I saw Victor (the Medford Gas mechanic) at Jacks Gas this Morning. We were both surprised. He was probably looking for a job. I was at Jacks dealing with a flat tire.Victor then cancelled my Monday morning 'Ball Joint repair' appointment at Medford Gas only because I was at Jacks for a flat tire.

They fixed our car. But extremely disrespectful to customers. Bully into trying to get more money out of them. Pushy about picking up the car as soon as it was done. Overall disrespectful and won't recommend this to anyone.

Simply the best. First class service with a smile. This place needed a face lift. Seeing it before and now is crazy from A to the Z remodeling job. The neighbors must be happy with the place being redone. The owner is a car a enthusiast and a gentleman. So easy to speak and easy going honest guy.

I've brought a few vehicles here in the last couple years. They've been great at fitting me in with a few emergency situations. They've done great work and I was back on my feet in no time. Fair prices and good customer service.

Honest and fair price's. They quoted 2200 and then found the problem. $220 was the cost. Took 20 minutes. I will drive from Boston to come here. Anyone would of taken advantage.Bless these brothers.

Not only did they bullmess me for 45 minutes but they actually had the gall to solicit a bribe from me to get my inspection sticker, despite it passing all the computer required tests and visual checks. Stay away from these clowns, plenty of other places to get a sticker.

RUDE. I called to see if they have an air pump yes they do. I asked how much it was to make sure I prepared enough change. The response was, are you serious? I have nothing to say about anything else here.
