John and team are simply amazing. 5 stars for not only the exceptional customer service, but also work done to my car. I got in a fender bender a month ago and with the holiday coming up and me needing my car to travel across state, I was pressed for time.I found Medford Auto Center online by typing in "Best Auto Body Shop in the Boston Area" and was directed to them. Consistency is key in this business and the other reviews on here are testament to what you can expect when you come to this place. I have a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited that needed a new Bumper, Front Left Side Panel, New Headlight, etc. Not only did John and team get the job done in the time I needed my car back for holiday travel, but they also went the extra mile (pun intended) and cleaned all of dog hair out of my car. There was a ton, I can't believe it all came up.In short, my experience was as follows:1. I dropped off my car with John and team.2. John orchestrated a car to pick me up and take me to Enterprise rent a car.3. I received my rental car (that insurance covered)4. I got a call from John days later telling me my car was ready.5. I dropped of the rental car back to Enterprise rent a car.6. I got a ride to Medford Auto Body7. I paid $0 out of pocket. John worked with my insurance company for me to get the proper amount needed to cover all the repairs. These are all original parts as well, not after market.8. I'm now able to travel to my family's house across state for Thanksgiving in my car that now looks better than when I originally bought it from the dealership.Bravo to John and team. If you are needing any sort of repair, body work, etc to your car, I highly recommend Medford Auto Center. Take it from me, but also take it from everyone else leaving reviews, it's legit. 5 Stars!!

When I got rear ended almost 2 years after first discovering Medford Auto Center, I wasn't stressed because I knew I could count on the guys at Medford Auto Center - and I was right! They helped me navigate a not so user friendly insurance company, replaced my bumper in less than a week, and returned my car detailed on the inside and out.I'll tell anyone who will listen - you can trust these guys and feel assured knowing they will do a spectacular job. Not to mention the entire team are genuinely good people.

I have been to Medford Auto Center once before my last experience here just a few weeks ago. I decided to return because the owner, John helped me tremendously a few years ago when I got into an accident. I was in a tough situation with my insurance and John was able to talk to my insurance company and also made me feel like things we re going to work out well in the end. Thanks to Medford Auto Center I left feeling relieved for both my car and my wallet.My boyfriend and I were in an accident about a month ago and I knew instantly I would take it back to see John at Medford auto center. The Mazda we brought in had a significant amount of damage to the front of the car. Since we could not use insurance, John worked with us to find the best parts at the lowest possible price. My boyfriend who knows quite a lot about cars was so impressed with the end result! The car truly looks brand new.It is not extremely common that businesses like this exist; where both curtesy and consideration of the owner along with the quality of the service is above average. They are timely, professional, kind, and most importantly trustworthy!When the opportunity presents itself I urge friends, family, and others to bring their vehicle to Medford Auto Center. I've used Medford Auto Center once before, when I had been rear ended a few years ago. They did an excellent job making my car look like new. I decided to return again recently due to a small dent in my bumper for which I wasn't using insurance. The owner was extremely nice and removed the dent quickly and without charging me a crazy amount. It looks great!Service: Body & Trim

I m not one to leave reviews too often but I had to share my incredible experience with the team over at Medford Auto Center. From day 1 the owner was attentive, responsive, and promised great results and let me tell you he did not disappoint!!! I dropped my car off the week of Christmas and they still addressed all my car needs in a timely manner with a great outcome. I highly recommend using the team over at Medford Auto Center for all your car needs! You will not be disappointed!Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

Ultimate professionals. Quick and accurate estimates for time and cost of the body work on my CRV. Constant communication throughout, and even had my car cleaned inside and out upon pickup. Would definitely recommend!

I got a rear ended and then I was recommended to this place by insurance company. I am extremely pleased by the service at this place. Everyone is very professional and easy to communicate. They keep me updated for every step and get my car ready on time. My car looks like a brand-new car and it got fully detail washed. They went above and beyond what I expected. I will be back if I need any car work done in the future for sure and I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of car repair!Service: Body & Trim

This was the absolute best experience I have had with an auto shop! I can not recommend them enough. I was in an accident and was so stressed about the process that goes into it. They made everything so easy, and service was incredible even helping arrange all the rental car details and working directly with my insurance company. Beyond that, the work on my car was excellent, it looks as good as new. If you are looking for any auto body work at all Medford Auto Center is definitely the place to go.

