Medway Imports was one of the best experiences I ve had buying a car .and I ve had many.Negotiating the deal was easy, and Barry was able to work around the circus I had going while selling my old car to another buyer.Best thing about it was, I called Medway the next day after I picked up my new ride to report that there was a problem with the vehicle I hadn t noticed during the test drive. Barry & team didn t bat an eye. They agreed to bring it right in and have it rectified.Medway Imports is a great place to shop for really nice cars and trucks. Wish I could have bought two, but the wife wouldn t let me :).

I typically dislike most dealerships and tend to walk out. Barry made the experience both effortless and painless. There was no pressure or sale pitch, and with the dealership being an hour from me, post test drive everything else was able to be completed remotely. I had an inquiry about a part of the vehicle and Barry and his team swapped it out for new. Everything was handled for me behind the scenes and ready for me to show up and drive away. Vehicles are fully serviced and ready to go when you show up to the lot to view. There is a great selection, and everything is well priced. The best part was the dog Charlie in the office to play with. I would highly recommend and will be back for future purchases.

HONESTLY - This is how car buying should be !!! Barry, the owner literally deals with you directly. No games, a quick, honest, realistic review of your trade, a discussion on the vehicle of interest ( NOT A BACK AND FORTH ) and a decision.... I was quite truly blown away at the process. Easiest and best car purchase process I have ever experienced !!!!!!

Where do I start ? I would highly recommend this dealership ! Barry the owner was amazing to deal with ,he went out of his way to wait for me, was not pushy , no pressure and the smoothest car buying I ve ever experienced. I bought a 2018 Jeep grande Cherokee , that looks like it s brand new and at a great price . I m absolutely in love with it !

I recently purchased a car from Medway Imports and it was the best car buying experience of my life. I would highly recommend this dealer for anyone looking for a quality used truck/suv. My wife and I just had newborn twins so it was challenging time for us to buy a new car. Barry was very accommodating and the whole process was incredibly smooth. My wife enjoyed their no-pressure sales approach - she was able to look around and take the car for a drive without anyone bothering her. These guys don't play any of the games you see with other dealers because they don't have to. They buy and sell high quality cars at fair prices so there's really nothing to haggle about. 5 star experience

Great dealership to do business with. We bought a beautiful 2022 Yukon Denali for a fair price. Barry was great to deal with, and everyone at the dealership was very friendly and polite. The car was beautifully presented and sparkling clean, as you would expect for a higher end vehicle. Painless transaction and great communication. Definitely a cut above most used car dealerships. Highly recommend.

Very nice people only issue is they put in a new compressor and left it with little too no oil in it which cause my car to start having the same issue as I brought it in for feels like a money grab especially due to the fact they did not tell me they didn t put oil back in the car which in return would have cause me to go back and they would have given me a new alternator which would have costed double seeing it cost more for them to work on your car vs the actual parts, but I found a place Chris auto in medway who did everything for half the price and actually got it right within 3 hours plus they ended up fully servicing my car and letting me know what I needed done for half of the price also ps for anyone seeing this they seem to be very quick to disagree with people giving them lower star rating calling them unhappy people as I ve seen in another review here

Good peeps. Honest pricing. They don't treat women like idiots as most mechanics do.So far so good with them....Just got my car back from them replacing my transmission. They went above and beyond and took care of me (my beloved car) as if their own kids were driving it.Finally found the mechanics i've been looking for. You guys got me for life. Grateful.Services: Exhaust, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Transmission replacement, Auto maintenance

Barry, the owner of Medway Imports was Great to work with....After meeting him for the first time and seeing how he ran his car dealership...I was comfortable enough to buy a 2019 Grand Sport Corvette from him...We closed the deal in less than an hour!!!Everything went smoothly and I love my new-used Corvette!!!Barry... thanks again to you and your entire Team.Bob Roy

