I love this place! I won t take my Corolla anywhere else. I bought my car a year ago and I ve only taken it here for a few oil changes, but these guys are fantastic and knowledgeable. Doug and Rick are doing it right. I was recently looking for a new mechanic had some work done on two of my trucks at Neighborhood Wrench. They fit me right in, communicated and explained issues and recommended the right repairs and what I could hold off on if I wanted to. They even had a small delay and took some $ off the estimate they gave me. The service, communication, and professionalism is great - found my new local mechanic shop!DanService: Brakes

This was my first time here and I am extremely satisfied with the level of service and value that Neighborhood Wrench offers! I brought my Fiat 500 in for new rear brakes and rotors. Rick and his team did a great job and the cost was very fair. They even have loaner cars which is a huge help. I'm looking forward to having future service needs taken care of here.Update April 2021 - Just brought my wife's Tiguan in for brake service and once again experienced nothing but great service from neighborhood wrench! What I love most is the clear and easy communication that Rick offers, from booking the appointment to getting an update on what work needs to be done. This shop is organized and professional. Thanks again!

One of the best most knowledgeable honest shops I ve ever been to. My wife s car had an engine light come on I called and spoke to Rick and he was able to get me in next day! They were able to have my wife s car back to her in about 48 hrs which thrilled my wife because she hates driving my truck. Would definitely recommend Doug and Rick @ Neighborhood Wrench

Went to the Natick location for years, Doug is great. Recently was up in Maine and had a part fail under warranty, so couldn't get back to Neighborhood Wrench. Doug went to great lengths working with the local Maine mechanic to wrangle replacement parts and do right by me. Turned what was a frustrating experience into an excellent one, thank you! Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, A/C system maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Air conditioning, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

Neighborhood Wrench is a Great shopThe owner worked in service as a mechanictwo decades or more.He is very honest!He does GREAT work !I would go to nobody else in Millis area.Rick knows cars well, cause I also do but not anywhere near to his experience and expertise.Reasonable $$ and stands behind his work.Six stars

My door ajar light would not turn off, keeping my overhead lights on and draining my battery. They had my car ready and fixed in a few hours, explained that it was a quick fix, and did not charge me a thing--and gave a free rental car while it was being worked.These guys are great and I am confident in bringing my car here for some good, honest service in the future.

Very nice and friendly, and they explained every step of the process. Comfortable waiting room, WiFi, and loaner cars if you need to drop the car off for the day. They offered a couple of up charged options, but they didn't pressure me into a sale when they saw I wasn't interested. All in all, it was a great experience and I will be a return customer!

I highly recommend taking your vehicle here for any type of service you may need. They are extremely knowledgeable and will not try to sell you something you do not need Travis serviced my vehicle and was extremely thorough. I couldn't be more pleased. I will definitely return for any service needs .Thank you so much to Travis and Rick.

Doug helped us by skillfully removing and cutting out rusty rotten bolts to replace the shackle on the rear leaf spring suspension. Can't thank you enough!
