Sentry Ford went above and beyond helping me purchase a new car and helping me service my older car as well. Enio was helpful throughout the whole purchase process, I highly recommend people to him! The entire service department staff were super kind in helping me with my other car and got everything taken care of with exceptional customer service. If you ever need your vehicle serviced at the dealer, Mark, Michael, Diane and the staff there will treat you right.

I went to Sentry Ford yesterday and Dianne Anderson-Miller helped me. She was very kind and efficient! My car needed a lot of work done and she let me know all the prices up front and finished the job in 2 hours. I am very pleased with the work completed and Dianne was wonderful. I trust her with my car needs and I hope she s there if I need to go back again! :)

The good folks at Sentry Ford in Medford, MA were terrific in helping us when our car broke down while we were visiting in Boston. They offered us an excellent deal on another car, taking our broken one in on trade. They did everything quickly and efficiently to help us get on our way as soon as possible. We especially appreciate the helpfulness of Enio our award-winning salesman, and Don the business manager. Over the years my wife and I have purchased eight cars from Sentry Ford, and have always had good experiences! They are honest, customer-centered, and operate with integrity. We highly recommend Sentry Ford.

I had to drop my vehicle off for some recalls and some general maintenance while o was on vacation. Sentry Ford kept their promise of having all of my requested repairs done on time. The service staff was very up front with what I should and should not need. I appreciated the honesty and professionalism the entire staff at the Sentry Ford service department showed to me.

I went to Sentry Ford in Medford to pick up my car, but instead of picking it up I bought a new 2023 Ford Escape. I want to thank everyone at Sentry Ford, especially Krista Paige Sayers, she was extremely helpful and supportive if not for Krista I probably wouldn t have even looked at a new car. Sales consultant Wayne was very friendly and helpful. He didn't pressure us into purchasing, and let us take our time to ask questions. Even with it being 1 hour till closing on a holiday. Even with us not finding a car to our liking, he wasn't bitter and still provided his business card in case we changed our mind later. I would definitely recommend this dealership just by our experience with the sales person alone.

I originally leased my Escape through Sentry two years ago and it was so easy then, even amid a national vehicle shortage and during COVID. I came back to buy my lease out this week and it was even easier. Don Peters was great to work with and he made it so simple! No pressure at all, and I didn't feel like I was getting taken advantage of (like what happens at many other dealerships). I'm grateful there's still honest people out there like Don. Thank you!

I had service done here a couple years back that went well, so I returned recently when I was in the area again for more routine maintenance. I received a call that my car's brakes were a danger, and I needed to replace them in addition to my tires and spark plug. After repeatedly asking for details about the brakes, she told me the brake pads, rotors, and calipers ought to be replaced. I wasn't able to get an explanation for why the tires should be replaced. I picked up my car after agreeing to just the routine service with the intention of confirming the need for the other replacements from a second opinion. Before I reached out for that second opinion, I caught that the technician's notes mentioned my brake pads were within the allowed range and did not mention a need for those other replacements, and also didn't mention the significant danger that was described on the phone call. I'm still not entirely sure what the disconnect was between what I was told and the condition of my car, but I have the sense of avoiding a lot of unnecessary charges.

Once again, Sentry knocked it out of the park! This is the second time I ve worked with Billy on a custom ordered vehicle. The experience was easy and professional. We pre-arranged everything so we spent as little time as possible getting the car registered and inspected when we picked it up.Sentry doesn t gouge you like some other dealers by marking up popular models $10k, $20k, or even $50k over sticker. This was the second order for us at MSRP and we couldn t be happier.

I want to than Service Advisor Diana and particularly the Service Manager Mark. They were instrumental in getting me my car back and as of now is driving very well. It was a long and arduous process going through the Warranty Department, but they got everything done. Mark also worked hard to get me reimbursed from Ford for 10 days for substitute transportation that I had to get on my own, while my car was in there from 8/31-9/21. 10 days is better than nothing, but not as good as the 21 days. Again, I want to thank them for their diligence.

