I spoke with "OB" (owner) over the phone about the issue in my car. He was clear and transparent about the complexity of the issue and gave me a price range. We arranged a time so that he could take a look and really quote the labour it will take. He was polite and clear of the work that was required. I want to point out that I really liked his jokester personality. I had a lugnut spinning freely and my wheel couldn't be take off. I got quoted from other mechanics that were hesitant to do the work because it would have involved the use of a torch/brute force/drilling the lugnut. OB was enthusiastic about the task and he was able to fix my issue. He was knowledgeable and explained thoroughly the issue and work to fix it. I'm happy and my experience was excellent. The lounge area is very cozy and comfortable, perfect if you wanna wait while the work is completed. I was able to witness his work, and was happy to see he had a lot of specialized tools for the job.

I left my truck on a Tuesday for body work that involved three different areas of the truck. Fantasia's completed the work by mid-day on Friday of the same week AND I got back a truck that had been washed inside and out. They also arranged for my rental to be delivered and picked up at their shop. They did great work in less than 4 days! I would highly recommend them for body work. I have used them for years for repair work as well and have always been happy with the work they do. Unlike some of the other reviews I have read, they always call me with an estimate and an explanation of any other work they feel needs to be done. So I would highly recommend them for repair work as well.

I cannot speak more highly of my experience with Fantasia, and specifically with Mark and his staff. He was thorough, efficient, communicative, honest, funny, and delivered so quickly. Specifically, my truck needed some minor body work after a collision, requiring new parts and paint. Mark reviewed all of the damage initially, the team did the work, and he gave a meticulous inspection after the work was completed. While I hope I don't need collision repair in the future, I would immediately go to Fantasia, and recommend them without question.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Awesome place. The literally fixed my jeep correctly after Grava Jeep installed my engine without the proper amount of coolant which made my engine lock up burning out my starter. They also corrected the transmission cooler line that was not correctly fitted. 11 weeks at the dealer and Mallets/Fantasia's fixed in 3 days. Great job guys

Great service and knowledgeable. Seems reasonable. Uses Genuine parts and synthetic oil. The mechanic called us and went over the entire car and any issues he saw. He told us all the concerns and processes to replace them. The work was done as promised and to the amount we were quoted.

Brought my car in to be repaired. Was told over the course of two days that it was next to be looked at and that I d get a call back within an hour. Each time I waited about four hours, and then called back. Frustrating to wait so long for answers but I understood I wasn t the only car they were working on, so whatever. During each conversation I explicitly asked for someone to discuss with me what they thought was wrong, and what the estimated cost would be. Standard practice, I thought. Around 1:00 on day two I was informed that the repairs had been made, was told the price and that I could come get my car. When I inquired about why work had been done without my knowledge (or acceptance of any quoted price) the mechanic came absolutely unhinged. I was screamed at, told I was irritating the wrong person and told that if I wanted to continue to question him that I was not welcome at Fantasias. We fix cars here we don t play games I was told before I was hung up on. I am still absolutely shocked that a business can operate so unprofessionally, and would be incredibly surprised to EVER meet another mechanic who performs work on a car without at least telling the owner first. Especially as a first time customer who made it very clear that I was looking for an expert opinion before work was performed.

Our 2017 Ford Edge was hit on the roof by a large tree branch which split inhalf. The glass roof was shattered and it dented the car in a number ofplaces. $5200.00 worth of damage. Fantasia's was incredible. It tooka while for the glass roof to come in as they are rarely broken, no faultof Fantasia's. We picked up what looked like a brand new vehicle.Incredible work and very nice staff which kept us updated weekly on theprogress. Would highly recommend.

I think Fantasia's is the kind of place that was really good years ago, but is now coasting on their past reputation. I had a simple repair - a cracked bumper on a Civic. It was quoted as a 1-2 days job at a specific price. Come the day of the job, the bumper that they got was the wrong size. Not for nothing, how do you screw up a Civic bumper? There's about 7 million of them on the road! So, they had to order another bumper, which naturally costs more. And this auto body shop is preferred by my insurance company? All told, 3 days, more money, and they didn't even buff out the paint scratch on the door that they promised to do. I went out and buffed it off myself in 2 min. Try one of the other shops in Medford. Disappointed in this one.

I've had front end repairs from a collision, a mirror broken off in a parking lot, and a tire puncture all taken care of at Fantasia. I have always gotten a clear and succinct explanation of my repair options and speedy repair work. They provided both phone and email contacts and we're responsive to follow up questions. Can't see getting my repairs anywhere else now.

These guys are fast, friendly and professional. I brought my VW in for body work after a collision and they expertly repaired my vehicle, worked fluidly with my insurance company and the car rental company. Highly recommend them. Wouldn't hesitate to return for body work or general service.

Brought my car there for repairs - they correctly diagnosed that the accident broke more than expected by the appraiser (and showed me - I expected that given I noticed that the passenger side impact made the driver's door squeak, so clearly there was quite some force involved).Also helped me with the third party insurance negotiations and it looks like I'm going to get a fair payment out of that total loss.

I really tried to like this place, they tell it to you straight and don't overcharge. But they are harder to work with than any mechanic I've been to by far. On NUMEROUS occasions, they've not called back when they said they would, claimed to be too busy to take an already scheduled appointment, and more than a few other excuses. They make it astonishingly hard for you to give them your money. Save yourself the trouble.

Pretty poor service standard excuses about the parts, it took them a long time to fix bumper under insurance. And nothing came out good out of this. I will never go back to them I wish I read other reviews before I went.

I'm completely amused by the work they perform at this shop. My bumper turned out amazing. The staff is very professional and friendly. Prices are very reasonable.

My family has been going to Fantasia's for over 25 years and the end result of their work is always PERFECT! I wouldn't go anywhere else even thou i live 30 miles away.

Dont even just dont more damage done to car than was needed for repair... Ripped my exhaust off in paint booth tried to charge me for damages and destroyed the side skirts. Stay away