My experience at Medford Auto Center was truly phenomenal and professional. Everything was done in a timely fashion and all the employees were very helpful and efficient. Had heard through reviews that this was a good place to bring a car for work. Well, they were correct. All the guys were great and although it took a bit longer to complete, it was worth the wait. They even cleaned the inside of my car which was truly needed. They did a fantastic job on my vehicle! I add my name to the list of people that would definitely recommend Medford Auto Center for Collision Work. Thank you so much guys.

I found Medford Auto Center through Google reviews so wanted to add another positive experience! John and the team are wonderful. He was communicative throughout the whole process, my car was ready ahead of schedule, and they did a beautiful job. Not only is the body work flawless following an accident, the car is running like a dream. I do not take that lightly as I had an experience elsewhere in the past where serious undercarriage damage was missed. Recommend Medford Auto Center highly. Thank you, John!

Got rear ended in early Nov 2020. Liberty Mutual Insurance recommended me to this shop, and worked closely with Medford Auto Center throughout the repair process. Arrived at Medford Auto Center, dropped off the damaged vehicle, and got a ride to the local car rental agency. Got a phone call a few days before Thanksgiving saying that my car would be ready the next day. I wished they had given me more advanced notice about picking up the car - their prior estimate was for early December, which was what I was prepared for. Regardless, I picked up the car the next day, with the interior detailed and the exterior washed. I've driven it for two months so far and it looks, sounds, and feels great. I would recommend this repair shop.Services: Exhaust, Body & Trim

I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of car repair! John is personable, professional and patient - he even spoke to the insurance company for me to navigate the claim I filed and coordinated getting my rental car. I had to wait a little longer than expected due to delivery delays for the parts because of COVID-19, but John and his team delivered top notch service and kept me posted every step of the way. My car looked better than new when I picked it up, and even came fully detailed and washed. Will definitely be back again if I m ever in need of getting work done in the future!

In a pinch I did a google search and had my car towed here after an accident. After reading a few reviews and seeing the rating I thought this was close to home and would due. However, after starting this process and dealing with the many insurance adjusters, Medford Auto Center has really exceeded my expectations! They have been amazing throughout this process helping making a stressful time/ process easier to navigate. Great customer service and attention to detail!

Was recently involved in a car accident and brought my vehicle to Medford Auto Center with very low expectations that I'd ever drive the car again. A week later, I can't believe how clean and perfect my car looks. From their level of customer service and friendliness, to the care and detail they put into their work, I couldn't be happier. I've never felt so comfortable working with an auto body shop in the past and will continue to recommend them to friends and anyone else i can. You will not be disappointed in the work they do. Medford Auto Center did great work on my Subaru with significant front end damage. Junior and team were communicative, courteous, and friendly throughout the entire process and set realistic expectations around timing when I dropped the car off. They were even able to hurry and get it back to me a day early so I could get it before I left town for the holidays. When one minor thing was accidentally overlooked the team at Medford Auto Center were apologetic and fixed it ASAP. Bonus: Car came back fully detailed!I hope I don t need any auto body work anytime soon, but if I do I know where I will go.

Brought my car here after a hit and run side swipe damaged the entire driver's side of my car, and now my car looks brand new! It ended up taking a little longer than expected but they were always very professional and did everything they could to accommodate me, even going above and beyond to make sure I had a car to drive as I am very dependent on my car for work. Everything looks great, the customer service was great, would highly recommend!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have used these guys for both of my cars. On both occasions I was beyond impressed with what an incredible job they did not only repairing my vehicles but making them look BRAND NEW all over again. And I'm extremely particular about everything. Especially my pride and joy Cadillac. John did not only meet but exceeded my expectations and was very friendly, straight forward, and respectful towards me. Highly recommend these guys for any kind of collision repair.

They did an amazing job on a repair to my right front fender. The staff was very professional and always happy to answer any questions I had throughout the process. They finished the job on time, and the damaged area looked good as new when they were done. Highly recommend them if you need any body work done.