I ve enjoyed the professional service at Medway Imports and interactions with Barry for 9 years . until I went to pick up the original summer wheels for my Porsche 911 (that I purchased used from Medway in 2013) that Medway had always stored while I was running on winter tires. His associate went inside to look for the wheels and was told by Barry that he had discarded them in a general cleanup of the garage.Granted that I hadn t changed from winter to summer tires for several years during Covid because I drove the car very little, but still came in annually for oil changes and sundry repairs.Without coming out to tell me personally and without a single word of apology, that was all I discarded the wheels. Never ever called to ask if I wanted them. I would have picked up in a heartbeat.Understand these wheels cost over $2K new and unavailable used (I ve tried!). Barry s a car guy and of course knows their value. Hard to believe he would discard them.He hasn t answered any of my subsequent emails.My relationship with Medway is over.I m still scratching my head over his behavior. I purchased a f150 from this place today 11/25/22. The salesman who I was working with was new but but very nice to talk too. As i saw a few things about this truck i wasnt fond of. The salesman went to talk to the owner barry. Barry came out, never really introduced himself to us. Just went out to see our problem with the breaks. (Both front rotors and pads needed to be replaced). We waited about a hour for him to figure out what to do. He was ready to replace the breaks but was asking if we will take the truck. We offered to just deduct some money off and we can do the breaks ourselves. As we are trying to discuss a price. He was extremely rude in discussing anything. Almost seemed like he did not want our business at all. If i did not like the truck as much as i did. I would of just called it a loss and walked away. We came on agreement (on his way) and went to do paper work inside. The salesman was very nice in getting everything filled our while Barry did not say one word to us the whole time. I was very disappointed and utterly disgusted with his attitude towards us. Just did not seem like he was very friendly at all our entire time their. The truck we purchased is so far so good and hopefully will be for the future to come.

In my 40 years of buying vehicles Barry Roth made my experience one of the best ever!! Barry took me from the beginning to the end on the deal and everything went smooth. I was a little hesitant at first buying from a small dealership but I am so glad I came to Medway Imports. I had been looking a while for the car I wanted with low miles and a reasonable price. When i called to ask about it, Barry told me to come on in and check it out. Everyone there was pleasant and Barry helped me with all the paperwork needed for my bank and insurance as this was my first time financing a car. He also advised me to sell my old car instead of trying to trade in with them, telling me I would get more money that way. The whole process was no nonsense and fast. When I went to pick up my car it was detailed and nearly new and I did have a smile on my face the whole way home, just like he promised!A bonus - his adorable pup Charlie, who I hope to see again when I bring the car in for maintenance.

Medway Import does a terrific job with communication and convenience! Colleen was especially helpful with coordinating appts and accommodating my work schedule. They completed all my services in a timely manner and were able to provide photos explaining why certain services needed to be completed. The key drop off and online payment systems are very beneficial as well. Barry and his team are great. The team is very thorough, honest, and extremely fair. We drive over 45 minutes to bring our cars for all service. They ve also always provided us with a loaner car while our cars are being serviced. I ve taken all three of my vehicles here and have been very happy with all visits. First was a failed inspection, second was a headlight housing replacement and the third was correcting work done from another establishment. Each time got quality work done by a knowledgeable friendly staff for a fair price. Would highly recommend.

Barry is truly here to make his customers happy, comfortable, and able to drive away in the vehicle of their dreams. A very honest guy who will do what it takes to get a deal done that is fair and makes his customers feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Very professional dealership, there are no gimmicks here or any hassle. The dealership only provides top of the line vehicles on their lot. Every vehicle is in pristine condition and inspected and cleaned with a fine tooth comb prior to even being shown on the lot, let alone sold. I went in with only intentions on looking and left a customer of Barry's for life.

Working with Barry was great. I purchased a car in Canada via private party sale and needed it imported to the US. I spoke to a few companies and hung up the phone feeling a bit unsettled as they all had different answers and processes. I was given Barry's number from another dealership who I am friendly with. On the first call with Barry - my worries were gone. He took the reins, organized the pickup, transporting and took care of importing. Once the car was in the states I went to inspect it and sign some paperwork. A few weeks later I went back to pick up the car, had them install a new battery and I was on my way. It couldn't have been easier and I absolutely will use Barry (and Mark) at Medway Imports again!

I auctioned a car on Bring a Trailer. Barry purchased this vehicle for one of his customers. I had never auctioned a car nor had sold a car to a private party--I have only traded cars at the dealer, so I was bit nervous as to how this transaction would transpire.Let me tell you, Barry made this transaction very easy and worry free. The auction was complete on Monday. Barry called me and walked me through the process on Monday afternoon. He wired funds into my account on Tuesday morning. He scheduled a auto transport service to pick up the car on Wednesday. Wednesday evening the car was packed up and on it's way to it's new owner.I have to say the process was easier than any dealer experience. Thanks Barry!

Sometimes buying a new car is very stressful... The owner Barry made everything so easy. He is kind and honest. Buying a car was a piece of cake.... he also has a super cute puppy named Charlie!!! Definitely worth five stars, if you need a new car Medway imports is the way to go. Very pleasant

The exquisite design and performance of European vehicles requires a special mechanic who cares about attention to detail. I can always trust Barry and the service team at Medway Imports to take care of my Porsche and keep it looking new. On my last visit, I got new tires and my rims refinished, and they even spray painted my lug nuts for me so that the wheels looked brand spanking new when they were placed back on the car. It's rare to find a shop that treats your car as if it were their own, but Medway Imports truly respects your vehicle and gives it the attention it deserves.
