I have been coming to this shop for inspections for little over 11 years now . For the past 6 years I am leasing my cars. I had quite a few scare moments where my car was just serviced under warranty at the dealership or when people at the dealership would tell me there is nothing wrong with my car and make me feel it s all in my head . So I d come to Eddy and the crew at the shop for their honest opinion. Eddy was always on point to find the problems with my cars and even told me to come back to the dealership to tell them to fix the problems that it was not addressed before even the ones missed as well. Trust is everything. I trust this shop and highly recommend them .

Update: After speaking with management and Eddie about an issue I recently experienced here , they handled the situation very professionally and reversed the actions to fix the problem accordingly so. Sometimes people make mistakes in all businesses and when management steps in to handle the situation accordingly to fix the issue at hand to satisfy valued customers it shows the business cares more about their clients than standing behind the mistake. Thank You and I recommend this business to anyone looking for good service and if you deal with issues from mistakes by employees just call or speak with those in charge and they will make sure your mistake is reversed to satisfy you, no one is perfect and things happen but it always can be fixed with proper communication. Once again Thank You for your service and handling the situation professionally and accordingly so. God Bless

I needed an inspection sticker for my wife's car. I had seen this place before, and remembered the sign that said they were open for inspections until 4:00 on Saturdays. I went a little after 3pm and told the attendant I needed a sticker. He told me they were closed for inspections. I pointed out the sign that said they were open until 4pm for inspections, and he just repeated himself. No explanation. He just said, "I know," and walked away. All of the bay doors were open, including the inspection bay, and there was at least one car being worked on actively in another bay. It would have taken them 10 minutes to do an inspection, but they couldn't be bothered. Don't waste your time.

We have been going here for years for our annual inspection. Always fast and professional. This year, we were told that our 2010 Nisan needed new brakes immediately, they were worn out and would be dangerous to drive the car. He was going to pass the car, but it needed to be taken care of immediately. We made an appointment at the repair place that we always use, and the bottom line is there is nothing wrong with the brakes. Normal wear and tear but not a danger or safety issue nor having to be replaced. Not sure what happened this year but Please beware and get a second opinion!Service: Vehicle safety inspection

They do a great job on all my family's cars. I've been using them for years. I will wait until I'm back in the Massachusetts just to take it to them for repairs.My sister's brakes went out one morning on the way to work and they had her fixed and going in no time.Eddy is great, he drives my 90 year old grandmother's car back to her when it's done so she doesn't have to walk down the hill. Great customer service.

It's tough to find a garage that's not out to rob you blind and sell you parts that you don't even need , a friend of mine recommend this place and I'm glad he did . I've brought 2 of my cars there a few times and never got anything but great work and even better prices. The shop always stands behind there work with me . I've read a few of these reviews and can't seem to figure out how some people come up with these crazy stories. Especially if you met the owner , he just a nice honest guy making a living without poking people's eyes out ......There is two sides to every story .....Paul Barrasso .

Great local shop and excellent services for the work completed on my car! Very helpful when learning common and technical vehicle issues. Fast service and reasonably priced. Got oil change and a rear brake job and the total cost was much less than had I gone to dealer. I live close and they always help with little things when I get gas here.

I was referred here to get my car checked, and all I can say is AMAZING service! Everyone is super friendly, the owner is knowledgeable and gave some great easy tips to help remedy the situation. If you are looking for great service, helpful suggestions, and great customer service, this is the place to go!!!

I was a little skeptical getting service at a place with no reviews, but I was due for an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection sticker. Service was rapid, I watched them replace the oil and oil filter, rotate tires, visually inspect, and throw a sticker on it. Took about 15 mins and $54 ($29 for the sticker, $25 for the oil/rotation), which I guess is reasonable.One complaint is they didn't give a detailed breakdown on the recipt like a franchise place detailing cost/type of oil, the filter, fluid top off, etc; which I like for peace of mind.Also, they advertise the cash price for gas, and charge $0.10/gal extra for card, and is only full service, I personally have not bought gas there, just FYI.

I have brought my part three vehicles and have referred several friends all of whom report a great service. Services all kinds of cars even my Isuzu which was extremely difficult to get parts for. Can't say enough good things here.

I had nothing but bad luck, and was asking around for an *honest" mechanic. I didn't think such a person existed. Eddie and his crew were more than that, very caring especially due to circumstances beyond my control. They gave no bs. Told me what was necessary, went above and beyond to make it work out for me and repaired my car. Beyond that, everyone I talked to or had contact with was super kind. If you want honesty, go here. In the worst of times for me, I got complete honesty, nothing other than what was needed and more than fair pricing. I'd give them 10 stars if it let me. Thanks, guys, I Will ONLY come to you for the future. And thanks for showing empathy when I needed it most. You are the best! I'd also like to add nobody asked me to review. I feel so strongly in the service I received, I wanted to let others know, this place is more than honest.

They told me that they were going to have to charge me extra to change my headlight, because inorder to change it they were going to have to put my car on a lift. They had previously told me if I brought in my own headlight they would do it for free, as I needed it to pass inspection and they said they didn t have the light my car needed. I told them that it made absolutely no sense that they d need to put my car on a lift, just to change a headlight. They told me I d be surprised how many cars required a lift for simply changing the headlight and when I said my ex boyfriend used to change them for me in our driveway, he suggested that maybe I was confused. I proceeded to YouTube and change the headlight myself, in less than 5 minutes. These guys either have no idea what they re talking about, or they assumed that because I m a woman I d be easy to scam. I hate leaving bad reviews, and other than this they were nice, but this experience definitely felt sketchy and frustrating. Would not recommend going to them.

Great prices great mechanics they did the brakes on my car and exhaust for half of what the Dealer wanted. The owner Edmond was very pleasant and seemed very honorable I would recommend to anybody !

They will lie to you and keep doing small things to your car that break over time to have you coming back. They are crooks who will refuse to be accountable for any wrong doing. Eddy does not respect customers. He is the head crook and lier. Eddy looked at my car multiple times and had me driving on a broken front wheel because he never fixed the problem HE identified. I could have died because of him. You can not trust this garage. Save you time, money, and life from this joke.

The worst place ever they will ruin your car for the money. I got my transmission fluid changed here left the place not even 5 minutes my car was totaled could not drive it at all after I left this place paid $100 to have it fixed they destroyed my car with no intentions on fixing their own problem had to junk the thing ten min later.

They are amazing guys from Morocco, Nepal, Syria, Lebanon and... I have been there for inspecting my car and they have done it very rapidly and efficiently.

Called to inquire about car inspection hours. Was told 8AM-6PM. Asked if I showed up at 5:30 if I could get an inspection done, was told yes. Pulled into the lot and the gas attendant told me they were closed hours 8-5 while the sign behind him says 8-6...
