Auto Bodyshop. I don't come here to raise or exalt this company or anyone. I come with great sincerity and satisfaction to say that the work you did on my RAV4 2020 was better than my expectations. They gave me the car less than two days ago and still to my surprise, I received the super clean car. My experience was excellent and I believe that you should come to this place! God bless this company!

I have unfortunately had the pleasure of using the services here, however they have been amazingly top notch in handling autobody and any mechanical issues that have arisen. They are always kind and curteous. They deliver amazing results and I'm always pleased with the work. I had them recently fix an existing issue outside of a claim (a scratch and dent spanning 2 body panels) and the work came out amazingly. Will go back to them for sure if I need any more assistance even if it's a bit of a drive.
