Carmine was amazing from the minute I called! AAA towed my car to a random lot, Carmine helped me find my car and took care of the damage AAA caused from a bad jump start. He was able to figure out the problem and wrote me up a hand written diagnoses of the issue so I could fight AAA for the damage they caused. I cannot thank him enough for helping me out.Absolute amazing service! Carmine is a true gem and I will be returning for all of my future car services here!

Instead 3 weeks/1 month they took 3 month to fix my car. I had to spend my money to rent a car because they didn't send the documents do Insurance Company (always a: "sorry, we will send today" or "I need to check"). Besides that take a look in the pictures how the painting is after 5 months.

If only there was a zero star rating. Don't bring your car here unless you enjoy the thought of it being left in the Marshall's parking lot down the street with the windows down while it rains, the actual repairs taking three weeks longer than estimated, and said repairs not even being complete once they happily called and said it was ready to pick up. Oh, and don't expect them to pick up the phone. Though, on the rare occasion they do pick up, they'll answer and say "hold on, let me check on that for you" and just hang up the phone after 5 minutes. Seriously, I don't care if your insurance, your best friend, or Jesus Christ himself recommends this place to you, do not give them your business. I also made the mistake of giving them the insurance check before the work was done. Don't fall for that. Have the day you deserve, Medford Citi Auto!

Carmen and his crew have been working on our cars for about 5+ years now. We couldn't be more satisfied with their work. The professionalism, attention to detail, experience, service and the outcome have always exceeded our expectations. Horrible place! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! They had our truck 4 times and it still came back with rust issue. They never respond to phone calls and kept our vehicle for weeks with no return call. It wasn t until we threatened them with a call to the Better Business Bureau then they finally responded to our complaints. At that point we refused to have them lay their hands on our vehicle after handing them well over $1000 in rust repair for it to return multiple times. Took it somewhere else and are pleased with the work. What a wasted time and money on this place they call a business!

Came by on a Saturday morning and let them know I needed crankshaft sensor changed. They told me to come back Monday and they could take care of it that day. I came back Monday and dropped it off. They said they d call me soon after running a diagnostic. They never called. I called the next morning and they said they would call me back in 5 minutes. Never called back. I called back about 3 hours later. No answer. Went and picked my car up to take it to a different placeService: Electrical

Very Trustworthy.Bring your car to this place. My truck was making a loud rattling noise behind the dash. I dropped off the car, they put it on the lift and tried to find the source. The couldn't find it. NO CHARGE. They said they need to take off the dash to find the issue and that it's a lot of labor to take it off and put it back on, roughly a 1000 bucks. I begrudgingly agreed. I brought it back the following week. They called me up a few hours later and said they put it up on the lift one more time and found the issue... and it'd be a 200 dollar charge. They could have easily kept the truck for a few days and charged me a grand but they didn't. Super trust worthy people. They have a lifelong customer.

These guys did a fantastic job welding and polishing up my vehicle - it looked brand new when returned to us! Since it was a Tesla, we were afraid that they may not help us, but they were more than capable and did some great work!I am very grateful for all their help - thank you!

Have been a customer for over 12 years. Over eight cars repaired, with family, my wife and self. Always performs great work and receive complements from friends and colleagues about the great work. Carmine has always been understanding and a gentleman.Some people do not understand, that the shop has to wait for the parts from manufacturers and insurance approvals and is at their mercy. This is always out of their control.

Excellent customer service throughout. Quality paint mix and great touch up, buffing, waxing and detailing when fixing up marks on my truck. Did it really efficiently and for a great price. Walked away with a sample of paint as well and door guards.Service: PaintingService: Painting

Ended up taking way too long for the simplest repair that could take a real Autobody shop 2 days. He cost someone that I referred to their shop over $300 on a rental car because it took so long. Just because they were inadequate and couldn't handle a simple task.

Medford City Auto Body does amazing work! They were thorough and it was a quick turnaround having my car ready considering the amount of work needed to be done. The place is clean and the staff is great. I highly recommend this place if you need body work.

The shop is not a safe place for customers because of aggrasive behavior of Karmine one of the agents. I delivered my car on 14th of March to them, First they promised me to do the job less than a month they broke their promise second, They promised me to get me the car in next two weeks after the first unfulfilled promise and I went there for the second time to get my car and asked them that I need my car and why are you promissing when you cant make it and why you cut the car before the parts are available. A guy named Karmine out of sudden came and started to shout and yell at me and standed up and He was about to hit me. He used F words and I left the place for my safety.Conclusively, they are not treating customers with respect at all, besides, their unprofessional business.I dont recommend this place at all to anybody because first its a dangerous place for your safety and second you can not rely on their words.

My aunt, mother, and myself all get our cars repaired here. The company is fair, reasonable, more than willing to answer questions, and personable. When I go in, they ask about the family and the cars, he's earned my business time and time again! Does not live up to contractual agreements with person receiving auto repairs. Agreed to compensate person after taking over 35 days to repair auto. Medford-Citi Auto Body lied three times about compensation being in the mail. Not to be trusted.