My car was in a accident the end of September. I know I am a little late in the review however I wanted to give it some time to make sure all went well with repairs and life also took over, however I can't say enough about this place and John. He has done an amazing job on my car, kept me informed of everything that he was doing and needed to get done and has had my back with everything since the repairs were done. He has answered all my questions when I had concerns or inquiries. I would reccomend this place to everyone and anyone who needs their car auto body services. I cant thank him and his staff enough.

My husband and I were in an accident and my insurance company told us to bring our car here. John was very nice, polite however it took 5 and 1/2weeks to get our car back. They did an excellent job on the repairs and it looks brand new again. Not really sure why I got my car back with less than a 1/4 tank of gas when it had just over half tank. Also found a reusable wster bottle in the passenger door and a mens shirt in the back seat which did not belong to us.

John and his staff did a great job with our 2013 VW Tiguan. Kept us up to date on progress, and everyone was always friendly and professional. They also vacuumed and cleaned the interior which was much appreciated. I highly recommend Medford Auto Center for anyone with a car.

Very friendly and professional staff who did a GREAT job with the car and kept me regularly updated on its status. The front left bumper had been hit in a parking lot and was hanging low - they restored it and it looks brand new again.Even during the quarantine they are still working hard - thanks so much!

These guys did a fantastic and quick job reattaching my bumper. At first, they were a bit ambiguous as to whether it could get done, but they were just being honest and realistic in their assessment, which I appreciated. They did much better than expected and I can get this car inspected now! Seems like other people have had the same kind of experience here! Thanks guys!

This was by far one of the best experiences I've ever had with a local business. I got into a accident and being shook up / stressed/ overwhelmed, the last thing I wanted to do was deal with insurance, my auto repair, and of course being inconvenienced on my everyday life (I'm a outside traveling sales rep and need my car for a living)!I was recommended to Medford Auto Center by a friend. I was greeted immediately by John at the shop who not only made me feel confident and assured that everything was going to be taken care of but reminded me accidents happen all the time (verbatim, "at least you are ok and didn't get hurt")--which was what I needed to hear in the state of mind I was in. He walked me through the entire process of what was going to take place over the next week and even helped me with a deal on a rental (since I didn't have rental coverage). I got my rental, was feeling better and back to my everyday life... until my rental got hit in a parking lot. Again, I panicked and not knowing what to do, I referred back to John at Medford Auto Center. He told me to bring the car in and he would see if it was something he could help me with. Unfortunately it was more damage than he thought. John recommended me best options and even offered to have his mechanics work Sunday and he would pay them overtime to get my rental fixed. I ended up processing through the insurance but the fact John was so accommodating and willing to bend over backwards for me - the customer- meant a lot. His main goal was to keep me moving along through my week as seamless as possible- you don't find this from business owners anymore!!! Everything ended up working out in the end with the rental and my car but if it weren't for John's professional advice along with the calm demeanor tone & attitude throughout the whole process, the situation would have been 10x worse.I'd never go to any other body shop moving forward. John and his team (Rafael too) instilled trust, genuine and simple kindness which is hard to find these days. They care about their customers' well-being and getting the job done. I'm beyond thankful for this experience and for John helping me to shift my focus on what really mattered most- me being ok.Thank you John and your wonderful team!

Jody and his team at Medford Auto Center are fantastic. My daughter is at college and her car wouldn t start. She s far away from home and and I m not there to help her. Jody and his team took care of her and her car just as I would if I was there. I was able to totally relax as a dad knowing my daughter and her car were in great care. The issues where diagnosed and fixed in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. Thank you!!!

Super professional service and very prompt repairs. The owner was also very cautious about sanitation and covid safety in the pick up office and garage. My car was detailed and spotless when I picked it up and they put sanitizer on the steering wheel when they pulled it around for me. We have used them twice for repairs and they were great to work with, would definitely recommend!

Great experience, very honest and most importantly the work is flawless! Car is brand new after Medford Auto Center is done with it! I have had two very positive experiences with John and his dedicated staff.
