Don t make the mistake of going here for an oil change. Not only are they very rude but they added several extra costs for services I didn t request. They charged me $10 to refill my windshield wiper fluid when I didn t ask them to refill it. It s not worth the convenience of the location.

My daughters car broke down in Topsfield, and we live in Mansfield, and she chose to have it towed to this location because her boyfriend lives across the street and we were nervous to say the least as we had never been here before.. and she needed turned out needing an entire new engine. Luckily the end result as we could not be more pleased with the treatment we received from Koko and the service to my daughters vehicle. He seemed very honest from the very beginning, and when all the repairs were completed he assured us that he checked and rechecked every part of the car to ensure my daughter had a safe vehicle for the time being. I highly recommend Koko and his shop and would even drive there in the future for future car repairs.

Koko has been an awesome technician and an even better person.His ability to perform the work quickly, and efficiently coupled with his ability to communicate and do right by the client is unmatched.Koko has done some pretty major repairs on my vehicle, and everything came out great, and at a reasonable price.A few months later I had a similar issue pop up again, and due to the fact it was still under warranty it came at no charge.Koko is the only mechanic who touches my family's cars!

Terrible Customer Service! I recently purchased a car and the dealer had it inspected here. Well, I need a copy of the inspection report to submit to Uber, so I called them to ask if I could pick it up. My request was answered with a rude and annoyed NO! , without any information on how to retreive this document. Whoevet answered the phone was way too annoyed to handle my situation with any level of helpfulness. Treating people with this little care and respect is the quickest way to lose business

My check engine light went on and so Koko told me to bring it in. He knew I had done some minor repairs to my car myself, so a couple hours later when he found that the code was coming up with an easy fix, he called and told me to come down and he would show me how to fix it myself. !!!!!!!!! What an excellent first impression. Fantastic customer service. When something (inevitably) goes wrong with my vehicle in the future, I will absolutely trust these people with it. Thank you for making my day!

Great experience there. The guys made sure my car was fixed correctly and quickly, and they let me know about some things I should get fixed soon without being pushy about getting it done right away. They've always been fair with me, and always make sure I feel comfortable with the work they're going to do before starting anything, so I feel I can trust them when they say I need something done.

I've called right before they close to see if they could fill a tire with air (leaking tire that would go flat after a few days) and they were kind enough to quickly help me. I then went back a few days later to get my tires replaced and they were fast, fairly priced and friendly. They also checked my fluids and topped my oil for me which was great! I've also been by for my state inspection which they were able to perform the same day I called. I would definitely recommend them to a friend!*Update*I just took my car in since it looked like coolant was leaking and they ran some tests all morning and called me back to say everything was working fine. They didn't charge me for the labor. These guys are the kindest, best mechanics I've ever used!

Koko is an honest mechanic more interested in gaining loyal customers than making a quick buck. Fair prices and a willingness to explain car issues to those of us who don't really understand all the intricacies of how they work.

Absolutely great people to deal with! I haven't been a big spender (tire repair, inspection, etc...) but I have always received top notch service. A 5 star repair shop? They deserve it.

This shop is perfect for me. Nearby, easy to schedule, good work (plus they stand by their work) and i like the mechanics. Their prices are higher than I expect but, since I've been going there for 30 years, i don't really have anything to compare with.

My 2006 Toyota Camry had a power steering leak. I got in and got out within a few hours. Good service and no bs.

Went for an inspection, and car now reeks of cigarettes - they must have been smoking in the car. Absolutely disgusting.edit - three days later, the car still smells like an ashtray...changing review to one star.
