Let me start by saying I give Noah that works here 5 stars. He was very helpful, thoughtful and rectified a situation regarding an issue with my oil change. I greatly appreciate him! I went there a day later because Noah offered me refund for the wrong oil being put in my car.But this guy in the picture who claimed to be the owner(is actually the owners son) was aggressive and rude while I was waiting for Noah(in the bathroom)to help me.A gas attendant demanded I move my car which I declined and told him I was there to get a refund and I would be leaving shortly. Granted the whole time I was there nobody came to use the other 3 available pumps. That s when the guy in the picture came into the shop and told me to move it because Noah was in the bathroom. I explained the situation and how Noah was helping me with a refund and 3 pumps were still available.He talked down to me, didn t listen and was annoyed that I wouldn t move it, even though I offered if it got busy. I asked him his name and took this picture. He demanded I delete it and got in my face to intimidate me. He told me he owned the place and didn t care about my money and wouldn t help me. Finally, Noah came in and apologized and fixed the said situation above and told me the guy in the picture was not the owner.I have been getting my oil changed here for a few years since moving to Somerville and the mechanics or technicians have always been great. After today, I will no longer support this business or refer my friends there due to the interaction with the gas attendant and the man in this picture. He should never interact with customers and they should learn how to speak to people as humans. At least some kind of training to be nice to people as I was nice to them. Please ask for Noah if you go and he will make sure you re taken care and avoid the other person or gas attendants.I wanted to share his picture so the real owner know who is the problem at his business.RE: This places(this guy in the pic)response is basically what he needs to say to himself in the mirror. Noah helped me and you refused to help at all and were aggressive. I at no point raised my voice, talked down to you and Noah came in and took care of me in less than a minute. They told me you only help with inspection there because the way you treat your customers. At no point during the 20 minutes I spent waiting on a refund because your store put the wrong oil(and I had to come back a day later due to your error) in my car did a car come to get gas. I offered to move my car if you got busy. It never did. It s sad that you re still not taking responsibility! You re just upset customers can see the face of the person who disrespects customers even when they re in the wrong. I also took no more pictures after you asked me not to because you re a private business.

I was very impressed by their service and care. I got there a minute before the service bays were closed, they were very patient and helped me with my car issues. They ordered my parts and told me to be there early next day to pick up my vehicle. It was done. The quote was competitive and they were able to permanently fix a problem that a previous auto shop could not. I highly recommend them!

By far the most capable and trustworthy service shop I have worked with. The owner Freddy takes customer service to the highest level and walks you through what is wrong, how it will be fixed, and gives general advice that leaves you feeling that you are in good hands.Also a full service gas is a plus I highly recommend Fred's Gas.

Five stars for Fred's Gas Auto Services Center! Excellent service, knowledgeable staff, and quick turnaround times make it my go-to spot for all my automotive needs. Highly recommend to anyone in the area!

Came for the low gas price, and since it's a full service station (no self-service option), I had to give my card to the attendant and asked him to fill up my tank with regular gasoline. Later looking at the receipt, I learned that this guy took the liberty to charge me for the premium grade gas (I wouldn't know whether he actually filled it up with regular or premium) resulting in extra $5 charge. If I had extra time I would have contacted the Attorney General. Future clients may consider it a warning. I am never coming back.

The Guy that pumps gas in this gas station I RUDE!!!!!!Tall guy with a hoodie, HispanicUsed Faun language with me in SpanishNot knowing that I do speak Spanish as wellNot only mistreated me, but spoke with me harshly because one of his pumps wasn t working. I definitely never coming back here again I don t recommend these gas stationTo anybodyI am paying for gas I m not asking for a favorPeople like that should never work The publicHe is toxic.

I had my car serviced at Fred s Gas in Medford. Awesome customer service!!!! Fixed my car in a timely, professional manner!!! I would recommend them to all my friends and family!!!

This may be the friendliest, best Autoservice Station East of the Mississippi! I came in for a simple oil change and Tire rotation. The Manager Freddy really made me feel at ease since I have never had service in this part of Massachusetts before. I am very grateful for the services and will be going back for sure, telling all of my friends! 10/10

The guys at this shop are truly spectacular. Anytime I have an issue with my car they re my first choice. The work is top tier quality and they are fast. Freddy especially is very kind and a pretty funny guy!

Gas attendant extremely rude . I don t understand, if you don t like dealing with people, then find something else to do that makes you feel better. I ll leave it at that but I was treated like a freaggin animal.

Close to Logan road to airporthwy93. They were so friendly and even met us at pump and filled tank for us. Amazing. Did not check restroom

Horrible experience. Out of state (and non-native English speaker). I pulled in and get out of my car to refill the tank. This employee says Open. Full service while playing on his phone. I look at him completely baffled. He repeats Full service , still on his phone. I told him I am not from here and that I don t know what that means. He just repeats Full service , while looking exasperated because I am interrupting his game playing. I told him that I don t know what he means and that either he can explain it to me or I am going to go to a different gas station. He shrugs and just says Full service .

Stopped by for an inspection sticker and an oil change. Can t say how easy of a process they made everything. The guys in there were super friendly and will be back soon

I drive for Lyft and my vehicle originally did not pass the TNC inspection, which I'd had a feeling it wouldn't. They told me what was wrong and offered to schedule an appt. I spoke directly with Fred, who was very kind. The price was reasonable and they were prompt. Communication was on point and I'm going back to use their services.

I ve been to too many shops that would over charge me and lie to me about repairs I needed. BUT this is the first place I have ever been to that s fair in price and honest as can be.. I drive 45 minutes to make sure my car is being taken care of. Thank you Freds Gas for your incredible friendship.

Rudest gas attendant. Asked how much gas I wanted and started tapping my door as i didnt answer quick enough. Stuck his hand in my window for my credit card, and threw it back in after he was done. I will never be back.

The person helping me, Freddy, is the greatest man alive! Even better than Jesus Christ himself. I brought I used Toyota Tacoma 1999 after totaling it and Freddy repaired it and it s running better than a Ferrari 458 spider. Absolutely would recommend to anyone to come here and repair their car. On top of that, Freddy dapped me up too.

There are very few mechanics in the city that have the integrity that Fred's has. Fred's offers solid repairs, affordable prices and accurate recommendations without offering to fix things that do not need to be fixed. Every time I take my Explorer to Fred's I know my SUV is in good hands and I am not going to take it anywhere else.

Great customer service and a staff that you can trust your vehicles with. They got the parts I needed the day of and at a very reasonable price for how hard they work to get you your vehicle back quickly .Definitely will be coming back
