I cannot express enough how disappointed and frustrated I am with my recent experience. Initially, they scheduled me for an early morning appointment on a date when they couldn't service my car. Then, they rescheduled me for the following day, only to encounter the same issue of being unable to assist. It was explained that their technician was unavailable, prompting the question, "Why schedule me for that date in the first place?"Subsequently, there was a lack of communication regarding the status of my car. Despite the promised completion date passing, I received no updates unless I reached out to them. Eventually, after waiting for a week, I was informed that they didn't have the necessary part to fix my car, resulting in a delay in repairs.Finally, after about a month, I received my car back without any notification no phone call, text, or apology for the inconvenience endured throughout the entire process. Regrettably, I cannot recall hearing a single "sorry" from anyone at the dealership.Given this experience, I have no intention of returning to this establishment.

Not communicative. Slow service. I dropped my car off at 10am for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. Very standard work. Was told it would take only a couple hours. I was expecting 3, maybe 4 at most. After 5 hours went by and I received no updates, I called and asked what was going on. I was told the service is actually all done and they re just waiting for the the guy who needs to complete the paperwork to come back. So I ask when I can pick it up and I m told it won t be ready for another 1.5 hours.. 6.5 hours for a routine service?? Seriously?? It also sounds like it was done pretty soon and they just didn t tell me. So my day was wasted waiting for this and they couldn t even call me and update me.Last week my friend brought his car in for service and had a similar experience where he was waiting to be called with updates and after 5 hours he calls them and they tell him oh yeah, we don t have the part to fix your car . When we re they going to say that has he not called to check in???Customer service is supposed to be the number 1 priority when running a business like this. This place doesn t have it. I ll be going somewhere else from now on. Very frustrated and disappointed.

I bought my car from here, that was a fine process. When I got a recall notice the soonest they could get me in was over month from then. I made the appointment and when I brought it in they told me they may not have the part, but also I may not need a replacement part. They told me my car should be available but 3/4pm that day. A little after 4 they called saying they had to hold the car over night because the bolts were frozen. I dropped my car off at 8:30 that morning. If the bolts were frozen that is their fault. They next day around 11am they called saying they were sent the wrong part and will not have the right part until the following day. I asked when it would be available the following day, Friday and they said noon. Around 1 pm Friday I called and they said a couple more hours, forcing me to cancel plans that I had. The poor guy that I was speaking to got an ear full but I also told them they were losing a client and am telling everyone to stay away. They didn t offer a rental or anyway to make it better. 0/10 would recommend going there for service.

Couldn't schedule because the service department can't even tell you a rough idea of how long or when they would be able to fix my car. Unfortunately I needed a better estimate since it's my only vehicle - a day? A week? An hour? I was just looking for a general idea to plan, and was told that wouldn't be possible to say . . . Not very helpful on the phone and just said "awesome" when I said I would have to cancel the appointment to get a faster turn around or at least a plan. Too bad, since they are the closest location to me as well.

Roof leak was misdiagnosed by their water leak specialist. I left town for a month after having the leak "fixed" only to return to a soaking wet roof liner infested with mold. It took 4 weeks to get their water leak specialist to speak to my insurance rep on the phone. 4 weeks to make a phone call. In the end I was without my car for 2 months during which my car sustained a major basketball sized dent on their lot. They also left my car outside in the pouring rain with a roof leak. I would have to call and beg them to move it under cover while I waited for it to be fixed. The most egregious break downs in communications between the service rep, manager, and water specialist. Worst experience of my life.

Made an appointment for a simple oil change for a ram 3500 online. After getting here they tell me they can't get it on the lift. Wasted my time and lost other possible appointments. Now i have no time to schedule anything because they couldn't simply deactivate the option to schedule an appointment for these types of vehicles.

I thought my car was making an unusual noise, so I brought it to Grava to get checked out. They told me I had two leaks in my exhaust and tried to charge me $1,800 to repair it. I brought my car to two other repair shops the next day to get a second opinion, and neither shop found a single issue with my exhaust or car in general, and sent me home free of charge. Very disappointed with Grava, not trustworthy.Service: Exhaust

WORST PLACE EVER! 2 times my car was there they never fixed and on the second time they got me rental that was supposed to be covered by them and 6 months later I received the bill from hertz to pay because they never paid.Service: Auto engine diagnosticService: Auto engine diagnostic

Great service department, Greg and Courtney are great to deal with, Joe Dolci the Service Department Manager is very accommodating. Would recommend this dealership to have your vehicle serviced at for a fair, safe choice.

I would never recommend you take your car for service at this location, poor service. I had a bad experience with a service employee, ignorant, rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend.

Got my car back, paid a huge bill, and the problem wasn't fixed, had to come back another day and was given another bill to fix the source of the problem. Not going back.
