Great staff at John's Auto Body. They were a big help and advised us well when they towed our car after an accident and further assisted us through the insurance evaluation process.

These guys are great and super helpful. I've brought my car there 4 times in the past few years and they are super funny and helpful but professional with their work. Strait shooters through and through. I moved to NYC a couple years ago and when I visit home they are always accommodating and help work around my schedule. (Lost two mirrors to NYC traffic while my car was parked and John ordered for and replaced while I was visiting). When I had a bigger accident they were very helpful with coordinating with the insurance adjuster to get a quick inspection of the car. They are honest, reliable guys, that do great work and are willing to work with you to schedule and cost. Very fair. Highly recommend

Johns auto body was great when my husband had an accident in my daughters car! The car was ready quickly and the job was excellent! We have taken our GMC Sierra here for the past few years and we are currently having work done to our other truck, they are always great and professional! They really do treat everyone like family.

I had John fix my front bumper and light and do some painting. You can't even tell anything ever happened! Work was completed in a timely manner and the staff are all super friendly. My company also has all of our truck repairs done here as well. Great guys, great quality work.

I had some after market body parts installed on my vehicle. John did a great job, the parts look great and were installed flawlessly. He was very upfront and gave me a good price. He even charged less than his initial quote. Deal with confidence, John is a great guy! Highly recommended auto body shop, right in Medway!!!!

John's was super helpful after I was rear ended. I have an '05 Jeep Liberty so they had to get me a whole new tailgate which took a while, as expected with an older car. When I picked it up I noticed there was a problem with the lock to the tailgate where my dash didn't recognize that it was locked. John's expedited a new lock and fixed it next day free of charge. Handled all the insurance chaos too with supplementals! Thank you guys.

Asked them to replace rear bumper after I was rear ended. Said please blend and match so I cannot tell. did the work work quickly but the colors are nowhere near matched. Asked them for my old bumper back because the slight dink looks better than the completely wrong color bumper.Would never go back.

John, his daughter, Casey and Angelo made everything a breeze! My vehicle looks even better than when I purchased it! Hopefully there wil Not be any fender benders in my future, though if anything should happen I WILL DEFINATELY go back to John's Autobody!