I went to Sentry Ford looking to get a new car and after working with their team (Bill Dervishian), I have made a recent purchase of a Ford Bronco Sport. He answered all the questions that I have had and showed me a few additional features that has been more than what I was looking for. Great work Bill and team for meeting the customers needs/desires. They would have received all 5 stars if they simply gave the car to me but they were great. :) lol

The problem was software related. I received a notice on the Ford app. The car did not appear to operate any differently. Nevertheless the app instructed me to take the car to the dealer. Based on prior experience where it took 5 calendar days to fix a tail light, I requested a loaner car. I was told that the loaner car wait was 1 and a half months. When I arrived I had a very confusing discussion with the service rep where she appeared to say that there was no problem if it only showed up on the app, which I understood as to be saying that I did not need to have the car serviced. Finally, she said they would have a technician clear the problem with the software. She initially said it would likely take several days and as she directed me to pick up the loaner car, she said it could take a week. The good news is that it took only two days. The problem is that I received a call mid afternoon during which I had commitments. When I said I could pick it up first thing the next morning, they responded that if I didn t return the car in 2 and a half hours, I would be charge for one day rental. Given the notice after they previously statements I find this extremely annoying. The loaner car could be best described as pathetic. I have never driven such an underpowered car. It reminded me of a Yugo I didn t think any US car was so underpowered. Also, the key fob battery was dying and frequently required me to use the key to unlock the doorsSo while the problem was fixed relatively quickly, I could the experience one of the worst I have had with any dealership

We've brought our car in multiple times, and each time the problem either not fixed or a new problem arises. The fact that it entirely depends on which technician you get whether or not your problem is addressed is terrible. No confidence at all bringing a car here.

Quickly and thoroughly solved a problem that another dealer could not solve within 3 visits. Communicated clearly all the way. Couldn't be happier! If you live in Boston/Brookline/Cambridge etc., go to Sentry, not the guys in Quincy!

Went to this place in 2019, made test drive appointment of mustang a week ago via email and they confirmed. When I spent almost an hour went there and they say they don t allow me to do test drive with really bad attitude. Lied to me to go into their store. So why wasting each other s time? Hope you guys have better service now.

Bill Dervishian was super helpful in getting my new used car. The process was pretty easy. Had to go back for a sticker and the Parts and Service department said there was a part on order but couldn t tell me what it was, luckily it was only cosmetic and I scheduled an appointment to have it installed.

He always makes sure he listen ti what my concerns are, and helps me understand what I want to convey with the service dept. the team seems to work together very well. I just had my vehicle dropped off at my home after the problem was "fixed". I can't say fixed for sure because I just started it up and the light is off. So it appears to be corrected. I won't know for sure until I drive it for a couple weeks-month. Bad thing is that I used to go to Stoneham Ford and always got a loaner car when problem is Warranty related like this problem. Rep said they do not have ANY loaners available. From Tuesday at 8am-Friday at around Noon, no vehicle! Absolutely unacceptable!!! Especially after they knew I was coming in after over a 3 week wait. Stoneham Ford, I've never had a problem with and always received a loaner. I'll have to wait and see but as of now, I plan on going back to Stoneham Ford. Larger inventory, better service and they are just concerned about their Ford customers not like Sentry which seems to favor their Lincoln customers. Just my view. Ur call now...Good luck!

Bought my truck here at beginning of this year. Very good customer service.****** UPDATE: ****My newly purchased 2019 Ford F-350 is currently back at dealership for repair since Aug 28, 2023. It's been 2 months.I had to return my loaner vehicle 2 days ago to swap it out for another loaner.In returning this loaner, I had a VERY unpleasant discussion with the service manager MICHAEL BOURQUE.***Out of fear, I will complete this review when I get my truck back from being repaired from this dealership.To be continued...
